The products are ok... its the customer service that is absolutely horrible... I ordered a few things,I received 3 out of the 4 things I ordered pretty quickly... however I was never informed I was only received some of the things I ordered the email I received said my order had shipped so making sure there wasnt an error I emailed customer service telling them Im missing something...no response.... so I emailed them again, yet again still no response! Their products arent that good that I cant find things elsewhere!

Great quality, fair prices and helpful staff

I heard about this cosmetics from many people. Yesterday I went there to get scrub wipes and sculpture. I saw that prices are really law. I decided to get something else. I got 2 3D Hydra lipgloss. It looks good but after 20 minutes there is no gloss on lips at all. Also I got blue liquid eyeliner, eyeliner pencil and pure clean micellar biphase water. I tried it yesterday. Today I have eye outflow after those products. Which is an allergy. I’d go to the store but I don’t receipt. I through it away yesterday.

Knowing Kiko from Italy, their cosmetics and shops are of a top quality, as a result of years of Italian beauty and cosmetics tradition. I searched and tried a lot to find something comparable and couldnt find, but in Kiko. I love GREEN ME eye-shadow pallete and the natural face soap bar. Small, well organized shop in times square that was put together despite the obvious chaos of times square. I enjoy Kiko cosmetics as they are very affordable and the quality is quite nice. The packaging makes it seem high end because its generally nicer compared to similarly priced make up.

Best place to get cosmetics, make over. You name it. I loved their shops in Madrid and would live to see more of them in NJ & NYC. Go Kiko USA

I have visited the times square store a few times in the last few months and have to say the staff is amazing, even security is helpful. Every visit has been a success. From helping me find the perfect shade of concealer to the exact matching lip liner. Thank you all so much. I will be definitely be back.

Makeup is great. customer service is AWFUL. no one greeted us at the store on 1/16/2020 in the evening (it was completely empty). the entire staff was having their own conversation and actively ignoring us. When we went to check out the girl didn’t even say the total out loud and said nothing throughout the transaction. I said “thank you!” only to be ignored. actually comical 😂 would rather pay for shipping online than visit this atrocity. everyone should be fired.

I went there by accident around 10pm, found products that I want to try. Prices are very affordable and quality of the product is on the point. Tried several products right in the store, they provide makeup removing products so will not be covered in all those goodies. Some products were even on sale, which is always a great bonus.Stuff is very friendly and helpful. I bought everything that I need within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

Kiko - Times Square, NY - On July 2nd I bought 4 lipsticks that were on sale. Then I realized I was charged full price and mentioned it to the salesperson. She asked the manager, who checked the price of another product on sale. That other product was also showing full price. Then the manager took the sales signs down and went to the back of the store without saying anything. The salesperson told me that she could give me the money back and there was nothing they could do. I mentioned that they should charge me the sales price that was advertised at the store, but she told me she couldn’t do anything about it. If that’s how the manager deals with an issue, she should find something else to do, because she is not prepared to be a manager and represent your company.

I order kiko online all the time, you can imagine my excitement when i saw this store open and happened to be in NY for one night! I rushed and got there 11:45pm knowing i would still have 15mins and the associates already have locked the doors and wouldnt let me in! One only acknowledged me because i kept waiving and mumbled something and kept going about his way in the store! If they close early just say so on the website and dont waste anyones time knowing the traffic thats in times square!

4 stars to the Time Square location and 1 to their lipsticks. Lovely presentation, lovely colors but somehow they start to fo outside the lip line thorough the morning. Terrible! What a disappointment.I just bought again the cleansing gel and toner—-5 starts to these 2. Wont mess with their make again. I wish the SI location opens again, it was larger and actually way more attractive than the one at Times Square.

When I went to pay for the product, the only thing one of the saleswomen told me was the price. I dont know why so much contempt for the client. I understand it was late, but you cant be so rude. At first I thought that since I am Argentine and I dont speak English they were discriminating against me, but I see many comments that say the same. They should wacht who hire because it seemed like they were doing me a favor and not serving me. I was buying from them, not stealing. Bad experience.
