Cool store for figures. Fun to look at. Not very much selection though, wish they had more things for sale! You can browse everything in about 5 minutes.

I cant say enough great things about the service I received. The individual that runs the live chat helped secure a out of stock item for me. If you are into art toys or vynl toys. You have to check this place out. Good prices and a good variety. Their stock is constantly changing so somthing new will always be there. Only downside is the hours.

Horrible business & customer service! I was mailed a limited edition item with flimsy packaging and it was damaged in shipping. I express the damage to their so called customer service and they request photos, then other photos, then more photos over a full week. Are the attached photos not enough to show the item was damaged?

Been shopping here for about 5-6 years now and love the staff and selection. I tend to order online for a pickup to accumulate points, but enjoy visiting their store to see their current exhibits of featured artists.

This place is where your adult self would want to go to bring out the inner child in you. They might be called my plastic heart but the love in that store is real. Excellent selection of collectibles

Stepping inside this small pocket, unique toys, vinyl, and all sorts of collectibles surround you. The presentation is simple yet inviting to the curious eye. In many ways, the store is set up as a small gallery. Walking away empty-handed is difficult. The owners are overwhelmingly friendly and only add to an amazing visit.

Ive been here so many times, have gotten so many items and have been to an event there. The staff is so nice, they have a great selection with a lot of stuff you really cant find anywhere else. Its definetly worth visiting if you like designer toys.

Cool little toys mixed with art and humor. I thought they might jack up prices, but they did not. We still need to go back for more items.

My Plastic Heart has always offered amazing products. I havent had a chance to visit, but my online purchases have always been smooth and easily; I especially enjoy the hold options to combine multiple orders to save a bit on shipping for an international customer like me. I had an issue with a recent order due to Canada Post delivery, but everything was taken care of easily for me. A great shop to buy from and I hope to visit it the next time Im in NYC.

Such a cute little shop! Really friendly shop owner, made me feel welcome and didnt rush me even though I stopped in right before closing. I didnt buy anything this time around but I loved looking at the rare Japanese figurines.

My daughter loves picking up vinyl figures from here. Full disclosure: Im related to the owners but I always offer to pay the MSRP. Hey, they have to make money! Anyway, speaking objectively, they really do know their stuff because Im always asking about new stuff that comes in. They have a sweet little dog that greets customers and chairs for weary travellers. The customers I see always seem happy to shop there. And theyre at New York Comic Con, too!

Great place for the Series Be@rbricks!! Just got me two complete cases of 37 & 39. Very friendly peeps and they shipped to my house directly in LA.

I used the shipping service to order the Momiji figurines. They provided it in good time and with good service, but one of my figures arrived broken (She has a delicate hat and hair sculpt which were snapped off). Im already a model builder and had materials on hand to do repairs, but for others it might be a bigger concern if they dont have the time/materials to do that kind of labour. I think this has more to do with the shipping service than the store, but I would suggest using a bit of bubble wrap or fragile sticker to them for these sorts of figures.

Made a stop here while visiting NYC. Cute nook stocked with a wonderful selection of vinyl toys, blind boxes, etc. Also placed an online order which I goofed, but spoke with someone in the live chat who resolved my issue almost immediately. A+ customer service. Will be coming here regularly for my blind box fix.

Small store. Quality items. Friendly staff/ owners. Great in terms of location, as I usually stay in the LES when I’m in NYC. The people working there have always been friendly and helpful. What I also like is that they carry predominantly higher end pieces. Don’t remember seeing a bunch of Pop! here. Just wish it was a bit bigger! The reality is they probably make 80% of their sales online, so...

I absolutely love this store! There is an abundance to see. The owners are knowledgeable, extremely professional and helpful. The store has a huge selection. They have monthly art shows that have introduced me to some really amazing artists.

A terrific little store for pop culture designer toys, blind boxes, and vinyl figures. The staff are friendly, the shop is clean and well-organized, and the atmosphere is just plain fun. They have original artwork, too.

