Easily the most friendly staff of any Carvel/Subway in the city, and the food is always on point. A clean and nice place to grab a snack or a meal after a long day.

They skimp with the portions on the soft serve.

Worst carvel ever! Ive spent hundreds of dollars ordering cakes, flying saucers and chipsters for delivery on two occasions during the last year and all of them were incorrectly made and terrible. I have been to carvel locations all across the country and they are mostly consistent. However this location takes the cake as being run by employees that do not care or take any pride in their work. The franchisee blames the employees but it all rests on his shoulder. If they cant make the product correctly he should be doing it himself. They have no idea what they are doing and use old products (the crunchies every time are soft and stale). Upon bringing this complaint to the owner they refunded me a fraction of the price. Didn’t even offer to remake the order because “the delivery fee was to high to resend it” It they don’t want to deliver they should turn down delivery orders. I dont know how they stay in business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Good ice cream. Cake is okay priced and very tasty with the crunchies.

As an ice cream lover, Carvel is my most favorite ice cream shop throughout the city. All the ice creams, desserts, and drinks that they serve are so delicious and tasty. Everyone here serves their customer with genuine happiness which fills the place with a comfortable ambiance.I always love their ice cream ever since I was 16 when I first visited this place. Everything about here is great, quality service, mouth-savoring foods, all at an affordable price.

Saying there is incompetence here would be generous. Where to start? I ordered a birthday cake, extra sprinkles, with a custom note on Monday for $43.55. I was instructed by the gentleman who worked there (and mind you, only one person was working both the Carvel and Subway when I walked in) that since I was serving the cake that evening, to put the cake in the fridge. Strange..it is ice cream, so I thought it went in the freezer. Are you sure it doesnt go in the freezer, and not the fridge? Put it in the fridge. Then asked a second time with the same answer. It felt off, but who was I to argue? He worked at an ice cream place every day, so he should know. I bought my cake and left.That evening...disaster. The cake was melted. Needless to say, the birthday cake surprise was disappointing and ruined. I called Tuesday morning, they said to call later to speak to the manager. I called later and the manager dismissed me, saying no one there would ever say that. I asked for a replacement cake or a refund, and was told to call back today. So I went in person, was dismissed by the manager who again said that one of their employees would ever say that, and then he walked away to leave me speaking with someone else who just sat there asking why I would do such a thing to put a cake in the fridge, and so we went around in circles. Clearly, customer service is not in their vocabulary. Since when do managers walk away and not handle things? Instead, I was offered the opportunity to purchase another cake at a discounted rate. WOW. You read that right.So if you are in FiDi, make sure to never buy a cake at Carvel. Walk on over to the Cedar Street Financier or the Milk Bar on Wall Street for exceptional customer service and much better cakes for the same price or less.

Great location but I wish they had a drive through. They do have a window in the parking lot that is supposed to be used as a walk up window yet in all the times Ive been here I have never once seen it open. I would probably come here a lot more often instead of going to the one near work if they had a drive through.

Picked up a large ice-cream cake here for an office party. The service was fast even with a customized cake. Cant go wrong with a Carvel cake honestly, but I havent had any of the in store items at this branch.

I had planned to go to Chick filet. Very pricey. The peanut butter shake was great and had the happy hour special too.

Ordered a cake. Was ready earlier. The guys were accommodating and nice packing it with ice.

The staff their is awesome and attentive. They let my try every flavor due to my indecisiveness. I go here every time i need a fix.

Solid ice cream! I am a fan of their soft serve and ice cream cakes!

I just spent $3.81 on a small cup and already regret it. The scoops are very small compared to reval like baskin robbins. To make it morse the ice cream taste stale. Its definitely not smooth or fresh. If I were bold enough I would return and request my money back. I should have gotten a cone, or sundae at Mc Donalds or a frosty at Wendys. Way better than this.Ive had their ice cream in past and it was a lot better.

Always consistent and they always have good prices.

Service was a little slow today but usually on point. Its local so I will be back

This Carvel Shop has all kinds of cakes grab to go or have them deliver right at your Door.

They short change me a $1 didnt notice to much later and wasnt given a receipt either.

The $1.99 milkshakes are the bomb here friends! From 2pm-9pm you can get them at the discounted price.....go for it!
