Got a puff bar from here. It did not seem right so i entered the code to verify it online. Good thing i did. It is a fake. They sell fake products. Puff bars were not displayed and i had to ask for them. The employee got them out from behind and under the counter which was my first clue something was up.Edit: the store i visited had the sameName and was located on7920 Roosevelt AveJackson Heights, NY 11372United States

I’ve been wanting to give these guys a shout out because despite what some of the reviews here would claim, I have never once been burned by the workers. They are all very helpful and will repay kindness and business with kindness. I have been shopping from this store for about a year since I moved to the area, and first and foremost, I appreciate the quality of their products. It is extremely hard now a days to find vapes in New York that are not potentially harmful fake knockoffs. Puff bars have an authenticity code to make sure they are real, and I can confirm that this store has consistently sold me real vapes. Thankyou guys so much for the authenticity of your product.That being said, having real products is not worth five stars. This store will receive a five star review from me due to continually outstanding service. They know me as a regular, and one time, of the 50+ puff bars I have bought off these guys, I received a defunct product, a puff bar that would not pull. I had already been out of the store for about 15 minutes, but when I returned they were kind, trusting, and gave me a new product without question. They know their stuff, and they were aware that the product was defunct since it did not omit a light, which a puff bar will do whether it is dead or not (it blinks to indicate when the product has run out). For this kindness and customer trust/ loyalty, I feel very justified in recommending this store.Thankyou to the workers of this smoke shop for continuing to give great service during the covid epidemic while also keeping their store clean and safe.

Customer Service is horrible! I called to ask about a product and was yelled at over the phone and hung up on. I will never be coming back and will no longer recommend to any of my friends or family.

Nice friendly neighborhood store. Provide a variety of things like beer. They also have vaping products like E cigarettes and glass Bongs for sale.

I purchased a Nano Oil vaporizer from this store. After one night of use use, the vape pen did not pull oil and would not charge with the provided charger.When I returned to the store and expressed my disappointment in the faulty product, the clerk told me he could do nothing for me as the product had no warranty.