Cool art toy place. The owner, Vince, is super cool! They one of the kind art pieces that make great gifts. Theyre super helpful and the store is super comfy despite its size. They offer discounts on their website through frequent buying programs.

My rating is based on there online experience and customer service, not the physical store itself. I ordered this awesome pin from their online store. They shipped it out to my address, but something went wrong with the tracking info. When I discovered that my shipment wasnt moving. I brought it to the stores attention. They ensured me that I would receive my order. After waiting 3-4 days and no new info was updated on the tracking details. I contacted customer service again. They told me that I would have to wait for them to put a package lost ticket into USPS and it will take 5-8 days for them to reply. once they report within that time frame then the customer rep told me they will have to fill out their own lost item dispute which takes up to another 7 days. Then and only then I would be issued a refund which after those 7 days will take up to 3-5 business day to see it on my form of payment. I know this wasnt the company fault for the package not reaching me. The thing that bother me most was how their policies and procedures that prolonged this refund process is frustrating and need reform. No one should have to wait 3-4 weeks just to get a refund or for a new order be sent out. I will not be shopping here for my pins if I can find it else where.

Ive been shopping here for most of my life now and despite its size, myplasticheart will always be the best place to go for vinyl figures and designer toys. The owners are super friendly and the selection is amazing for a store of its size.

Not a good store for vinyl art toys, as prices are hiked up, the staff is rude, and they would always advertise that theyd buy stuff, and then they would never accept any items. Go to Toy Tokyo instead, its a better run store, and they have a wider selection.

Its great when looking for something unusual. Terrible when you have seen these toys in other chain stores, as these prices are ridiculous! Not sure how they are even opened, but hey I guess the locals really support the independent shops huh?! Also a good tip just to stop by and have your little ones play their train trable!! Really thats where all my stars go to....

This is one of my favorite shops! If you are looking for vinyl toys in NYC this is the only place you should go! They owners are wonderful and make it worth a trip. Unlike the other local toy stores! Ive moved to Arizona and Ill still order from these guys!

A fantastic little toy shop that sells designer toys and also hosts monthly art shows featuring toy artists as well as street artists, painters, and sculptors. I stop by every time Im in the city. Owners are friendly and knowledgeable.

AMAZING! Super friendly staff. Great to visit, but better to grab as much of their goodies as you can carry because they have a lot of really cool things.

I wasnt sure what to expect from what I saw online but this place is fantastic! I love blind boxes and all of the products that they carried were clean and unopened. They also had little examples of what you could get in the blind boxes displayed. The cashier is informative if you have any questions and they dont harp at you to make a selection or give you wary sideglances which makes the atmosphere of the toyshop more comfortable. Had a good time here and got some cute products! I would recommend the cat keychain blind boxes.

Small little store, a little easy to pass it or miss it when walking in a hurry. The amount of anime supplies is definitely pretty high especially on their online website. The lady was very nice and helped me find a small Pikachu in a big bag which was nice

Tiny shop neatly packed with myriad vinyl toys, etc.. I do wish there were prices on everything so we didnt have to ask every time, but the two owners were very friendly & accommodating.Warning: Collectible vinyl toys are addicting.

This place has EVERYTHING. Vinyl toys, gallery openings, cool owners, and the storefront graffiti is awesome. Even if youre not into collectible figures, the merch is very accessible and there are some great gifts too for your kawaii-loving girlfriend.

Hands down the best designer toy store in NYC, maybe the nation....the world?

What my kids like about this store is that many of the blind boxes have a display piece that is opened. If you dont like what you get in the blind box, you can swap it for the display.

They will have anything you want, they have all the goods, the best place for Anime goods. But careful, its not cheap... more like pricy. But it may be worth it on certain items that have that rarity(All figurines are worth their price)... but others like Keychains, pins, Dustplugs plushies... Thats up to you if you want that price...
