This place is quite nice and cute! And better yet, it smells amazing! The milkshake I bought was curiously really sweet but not insanely sweet at the same time. Unlike other milkshakes, this one is quite refreshing and it does not leave you parched from all the sugar. I hope that they could put more syrup in the drink next time though!

At first, I thought it would just be good for social media but the ice cream is actually really smooth and creamy! I went with a vanilla, honey nut cereal, chocolate Graham cracker and caramel drizzle. The cereal really blends in nicely with the ice cream

This place is super cool! This unique ice cream 🍦 shop allows you to choose an ice cream flavor and mix it with your choice of cereal. 🍨 You can also just get a bowl of cereal 🥣 The have a variety of colorful waffle cones, ice cream flavors, and (obviously) an endless number of cereal blends. Staff if friendly and the store design is really nice! I wish they had more drizzle options!

There was a line to order but waiting on line is worth it over here. I ordered the cookie crisp carnival in a cup and it was amazing. It tasted like no other ice cream i had before, it was topped off perfectly and looked picture perfect. They made the ice cream quite quick as well, i would definitely recommend this ice cream joint.

Went with my bestie and we loved it. A bit on the pricier side being that it’s a $10 ice cream but I think it’s worth it because it’s very pretty and tasty - couldn’t resist taking pics, great for your Instagram feed! I would suggest asking for a cup additional to your cone (if you decide to get one) because the ice cream does start dripping quite quickly and you gotta be quick if you’re taking pics.

This place is sooo good. I got a bowl of the Cookie Crisp carnival even in 50 degrees but I’d get it again if I could! The food was awesome and the line was pretty small (went around 6pm on Saturday). They could an area outdoors for you to wait and eat at and they play some awesome music too. My only comment is that I’d get double the cookie dough the next time since that was soo good and the order I got is only topped with cookie dough so as you get deeper into the bowl you’ll find it missing. All in all great experience tho.

Very quick and friendly service. Ice cream is not too sweet which is perfect for my taste as the sprinkles balance it out to have a delicious taste. It was cold outside but there were small outdoor stations with a heater which in my opinion didn’t really help. We opted on leaving. Didn’t really matter as the shake and ice cream are amazing.

This was such a cute ice cream shop. Two great things put together, ice cream and cereal. I love the concept, the different cartoons playing on different small screens on the wall was entertaining. I got the cookie crisp carnival! The staff was super friendly and helpful. I thought my cone came with cookie crisp cereal on top and once they saw I wasn’t 100% happy with my order they asked if everything was okay, and then added the cereal on top for me. Thank you guys! I had a great time here :) can’t wait to come back

16 bucks for a cup of ice-cream... For this price, i was expecting something outstanding... Well, if you like basic ice-cream with a ton of sugar, youll love it, but i didnt! The buzz on internet is absolutely wrong on this one, dont count on me again

Very much enjoyed this little spot. Loved the aesthetics. It was completely Rugrats from top to bottom including episodes on small tvs like pictures in a frame along the wall. The slushie with the orange popping bubbles were ok. I really wished they would have gotten better cups so would could keep them for longer because they are so cute. My friend got a milkshake and said it was good. They have a decent area outside because the inside it very small however there was no seating. It does have rugrats all over so it makes for a great picture. Ill be back soon regardless rugrats alone was worth it for me 😁

MUST TRY IF VISITING NEW YORK. We wanted to try as many different restaurants while here in New York but we’re going back here today because of how much we loved it! We got the one with Cookie Crisp and Oreos and I loved how the cereal was mixed into the ice cream. Sooo yummy! Try this over Black Tap’s ice cream which is super overrated in my opinion

Clean interior with a spacious outdoor seating. The staff are courteous and quick to serve despite the massive lines. I got one of their special signatures, the cookie crisp carnival, on a french vanilla cone. Cant wait to go back and try a different signature!

This place is amazing!! The idea is so original and the ice cream is so delicious. The serving is HUGE. My friends and I had planned to go to another restaurant after stopping here, but we were too full after the ice cream to even get more food. The price is extremely cheap for the amount of ice cream and toppings we got. I would definitely split one with a friend if I were to go again. The hype was well deserved!!

Milk & Cream Cereal Bar is super cute! Its not hard to find when youre coming from the train station too. The workers move at a great pace and theyre super nice. Its a little small so there are chances that you wont get a seat. A great place to treat yourself after a long day of shopping or hanging out with friends. I hope to see more M&CCBs opening around New York. Theres also a bathroom there, major bonus points.

