Ive visited this place a week ago and they had to order the part for my gaming laptop. During the course of waiting for the part to arrive at their establishment, they were very informative about the process and how long it would take. The techs here are very knowledgeable and the you exactly what the issue is and provide a reasonable rate.Only concern was the the part taking a couple days longer to arrive but this is not on them as this is with all the issues going on with the hurricanes and lack of information provided by the shipping carrier. Im very pleased with this place and trust them fully.

They were able to quickly give me a quote and fix my laptop. The lenovo Yoga has bent after being dropped and was no longer covered my warranty. They were able to fix it in two days and ensured to other damage had occurred. Very professional and reasonably priced. Highly recommend. Im never satisfied and rarely leave bad reviews, but Im not only unsatisfied, Im furious.I dropped off my pc to fix the power after it stopped charging completely. Aside from the weird back and forth texts and calls from time of drop off to pick up, I was excited that my computer was back on, so $350+ later, I get home excited, put my pc aside to charge just to find out that its still not charging properly.I dont know what I paid for. Im grateful that it can open again, but these guys are definitely not trust worthy and arent making honest money.Take your pc elsewhere!

I have the rarest of laptops, a tiny OneMix ultraportable that is not yet supported in the US. A few keys on the keyboard went dead. I brought it in and they honestly told me that they probably couldnt fix it. I ordered a replacement keyboard from China and, meanwhile, used a blue tooth portable keyboard as they suggested. When the replacement keyboard arrived, they fixed it in a few hours. Very honest guys. Thats what you want in this business, even more than expertise, honesty.

The ONLY place to go to resurrect your broken computer or laptop. Guy fixed my broken charger port in under 4 minutes right at the counter! Took my laptop in to swap out cracked screen. Told me to come back in a week, gave it back to me fixed in TWO DAYS. These peeps under promise and OVERDELIVER!Ive been going to LaptopMD since about 3 or 4 computers ago. Every time, the best help I could get given the circumstances at prices that were reasonable bordering on supercheap. The employees are super helpful and responsive. I had trouble with my laptop for years and they did what noone else could and in a short time as well. While doing their best to complete my wishes ( and succeeded with ease might I add)The location is highly convenient and around all the stores you would want to shop in and even some you wouldnt expect in the city. 08/13 - Took my laptop in for a free repair estimate today. Screen is flickering and glitching—it’ll be fine for hours and then randomly start again the next day. Staff was generally nice and explanatory, but I was left a little confused because another customer showed up after me and the one man went back and forth in addressing us. I still don’t know if I feel like my concerns were fully addressed, but I will update once I hear back about the estimate/repair—I’m hoping it’s just a loose connection or cable and nothing major 🥲

I had my mac pro screen cracked and they fixed it after a week. The first panel did not work and they had another one. Their technicians are professional. They made sure I was updated on the progress. Fees were a bit pricey probably because macs are expensive but really great job they do here.
