I dread everytime I have to go here as the owner and his bizarre companion are condescending and passive aggressive. The amount I owe to print a 8.5 x 11 sheet changes everytime I visit. Some days they will charge you over $2 just to make one quick print. Not to mention the computers you have to use are filthy as hell. They are shady, dirty, and rude.

Love this place its been around for years a staple on the upper west side they are life savers like family. If you need the use a computer or print or fax b/c you equipment at home isnt cooperative or you need passport pics, business cards or stationary copies et.. This is the place. Support small businesses I think Staples gets more than there fare share 😉

I made the decision to move across the country by mailing most of my possessions in boxes. Packing and moving in this manner was challenging, but I do have to say that the staff at this store were phenomenally helpful, polite, and professional.Some of the employees did everything from repack some of my stuff, made things very efficient, and were passionate about what they did. It was a pleasure to work with everyone at Global Copy - if you are shipping boxes, I would highly recommend working with this company.

Don’t come here.They charged me $4.50 to print 1 B&W sheet of paper. The place is a scam, prices aren’t listed, terrible customer service, incredibly rude staff. Don’t bother ever coming here, go to the UPS or the copy store a few blocks uptown, this is one of the worst experiences I’ve been a part of.It is also very dirty, they don’t clean the computers and it is fiilthy.🤮🤮🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮This place sucks so much.

The business must have changed ownership because the current workers their are nasty, rude, and spread misinformation. Myself and three other customers from the area have experienced disrespect and not so nice language from the current staff their at Global Copy. My niece has a mailbox in global copy and she told me that they raised the price of the rental fee for a mailbox by $25 without informing her of the price increase.

The cost of printing is exorbitant: a printed page is 3x what it is at FedEx and the price of copies do not make up for that. Also I could only find one innocuous place on the wall where the cost is listed. While the management is courteous and while I would always prefer to support small businesses, there are a lot of options in the same neighborhood and Ill not be patronizing Global Copy in the future.

They just charged me $3.25 for printing one two-sided page. I had to ask them 3 times how much it was becuase they were standing and arguing about their price in Hindu before me, completely ignoring the fact that I don’t speak their language. This is a totally rip off

Not only are the prices good, but I have to rave about the service - above and beyond the call of duty! I had some large laminated sheets to mail and Nathan, the owner, knowing that it was an unusual size, figured out a way to rig up a box for me! I was blown away, he solved my problem before I even knew I had one!

They charged me over $2 for printing one page black and white PDF. Theres plenty of other places where you can print for 10 cents per page. Never going back for printing!

They totally saved me when I left my laptop at home and had an important appointment and needed a desktop computer with stable internet.

Dont ever go there! $1.50 per page just to scan. They will rip you off!

REALLY EXPENSIVE for printing black and white - got charged about $1 a page, and then they wouldnt take credit card either. Gonna be taking the subway down to Staples to print stuff next time.
