I believe my true review for this place really lies in my near-daily visits… I think this place makes Murray Hill feel like a home. Coffee is always served with care, is delicious and the employees are friendly, down to earth people. You can just tell it’s a thoughtful operation all the way thru. Perk 4 days ☕️🦋🌱

Their cold brew is incredibly consistent and not too acidic. I’ve enjoyed their lattes and my partner liked the chai because it’s not as sweet as other shops. Can’t wait to try some of the seasonal lattes.

One of my favorite coffee places in the midtown area. This cafe is hard to find if you’re not from around here but that’s what keeps this gem so good!I pick up a coffee on weekends while walking my dog and couldn’t be happier with how consistently great the drinks are.

Well, that was the most unfriendly welcome I JUST had at any perk kafe. The barista said two words and was half wearing a mask on their face. They did not offer any breakfast or interact with my friend seeing if they needed anything. This wasn’t an experience... I left feeling like a burden. The latte was fine.

One of the best independent coffee shops in the area. Excellent espresso (they’re using beans from Stumptown, can’t go wrong with that!) but their seasonal coffee drinks are also worth a try. There’s WiFi, but if you’re planning to work on your laptop be aware that this is a small space that fills up quickly.

Much like the metaphorical flower persevering through the concrete Perk Kafe serves up delicious cups of coffee in a world saturated with Starbucks and Dunkins on every other corner.A cute little coffee shop tucked on the side street of Third avenue, Perk Kafe doesnt try to wow you with a thousand different drinks or a million single origin varieties of beans. What they do is simple in concept but impressive in execution - turn out a great cup of straight coffee every time with little fussing or overdressing - much harder when you cant flood a cup with mostly sugar and whipped cream. While theres not too much space to sit and work (though who would want to do that during COVID), a small table and windowside to sit out and work from with a cup of espresso. Overall the coffee is very good, strong shots brewed with Stumptown grinds and freshly steamed milk

Best coffee shop in Midtown East Manhattan. I used to come here every single day for coffee since my office was just a couple of blocks away. The owners are phenomenal and the baristas are true artists. The place is small and cozy, so finding a table is not always easy. However, the experience in this little corner of New York is great.

I loved this place and visited often. the owner of the place was the waiter and he was just wonderful. there is now a new person who is really crazy and kills the entire ambiance and service that had made the place so nice. it is so pity. he is so rude and seems to do everything to make customers leave. no wonder, the place was always completely packed. now there are very few people there. I so much hope the owner will get back!

Im not happy with the way theyre doing things here. This is the third time I walk in to get a cup of coffee and find myself walking back out because the person behind the counter is not wearing a mask during this pandemic! When I approached the woman behind the counter and asked her why she wasnt wearing a mask, she replied by saying I should go elsewhere. This time I did report them to 311. This needs to stop!

Perk Cafe is a small oasis in Murray Hill. They do their best to put in as many seats as possible, but its still pretty crowded most times of the day.The highlight at Perk Cafe is the espresso drinks. The menu has the size in ounces, so no miscommunications about what is a cappuccino. Decaf, almond milk, other special requests are handled with ease. The staff is uniformly professional, and the drinks are always high quality. The pastries are very good, and dont miss the excellent cookies, including a raspberry shortbread thats delicious.Ill go several blocks out of my way for Perk Cafe. It may be hard to find a seat, but its easy to find good coffee.

This is one of the very best places for coffee in NYC. I had perfectly pulled shots. Except for the very loud corporate job interview sitting next to me, the place is adorable.