I love this place! Such a cool concept. They have two ice cream flavors, vanilla and cookies and cream and you are allowed to mix in any cereal into the ice cream.They have a new teenage mutant ninja turtles pizza shaped ice cream which is for a limited time only, so the line was was super long (maybe 20 people), but totally worth it.The limited addition ice cream was delicious and I cant wait to go back and get it again before its gone.The people that work there are super nice and friendly and very helpful.IG-@traveleen_gurl

Awesome experience. The staff was extremely friendly. Loved the atmosphere. Whenever I think of cereal I remember my childhood and watching cartoons. Guess what? They have cartoons playing (Power Puff Girls, Johnny Bravo, etc.). My cone was delicious. I will definitely be going back.

This is a hole in the wall ice cream shop. Overall go down to this area and enjoy Little Italy. It was amazing

Friendly and fast service! For $7, the serving is very generous — I think they put in about 3-4 scoops of ice cream per cup. I ordered fruit loops and reeces cereal with cookie dough ice cream and it definitely satisfied my craving. The cereal flavours are quite subtle but definitely there. Surprisingly, the cookie dough ice cream did not overpower the cereal flavors!The staff were very professional and served our ordered within a minute! I would definitely go back, but instead of ordering one each, I will be sharing.

So good!!! It was my first time in NYC and this place was on our list. We couldnt enjoy it inside because of covid, but they do have seating outside. I tried the Capn Crunch and it was yum!! When I make a return visit, hopefully after covid, Ill definitely come back here!

This place was amazing ! Sooo many choices. The staff was so friendly and the building was super clean. The milkshake I got was delicious. Prices were fair and the entire experience was absolutely amazing. I asked the employee if I could take some photos and he said absolutely considering it is in the middle of NYC it was nice to find some people who were so friendly. Again the prices were more than fair especially for being in the middle of NYC. I will be back !

The ice cream was good!

Actually really good ice cream! However the Ice Cream was melting before they could even hand it to us and then it started dripping all over the place including everyone’s clothing. When we asked for something to clean up like a cup of water or wipes, they have none and proceeded to charge us $1.50 for water. It’s soft ice cream, you never expected it to melt? Concept may need more thought.

First time, and it was amazing!!! Went with the vanilla, Apple Jacks, cookie crumbs and chocolate drizzle. I never wanted it to end. Can’t wait to go back!

I enjoyed Milk and Cream. The atmosphere is really chill no pun intended. You can hangout for some time because of how nice this place is. I really like the ice cream, and the number of combinations means this place wont get stale any time soon. I am definitely coming back soon with my friends for dessert. Perfect place to go after a night out.

The lines are absolutely insane every time I go there. The product they are putting out is pretty freaking good though. All in all I really enjoyed my ice cream. The concept is solid and the venue is pretty nice with plenty of picture opportunities. I would go back if I had more friends to distract me from the long wait times. Last time I went it was a bit warm for an ice cream spot

Great experience overall. We got the front berry bliss and a waffle bowl with Cap’n Crunch and Krave pieces topped with coconut and caramel drizzle. It was our first time there and we were walked through the menu and ordering process by Alice. Very friendly and attentive service. Quick turnaround, great ice cream. Highly recommended.

Saw this place on TikTok.. So we had to go and check it out.. And it was worth it. Theyre doing the Rugrats edition now.. The lines are long but the move fast.. Its a must go to. My family and I will go back.

I have always eaten vanilla icecream with cereal mixed in as a kid and now as an adult its great to have my cereal mixed in for me. The icecream seems expensive but honestly one serving is enough to share with someone else. Plus I love all the collabs they have, it keeps things really interesting.

Took the kiddos for a treat and they were ecstatic. They were raving about a cinnamon toast crunch milkshake and crabby patty ice cream. Needless to say they got a sugar rush, I got best mom looks from them. Everyone wins

I’m vegan because of severe health concerns. I came in very excited to participate in the purchase of the limited time Rugrats promotion. I came to the counter to ask the employees if the slushee was vegan and to my surprise I was met with a not so positive experience. The employees were not well informed or concerned with ensuring that my dietary restrictions were respected and I had to continuously request that they ask if the slushee was vegan or contained vegan ingredients. They made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by asking a simple yet very important question. I shouldn’t have to feel like I’m forcing someone to take my money and patronage. This was my first time visiting the place and to be honest I really don’t ever plan to return if the status quo is to treat customers like aliens and inconveniences.

They way they let you customize your dessert from choosing a different types of cone options, cereal to blend in the ice cream and delicious toppings is so out the box.I had my little sister in town and overlooking the reviewing i know it will be so fun and yummy to take her. the venues is really cute for photo taking and good lighting to snap the delicious dessert. The price point is worth with what you get i estimated from customizing through the stage is about $ 7+. Each topping and blend is and extra $.50. If you have any children i would share they portion is a good amount to share. If your undeceive they have there own ice cream options to try from with a base price of $8.50.I really enjoyed the open space and being able to view the back kitchen right from the side bar. You can view the quality, cleanliness of how the dessert is made to your liking. It is a small area with little seating, which really benefits couple or any small parties. Theres no restroom, they do offer all types of payments except Apple Pay.Overall a must visit !

