Gifted is the best in the city, especially when you need quick turnaround. Ive used them probably 10 times over the last three years. Every time it was for a one-off print, and every time it was completed quickly and done well. Every shirt and hat I have from them still hold up today after plenty of wearing and washing.The employees are all very friendly, communicative, and helpful. They are always quick to respond to calls, texts, and emails. All around a great local service!

The worst, you try to support businesses at such a time like this. Never spoke with anyone only emailed after it took nearly a month to receive two hideous tshirts! The quality is poor the T-shirt’s once you wash them just use it as a dusting rag! I wastes my money but NEVER AGAIN! And that hideous branding on the back! WTH!!! No do not order from this place, your better off creating your own. Trust me

For anyone coming to leave a review regarding Gifted Apparel NYC, please understand this is not the same store. I see someone has already made the mistake I was about to make as this came up when I searched for Gifted Apparel. That closely named company is giving this seemingly reputable company a bad name.

Reading the reviews, maybe I should have taken the drive to NYC to pick up my shirts.ordering on the website has been a nightmare for me. I ordered 2 T shirts on 8/26.. received a confirmation email on 9/8 with a tracking number that states that USPS has not received the package and it will update when they have the package.here we are 9/20 and I still do not have my shirts nor an update from the post office.sent 2 emails to the info email and was told that my package was put on a mail truck and may have gotten lost, give them a couple of days and they may have to replace my order.this is bad online business I must say.going forward I will continue to use my local girl to print shirts out for me. tried to support a local company and that did not work at all.STILL WAITING ON MY PACKAGE 6 DAYS WILL BE A MONTH.(of course they are going to say we only count business days).

So, I am finally writing a review! I had a shirt made in July 2020 for an event I planned last min. First, I went in as a walk-in. Very Great Costumer Services and greeting. I felted comfortable! They gave me an estimated time for my shirt to be done (1 hour) but they still made my shirt within 30 mins! Now Im writing this in Decemeber 2020, my shirt is still in great condition! Especially washing it numours of times. Thank you so much! 5 stars wish I can give 6+.

Super fast turnaround for custom designs and good quality!

I needed some letters put on a charity shirt for a marathon I was running. It took around 15 minutes and cost $13 ($5 + $2 a letter) to get MATT put on the shirt. The shirt looked good and the letters held up through the marathon. I was worried because the running tops are synthetic and Ive head of issues with burning and melting but they had no issues. I would have no hesitations about going back for my next shirt.

I had a last minute idea for shirts to wear to the March for Science, and these guys made it happen! They were super nice and helpful, made two different custom designs right there in the store while I waited, and in the end, the prices were better than most places online - who couldnt have gotten it to me as fast.Im recommending them to friends for any future shirt printing jobs.

Affordable place for custom shirts. The actual printing is pretty quick, but I had to wait a bit because the customers ahead of me didnt really know what they wanted. The dude printing the shirts was very friendly.

This place is super cool. I had a custom order I needed very quickly. I emailed morning of and had the items in hand by 15 minutes after the shop opened. I recieved really quick responses from both the shop owner and the person who made my items by both email and phone- this place really went out of their way for me and has great customer service. Go check them out!

Best T-shirt spot in town if you need something done last minute.

Stopped by today to get two shirts printed . Workers were extremely friendly and focused when making sure the print was on perfectly . Will come back again 100% . 10/10 thanks once again

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!Arrogant and diabolical customer serviceI picked up a t-shirt with a photo printed just before the store closed when I got home I saw that it wasnt close to being straight. When I took it back the arrogant employee told me that he hadnt performed the print job. When I said that I wasnt calling out any employee and that I just wanted what I ordered printed straight he had the audacity to tell me that he would give me a couple of dollars off a reprint. Thats not how it works! If only no stars were an option!!!! Grrrrr

Found a cool idea for a Halloween costume, last minute of course, and stumbled on these guys. Gave them a call (off hours) Ed answered and took my order. Send them images of what I wanted and picked up 30 mins before they closed. They went as far as to text me an image of the shirt after it was made to be sure that I was happy with it.Not sure what these one stars are about. I was expecting the worst after reading these. I think coming at this with a good attitude and not being rude will get you pretty far.Side note: their delivery service is actually Uber Rush (FYI)Quick/Fast service, Customer service beyond what I would expect for a T-Shirt printing company (No offense :)
