MUST MUST MUST TRY if you’re in Chelsea market.Wow. This has been the best vegan food/dessert I have ever tried.The food itself is so unique, never heard of hummus based sweets and ice cream (with oat milk). It’s so delicious, decadent, and perfectly sweet. It tastes healthy but tastes so good at the same time.Looking at it, you can’t imagine what it would taste like and it just grows on you. I’m pretty picky with food and generally hate vegan food because it’s so bland and gross but wow, seed and mill is something I will travel to have more!

Best Ice cream!!! Every time I visit New York I go there and it never let me down. I recommended it to all of my friends who visit and everyone said the same that the ice cream is absolutely perfect.I wish they were expanding :)

LOVE visiting this place and is my go to at Chelsea Market. Tried halva for the first time here and keep coming back. They absolutely offer samples and love trying new ones each time I come. Would definitely recommend the pistachio, dark chocolate, and peanut butter halva. I love introducing people to halva for the first time and answering the inevitable question: what the heck is halva? Tahini (seseme paste) and sugar.

We walked by this place at Chelsea Market and were intrigued. We were in luck because they do samples.I had never had Halva before. It was like a tahini fudge and I loved it. We ended up getting cinnamon, white chocolate raspberry, and a couple others that I forget. They let you get a sampler of 4 flavors.Most of their flavors are vegan too, which isnt something that matters to me, but nice nonetheless.This was one of the most unique desserts Ive ever had and would definitely received stopping by and sampling while youre at Chelsea Market.

I live in London now, and this was my favourite sweet spot in nyc when I lived there and still is a must every time I visit. Even though the standard ice cream with halva has changed, it’s still absolutely delicious. Which I could create the same in London and have it everyday!! I did have it twice this trip and that’s still not enough.

Best soft serve on the planet. No exaggeration. It is incredibly creamy and just perfect. Make sure to get the tahini swirl and toppings! Plus they have gluten free ice cream cones. Their halva is also authentic and delicious.

Halva is a traditional dessert and Seed + Mill has managed to give it a fresh, new spin by turning them into delicious cakes with interesting flavors. Halva is made from sesame seeds and is naturally gluten-free, but there are also many vegan options available (the non-vegan cakes contain clarified butter). Its light and melts in your mouth, but you can also crumble it and use it as an ice cream topping (which they do here with their soft serve).

Halvah Heaven is what this shop within Chelsea Market should be called. If you love the sweet, gritty, yet creamy taste of this delicacy, you will be enthralled with all the unique flavors available. The tahini soft-serve ice cream is a must try and there is both a dairy and vegan version. Sugar-free is sometimes a choice, but its still not a low-calorie dessert/food... no matter how you cut it, no pun intended. There is a good nutrient/protein factor with sesame seeds, so its truly a win-win!

This is seriously the best ice cream Ive ever had in my life, and Ive eaten a lot of ice cream. I got the vegan chocolate ice cream with a french vanilla cone. Vegan ice cream usually tastes slightly watered down. You couldnt even tell this was vegan. The flavor was unlike any ice cream Ive ever eaten. Not too sweet and very rich. Be sure to get the toppings for $1.00!!! I would give the ice cream ten stars out of five stars.

Stopped here while on a date with a girl. We taste-tested a bunch of their delicious flavors. The employees were kind and very helpful. Love the salted caramel... will definitely be back to buy some for my parents!

When it comes to desserts, I have a particular flair. I dont like food that are too sweet. Seed + Mill fits this bill. Had their goat milk ice cream topped with tahini sauce and it was just the right combination. Its also a bit savory. So if youre looking for something super sweet, this is probably not your place.

Id had never had Halva before and had no idea what it was. This was the perfect place to visit as they have about fifteen different flavors and their staff is friendly enough to explain everything! Not to mention they encourage you to sample.So Halva is basically fudge that is made from tahini and sugar. It is super, super sweet, but the consistency is different. It is soft and chewable, but it has more of a crumble or flaky-mess than actual Fudge.Unfortunately, just like fudge, they only want to sell you enormous pieces. I really wish I could walk away with about three bite sized pieces. But its a half pound or nothing. I ended up getting the half pound sampler - three different flavored chunks all adding up to a half pound.It was really fun sampling all the flavors and trying something new. But I must admit that what I bought was actually way too much sweetness for me and I couldnt finish it.

My God the Halva here is good. I mean really good.Im Israeli, I know my Halva.But! Their prices are on the premium side, $6 for each quarter pound, which is not at all a large piece.They also offer small boxes with bite pieces, Tahini and ice cream.

Really great selection of fresh halvah. The staff is young, so its chaotic when they are swarmed by people visiting, but they do give out samples.

Delicious halva. The ice cream (with halva / tahini) is also delicious. A truly unique experience in NYC. I dont know of any other place that even serves halva.The counter is also very well designed with always-friendly staff. They have a dozen different flavors that you can sample before you buy.

I ordered three different gift pack as a Hostess gift for my SIL and my Daughter and one for me, one was the Chocolate Lovers, the Variety with the green and plain Tahini with a sesame salt and one just a variety of Halva. Every gift pack was sent nicely packaged and in a timely manner. I grew up eating Halva but this has got to be some of the best Halva I have tasted! The Pistachio, White Chocolate Lemon and the Dark Chocolate are some of my favorites, not overly sweet, gluten-free(recently went GF for a medical reason) excellent flavours with enough choices for everyones pallette. My whole experience was awesome and Ill be ordering from Seed & Mill often, thanks to Star Chefs in Instagram for introducing me to this Botique Halva and Tahini store!

I found these sweets, while I was at Chelsea market, from what I understand, everything is made with sesame, first I had a taste of the classic one without taste, and it immediately intrigued me, then I took the coconut taste, pistachio and cinnamon, paid about $ 9 and the pistachio didnt wow me but cinnamon and coconut was very good
