Okay so i’m leaving a negative review here because i saw one of their razer laptops for sale on ebay, i messaged them and told them i would buy it on thursday and asked if the laptop came with the original box. a few hours later i checked to see if i had gotten a response but there was a message that said “this seller is not accepting offers from you” when i tried to purchase, meaning they blocked me. there was absolutely no reason for that. so i found the same exact one for slightly cheaper and they got my money instead :) and it’s coming today - now i’m worried about the possible scams they could be doing on ebay so i don’t recommend this company. whatever reason you blocked me for stopped you from getting a sale and spending my money elsewhere.

Quote was very fair for the model in question, the manufacturer was offering only a few percent more in store credit, where overhauls was offering cash. Went into the office, a technician looked over the machine, then took it into the back to presumably run some diagnostics, then came back with the quoted amount in cash. Took about 15 minutes overall. Absolutely perfect experience.

So everything about the product and shipping times were great, really even better than expected. The reason I have it as a 4 star and not a 5 star is because I was trying to contact them by phone about the shipping to see if there was anyway I could pay to have it shipped quicker and it rang for 10 minutes each time ( I did this a total of 7 times or 70 minutes) and each time they didn’t answer. After 10 minutes each time a recording came on saying the store was very busy and they didn’t want to keep me on hold forever to please leave a message (which I did twice) but never received a call back. So just to note after trying so many times and getting nothing I went on their website and saw it had an option to chat with someone at the store. When I did this they were available immediately and even though they weren’t able to upgrade the shipping at least I was able to get an answer. All this being said when I originally ordered the laptop it said it would be here on Monday but it actually arrived early on Friday. So to sum everything up the quality And condition of the laptop are incredible as well as the shipping ended up being great but due to me wasting so long just waiting for someone to answer the phone without anyone answering nor calling me back I couldn’t in my right mind give them a 5 star. Even after having the mishap with the phones now I know what to do and what to expect, I will gladly order from them again. Thanks for the great product!

I bought a used Mac from C.O. listed with 4 GB RAM that actually had 16GB RAM on the computers own description of itself in a photo of About this Mac. I asked them about this, and about the N/A for the number of charge cycles the battery had, which, it turns out, meant it had a new battery. When it turned out the laptop actually DID have 16GB RAM as I thought it did, they cancelled my already paid order, and sold it. I had already bought equipment to go with it...When I told them how heartbreaking this was for a Mac lover to have their Mac sold out from under them, they had a change of heart, and put a new battery and 500GB storage in a Mac with 16GB RAM that had just been returned...And gave me $20 off the price I paid, and two years of breakage warranty because of their Cyber Weekend specials. I changed this from an original 1 star rating, but would now give them 6 stars, if I could...