Dont wast your money and have your ice cream here. Obviously this place is very overrated.My daughter was asking for ice cream all day, I brought here her after seeing all good reviews.They are so stingy with toppings they barely put sprinkles. Usually the whole ice cream is dipped with sprinkles. What a shame, my daughter was so disappointed. This is the first time i come across such a stingy ice cream shop!!

I’ve been to hundreds of soft serve or ice cream places and believe me this is one of the best in terms of taste, flavor, creaminess, smoothness and shape... until you discover that it’s not even soft serve!

New take on cereal and ice cream, good place for a quick visit in Chinatown. I saw a lot of teenagers at this place, very hip and trendy ambience. Because of covid they have the option of outdoor “seating” on wood slabs, inside partitions made by a plastic hanging so as to keep up physical distance. The taste is good, not too sweet which I loved. The price is good too. Friendly staff.

Super delicious! Very unique ice cream store 😀 🍦 I definitely recommend the fruity pebbles cone because itll kick you right to your childhood! They had a frozen lemonade option for vegans (my girlfriend) but wish they had more of a variety.

Cereal ice cream is so bomb. Its basically like drinking the milk at the end of your cereal bowl only better! Right now they have an awesome Collab with Nickelodeon and TMNT! Ice cream pizza and turtle ice cream and drinks until mid-September. Totally worth the wait in line! TMNT themed outdoor seating also available!

5 stars without a doubt. This place is a dream come true for soft served ice cream lovers and is next level goodness! They add the toppings and blend it together - flavor game changer. I kept it simple without cereal and added cookie dough with sprinkles in the pink French vanilla cone ... I regret not taking a picture of this masterpiece before diving in! It’s a massive serving, good for two people to share.

Clean establishment. The person creating my ice cream was very precise on placement of the add-ons (which I loved, honestly) and the ice cream itself was SUPERB! I wanted another but Im on a diet. Haha!

Fairly decent prices for the amount of ice cream you get. Youre mostly paying for the experience of having cereal infused ice cream and flavored/colored waffle cones with it. All-in-all a very cute and well put together ice cream bar with a plethora of selections to choose from at slightly high prices.

This place makes me happy. Cinnamon Toast Crunch blended in ice cream opened my eyes to a better world.The waffle cone is actually good and it’s new spiritual successor, the waffle bowl, brings us the best of both worlds.I caution against getting too creative but my favorite ice cream is actually Cinnamon Toast Crunch + fruity pebbles in vanilla. Trust.

The ice cream is great, they have a cool machine that mixes the cereal with base and then extrudes it. Flavors come through nicely and the ice cream is not overly rich. Friendly staff in a cool space. Bobbys world FTW. Will repeat!

We got a cookie dough soft serve base with fruity pebbles cereal mixed in, brownie bites for toppings, and caramel drizzle on top. At first I was worried it might be overly sweet but it was actually the perfect amount of sweetness and incredibly delicious. Overall an amazing experience. Cereal + ice cream is pure genius. They go exceptionally well together. Crumbled cereal is mixed with vanilla or cookie dough ice cream base to make delicious crunchy ice cream. Toppings of your choice and drizzle give it that extra push to make it one of the best ice creams one can have. Also, you cannot go wrong with the waffle cone. They make sure to fill the bottom of the cone so you won’t be left with an empty shell halfway through. We tried the Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Would definitely come here again to try the other flavors.

The line is long depending on the day and there aren’t that many seating options since basically every spot is taken.

This place is great! The guy who was cashiering had a funny and great personality. I had a cup of ice cream blended with cinnamon toast crunch and a waffle cone, topped with chocolate drizzle, peanuts, and brownie bites. It was soooo yummy. The ice cream tasted like cereal milk, yum. My buddy got cereal. He had one of the original specialities that was Fruit Loops based. The milk bottle and spoon that come with it are cute. The spoon is also a straw so you can drink the cereal milk up that way! Also the milk bottle is cute and has the milk and cream logo on it. The guy who made my ice cream was definitely great at his job because he made my dessert look beautiful. The lady who made my buddys cereal was also great, the presentation is wonderful.

I visited NY for the 3rd time, with the purpose of going to all the places on my food list, and this was the first spot I hit. Exceeded my expectations. The best creation in terms of desserts in a long time (that and edible cookie dought but youll find my review on that somewhere else). So back to the cereal bar: THEY HAVE GOLDEN TEDDY GRAHAM CEREAL!!!! (childhood favorite) they have almost all and any sugary cereal you could want, and you can choose to have an actual cereal bowl, or have it in an ice cream. The ice cream version is amazing! Although very sweet.. definitely go with someone, otherwise you might have a sweet coma haha but, I managed, and I dont regret it! Also, the staff is super super friendly.
