I needed shirts printed and delivered within 72 hours. Harvey was so friendly on the phone. He had the shirts printed in Texas the same day and delivered to me (they have both overnight delivery and 48hr delivery options). He was very friendly and accommodating. Excellent Service ! Need a t-shirt order at the last minute, called T-Shirt Express and asked if they could get me customized printed t-shirt for the following day. They said yes, we exchanged 2 emails, had 2 short conversations. I knew what I needed they knew what to do .I got the order as expected the following day. Speaking about effectiveness, Harvey and Trish are the best.This is how a business transaction should be done. Well done guys!

On Sunday I received a last minute request to get a couple of dozen shirts for Tuesday. One-color front and back with 3XLs in the mix. Google gave me 3 options and I emailed artwork to all 3 Sunday night. The first and most thorough response was from Harvey. He asked that I contact him first thing Monday morning.In 5 minutes he gave me options on printing, blanks, shipping and pricing. He even found a typo in my rushed artwork that I edited and sent him while we were talking.Later in the morning (after Id already ordered from Harvey) I received a much higher estimate from #2 and a note saying they couldnt pull it off in time from #3.The only glitch in the order - the shirts arrived 15 minutes early! Of course they had no control on delivery, so Ill let them slide.Of course we were happy with the production or we wouldnt be writing this review. Crisp shirts, neatly folded with great screen quality. All good.
