The worst yogurt I have ever had. Normally I liked red mango but this branch was the worst. I heard from my friend who worked there that the owner not giving enough importance to keep the machines clean.

Once I came to United States, I started working there. The Turkish owner of this branch of Red Mango didn’t paid my money. I worked there almost one week. At the end of the week he said ok it was a training so I won’t pay you! I wrote a letter to Red Mango regarding that issue. And I saw that he was especially trying to get undocumented people for employment so that he don’t require paying tax. And maybe he thinks it is easy to manage them. There is also one Turkish restaurant close to red mango. And the owner is the same guy. I heard same kind of issues as well from this restaurant. I ALREADY MADE A COMPLAINT TO RELATED DEPARTMENTS OF NYC.While I work there, yogurt machine was not cleaned properly. I HIGHYL DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Terrific location for some light fare to satisfy those sugar cravings! They have all the old classics as well as some of the more unusual flavors like pomegranate and lucky taro. Comfy and cozy seating arrangements too if you want to enjoy the deliciousness of the frozen yogurt then and there!

Haha okay, to begin with, Im a huge ice cream/fro-yo eater. I was feeling the craving for something sweet and cold, so obviously ice cream was my first thought. I was hoping that Red Mango would do it for me but it seriously didnt. This Red Mango is quite small and not the cleanest. The cups and bowls are in the back of the store. When we entered, there was no one at the counter to greet us. We got our cups of fro-yo and went to the counter to pay and get toppings. We had to wait there while the employee was on her phone and doing other things.Since it was a little breezy outside, we decided to eat there. While we were there, the employee was making an order to go, and while doing so, dropped a spoon on the ground. She then proceeded to put that spoon back into the pile of other spoons that were there. ... Gross.

Large amount of flavor variety, good customer service and usually tables are free to sit down and escape from the heat.

The cashier Natalie was rude . She didn’t greet me when I walked in . When it was time to place my order I asked for a strawberry yogurt she asked what size I said small she said large then I said no I would like the small. She grabs a cup so I said I want frozen yogurt. She rudely raises her voice & says you have to go make it yourself. This is my first time coming there so how would I know. Anyway, this was a horrible first experience. I will not visit again.

I am lactose allergic. They have this extremely delicious non dairy peanut butter froyo ...omg!!! Also they have non dairy dark chocolate which is really good too. The prices are reasonable. They have a variety of flavors for who can eat lactose.

The acai bowl is NOT the best. Maybe they used rotten milk that day but the Green PST shake is AMAZING. Nice music but too loud to work in. Wish the peanut butter acai bowl was decent :-(

I visit red mango like 1-2 times a week and always get their delicious Acai bowl. The only problem here is that i always place my order through the App i like to order ahead so i dont have to be waiting and to avoid the lady at the front because everytime i walk in there she seems to have an attitude (very rude) No thank you no hi no please ((RUDE)) but MY ORDER IS NEVER READY which i dont understand why because everytime i walk in there its empty so its not like shes helping anybody out. its been going on for too long that i finally decided to give my review.Delicious Acai bowl! terrible service

I always enjoy going. The drinks are super good and healthy. The ACAI bowls are awesome. Im always greeted upon entering. The young lady is always very personable and nice.

I’m so sad to write this, because the place looks really beautiful and healthy, however, the juice which I order today and the guy who made it ( with our uniform, I guess a manager or owner ) was horrible ! First of all, me and my husband was trying to desire which Juice to order, and this guy was rushing us, I ask him a question, and when I decide we ask me if I want only one, and I said yes, this gentleman start to laugh, because it take me time to order one juice so much time ((( Second, The just which have to be with the pineapple, cucumber mint and orange, it is doesn’t taste like orange or pineapple or mint, it has or too much cucumber or too much water was added ( I will don’t mind, but the bootle is almost $9 ! I ordered delivery from them via Doordash and got (among other things) their Chocolate Hazelnut Banana Berry Acai bowl. I noticed that the item description included pumpkin seed granola, which I have a hard time eating, so I told them in the comments and asked if they would be able to substitute the granola with whatever fruit they might have available. I received a bowl full of fruit of all kinds (the quality of the fruit was wonderful, very fresh!). They really went above and beyond my expectations and I am so grateful to the staff for their amazing customer service. Thank you so much, and I absolutely cannot wait to order from here again!

Its a pretty neat concept. The people there are so nice and its fun to watch them make the ice cream in front of you. There arent any places to sit really, except 4 bar stools inside. Definitely give it a try at least once. $7.50 for the mango coconut. I recommend skipping the honey.

This place has great fro-yo flavors that are very interesting and not your average ice cream flavors. The staff was very friendly and its a good place to visit on a day out with your friends I loved the Taro fro-yo that they had. I will say that I find this place a bit on the pricer side and compared to fro-yo places such as forty carrots in Bloomingdales its not the most price reasonable place.

Great selection of toppings with tasty frozen yogurt flavors and delicious smoothies.If youre looking for frozen yogurt, I highly recommend the Lucky Taro or Vanilla Latte flavors if theyre available. Additionally, dont be afraid to try the mochi topping if youve never had it. Its unlikely satisfying.

Great smoothies. The berry banana is pretty good. The price is what you would expect for a healthy smoothie. Paid about $14 for two 16 oz smoothies. Taste like real fruit and not the cheap stuff you can get from McDonalds

I have been to a lot of froyo places but wow. This was crazy good yogurt. I got the mixed berry, SO GOOD. Fresh fruit and very well put together.

We went to Red Mango based on G+ suggestion. My friend had been looking for a specific dessert which was referenced on the menu. Unfortunately the strawberry shortcake wasnt a full-on dessert but instead a flavor of milkshake. We decided on a cookie sandwich instead. It was tasty but a little pricy. I knew it was popular so I cannot complain about the wait time on a Saturday night in July. I will complain, however, that the restroom was out of order and the staff was in an extreme rush to move us along. Overall- a good experience- but probably not enough to go out of the way to return.

Everyone loves Red Mango, but if youre expecting the same quality service from this location, well, dont. The workers are unfriendly and weird. Their flavors are more of Red velvet cupcake and almost none of the original flavors such as pomegranate or regular. And, the biggest downside, is that to try a flavor, you have to let the workers fill one of those tiny cups FOR YOU with whatever amount they decide and hand it to you. Its usually dripping on their hands, and it makes for a very unsanitary situation. I understand that people abuse samples, but would it be the biggest deal to just continue to hide the sample cups behind the counter and hand the customer one when they want a sample?

I went there for the fresh juice. The sweet green zing is good. Lot of options for smoothies and fresh juices.

On several occasions, the manager has been pretty rude and impatient to my coworkers and me even when there are no customers in the store. Frozen Yoghurt place with not many flavours - but it is a nice selection of them.There are no long waiting lines, since this place is maybe not yet that popular. However, I was very surprised that I have to ask for sample cups I do not know all of this flavours like white peach (super yummy) and wanted to see if i like it before I buy it. I was even more surprised when the selling lady then went arount the corner and came with 2 sampling cups and was asking me which i want to try. Then she was putting a drop in the cup and gave it to me. I am used that you get a hand full sampling cups if you want as soon as you enter the shop and then you can sample as much as you like by self service.

Ripped off! $35 delivery order of Red Mango...paid extra for delivery. The Quart only had 14oz of froyo! A quart should have 32oz. (only swirled against the edges of the container and hollow in the middle) The large cup after partially eaten weighed 9ounces.
