Fantastic work on everything I have ever sent them!!! Overnight guys recommended a few promotional product for an expo that got me lots of attention. They printed my materials at midnight when noone else could. I also love that they are able to do graphic design work for me!

Ive twice ordered t-shirts imprinted with my artwork from this company and was happy with the results both times. Their t-shirts are 100% cotton and come in sizes ranging from childs small to adults extra-large. The image on the shirts looks fresh and vibrant, even after being laundered. My family and friends are very enthusiastic about these shirts and so am I. I also recently picked up an order for 100 postcards with one of my watercolors printed on them, and again I am very happy with the results. The paper stock is sturdy and glossy, and the image is crisp and colorful. I will continue to order t-shirts and postcards from NYC printing 123.

We got our wedding invitations printed here, and had a great experience. They were super helpful and had very quick turn around. Their prices were also quite reasonable, and they had a great selection of paper to print the invitations on.

One of those places where you have to suspect the good reviews were written by paid employees. This would have been hilarious if it wasnt so frustrating. Both times I tried to visit to pick up my printing during their normally posted business hours no one was in the office. I put that in quotes because the second time I called and could hear the phone ring until someone, (maybe, I hope in a remote office) picked it up, and then told me no one was in and that if I could wait two hours the girl might be in to open shop. Decided to take my order elsewhere and was able to have everything printed by a better quality shop, for less money, within those two hours.

This company needs a major improvement in their customer service skills. Their unprofessional and uneducated in the services that they offer. I spoke with a young lady on the phone who was quoting me on post cards I didn’t even request. All she was able to do was huff and puff about how miserable she was at her job. I understand if I was one of those customers that are idealistic or just too complicated. What I needed was very simple. If people like this are going to be working here the companies future is going to diminish overtime. When you’re in a business that provides services for the public. You’re job is to get it done effectively and efficiently. And if you’re not fond about the customer so what maintain your professionalism and respect for the place you work for.

This company basically cost me money and sabotaged my project. I needed 5 page color booklets printed. I submitted my job on a Friday afternoon expecting a 24 hour Saturday afternoon delivery. I contacted the company at noon to get an estimated time of delivery, they said they couldnt provide it. I noted that their shop closed at 8 PM and planned to contact them again at 5PM to see if the job was done. They contacted me at 3PM to say my job was finished and then closed the shop. At 5PM I was standing outside their location frantically trying to e-mail and leave messages to contact anybody so that I could get the booklets that they had already charged me $300 for.I rushed next door to Office Max and spent an additional $150 so that I could have some copies as I needed them for the next day. Finally, around 7PM I met with somebody that unlocked the shop and let me in to pick up my order. I should have carefully inspected my order, but of course didnt, because by this time I was furious and trying to not punch the poor girl that was kind enough to open the shop.Needless to say half of the booklets were printed with huge streaks throughout. I then contacted them to see if they would reprint half of the order and they would not contact me back. I reversed the charges via American Express and their reply was that I signed for the goods so I was stuck with them. They offered me a courtesy 10% off my next order.THESE PEOPLE ARE THE WORST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH.Scroll down the reviews and you will see they are obviously posting non-specific fake 5 star reviews while everyone else is posting incredibly specific one star reviews. The extent of their lying does not cease.

I just got off the phone with someone who literally just told me they may or may not get back to me on my custom rush order. He said I need to understand that they dont have time to handle all of the business that comes in their door. You are lucky if you hear back with all of the requests they get to. They only make it through half of their requests. Is this how you seriously how you talk to a customer or run your business?

Horrible print shop, don’t not use! I placed an order and they tried tacking on $1,000 to get it a few hours sooner. Then they wouldn’t let me cancel my order and the manager was very rude. They also said if it comes out blurry or anything is the matter with the print quality they would not correct or give customers their money back.

Has been amazing to work with at over night printing the signage looks amazing and install was done late last night

I had my business cards done on rush order and they turned out very well. I was able to pick them up as soon as they were finished printing and I was happy with the product. It was a pretty easy process from providing the design to them and they created the business card exactly as it should have looked.

Easy, great price, great quality. We had an offset print piece with very low quantity but Overnight Printing found a print solution that let us print our piece without compromise at a price that worked very well for us.

Sigh. This is why there are review sites, right? Should have checked before I ordered. They sent me one email saying no one is available to speak with you even though their website says 24/7 services. The jobs are NOT done on site, they ended up admitting that in writing. My job was supposed to be done by 8 PM. We went by the office and it was all locked and closed. They totally ignored me until 10 PM and then said the job would be ready at 11:15 PM and we had a 15 minute window to pick it up. I ended up getting them to deliver it, and they charged an additional $48 for that. Getting the order was important enough that it was worth paying extra to get something instead of nothing, but they were a nightmare.

Fast, good quality, cheap, and great service :) I would definitely come back for future t-shirt projects!

RUN AWAY and do not ever even consider using this company. AVOID.I ordered same-day business cards that ended up not being ready for four days. Thats bad enough, but Im appalled by the sheer volume of times I have tried to get through to a person to reason this out, and not gotten a response. When you call, they tell you they cant help and that you should email management. No one replies to the emails. I just call and email over and over and no one ever replies.Ive spent two weeks just trying to get someone to talk to me about this order. Ive pleaded, Ive been polite, Ive been angry. The only response I ever received was a form-letter of legalese telling me to review the refund policy and to return the product so they could investigate. When I pointed out that I never even picked up the product in the first place, all communications ceased.

I work in film production and we needed mugs made with a quick turn around. They nailed it! Fast, efficient and made well! I totally recommend them.

Got the job done in a pinch, but frustrating process with unresponsive customer service close to project delivery time (result, delivered one hour late), outdated site causing issues with file upload and incomplete $45 digital proof) and overall stressful experience. All while being very expensive.If your project is something you can do yourself, even with extended effort, DIY. Even being ok with the cost, using this service no net effort was spared.

I emailed this company about invitations that I needed within 2 days. I sent them a PDF of the invitation I wanted printed on cardstock and asked for the price. I received a reply without any real answer and so I emailed them back - no response. I called the next day and was told that I needed to provide them with a number with a cardstock, that different people have different preferences (the rep actually said white people have different preferences from Spanish people, Black people have etc...) and that he was not allowed to make any recommendations. I decided not to go any further at that point. Ridiculously BAD service - I wish I read the other reviews before I started dealing with this company!

Horrible horrible company, Wanted some postcards rush printed ie within 2 days and NOT 2 weeks. called them to cancel the job, and wouldnt mind paying the 17% cancellation. Sent a cancellation email and then CALLED again to confirm with the guy and he confirmed my cancellation.2 weeks later, I get a package full of postcards that i had cancelled. After calling several incompetent customer service, one told me that they cant do anything about it since by the time my email was received, my order had already gone into print.Why would I send an email to cancel if the order had already been printed, and why would, being already printed the next day, take 2 weeks for the package to deliver.Overall, they stole my $$$ and flat out lied about my order. Never do business with these cock$uckers.

I ordered cards from them, they never delivered my cards and when I called they would not send the cards out despite remitting full payment - beware ordering from this company - they are not honest! A complaint has been filed with the Better Business Bureau.
