Dont be fooled by the extensive inventory! Returned from a trip to NY to find that the store clerks had packed all single sides of snaps and hardware (youre not allowed to pack your own products). No refunds or returns, only the response to stop in to exchange for the merchandise they took my money for in the first place. Cant exactly drop on in from Virginia... Plenty of other choices in that neighborhood, I just didnt know that this one was a waste of time and money.

Customer service from one specific older male Korean employee was absolutely horrible! Ive been going to this store for years and have been working in the industry for years, never had any issue until today. He berated me in the middle of the store for taking photos for my boss to review so we can purchase. My currant company has spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars here and for him to scold and yell at me and then proceeded to follow me around the store was ridiculous. I would suggest letting this employee go if you expect to make any money. For my other fellow fashion designers big or small I definitely recommend going to pacific trimming instead, everyone is nice there and they hold a huge and amazing array of products. And if youre looking for zippers go to SIL, they have huge array of zippers in much more reasonable price then this place.

Any zippers are available here! Here is the only place you should go when you need a zipper. They made what I really need, and my jacket came out so great! You will get what you pay.

Has been years since I made my first purchase, today is the first time a have a bad experience. I always know is over price but at least service were fast and efficient. I just hope Debbie is back to reorganize that store again!

Whenever I finish a new garment I take it to Botani to find buttons. I always find something thats perfect for it! I never end up going anywhere else for buttons, rivets or chain. Love this place.

Great variety of buttons, trims, and other things you might need. Ive only purchased buttons from them so i dont remember all the things they carry, but if you are looking for buttons, i recommend going here. It has a greater/wider selection of buttons than i have found elsewhere. Wide range of price points, too.

Terrible service I will never go back due to the way they treat people and their overpriced trims. Go to pacific trimmings they much more respectful and will treat you like a decent human being. Also spoke to the manager of the store her attitude to me sounds like she does not care. One star is for the black gentleman in the front that actually gives great service.

Very unhelpful, woman was very rude and tried to rush me off the phone while I was asking her a question about a rhinestone transfer.

Be careful- I was told I could order 250 magnetic clasps from Botani. I provided a sample of my product to Neiman Marcus who was interested in buying. When it was time to place the order (a week later) they say they could no longer provide the order because the had stopped making the item.

If you are looking for a zipper in New York, then this is the place to go! They also have a varied selection of buttons and hardware for the fashion as well. I got my broken zipper replaced for my favorite jacket in here, and they made a brand new zipper with the brand name called Lampo, which was perfect for my jacket!
