Coffee and latte was good. Pastries were not as amazing. Overall, I would recommend.The awesome thing is, they took health and safety seriously.
Least dog-friendly coffee shop in NYC. Somewhat surprising stance on enforcement for what is essentially a take away spot (only one small awkwardly-placed table for indoor dining). Decent coffee, good pastries. Unfortunately the service is frequently disappointing.
The barista didnt want to accept my vaccination certificate because it was european (in all the other coffee shops never has been a problem), so I couldnt stay inside and enjoy my coffee. She told me that in a nasty way and I felt discriminated. Im really sad because the place is cool and the coffe is good.

I had a coffee at this place this friday evening and really wish I had not gone there. The funny thing is the place was empty (maybe others already know?) and the staff were rude, unfriendly and disinterested, including the young woman who kept complaining about her job in a loud voice. i actually drank my coffee down just so I could leave sooner. If you wish a good cup of coffee in a respectful cafe I really really recommend you look elsewhere. I used to like this chain but this experience has convinced me to avoid them in the future, like the plague or should i say, the covid virus
Coffee is just ok. Croissants are consistently stale w/o any taste.The lad at the front taking orders comes across unwelcoming & pretentious.I’d suggest to purchase overpriced coffee elsewhere my friends
Very disappointing. The large iced coffee is in this smallest large cup I have ever seen and they charge $4 plus tax for it!! It was mostly ice and the coffee itself taste old and watered down. Complete rip off!
By far my favorite NYC coffee shop. The espresso is amazing quality (I also get my beans here!) and the staff is super friendly. Def come here for your morning cup :)

Bought 2 coffees here on 10/24 but desperately needed to use the restroom. Apparently, they do not have restrooms for customers. How does a business that serves coffee and food not have restrooms for paying customers? Coffee is a diuretic, so its an unreasonable policy. There are many coffee options nearby including restaurants feet away from this location. Patronize those.

This coffee shop will make you feel right at home! Excellent customer service, great coffee, and good food. Initially came here with my friend, but definitely enjoyed the experience and drinks. My first visit we ordered latte. What I love the most is their service! With each visit, the employees were super friendly and made me feel at home (ha-ha).

Service during weekdays both times I went was poor and was only person in shop. Wanted to like this place. Both drip and iced coffees were not anything special.

I went there really early in the morning before 2 weeks I think it was Sunday. There was a line actually but I didnt wait at all. Every thing happened so fast. I got a coffee and it was really good, I strong coffee and this is what I needed so early in morning. And they offer me a cake and I tried it and it was amazing. Good place.

Got the spiced cookie seasonal latte which I didn’t love - prefer their regular latte with oat milk which is smooth and flavorful.
The drip coffee is amazing! Usually it is too acidic for me, but it just taste right and smooth. Will definitely go to this place again.

Oh my goodness! This place is okay,but there was this one employee who completely blew my mind whilst I was there around one week ago. It was this adorable,sweet,kind hearted,morally good man named Won. Now I dont know when or how much humanity had to sacrifice for god to send such a gift but I am forever grateful I was alive in the time in this man exists and gives great customer service. And his dedication to the craft is completely overwhelming. It instills within me a burning passion to succeed its amazing.Just phenomenal. Keep up the good work wherever it takes you pal. I believe in you.
The mocha is so far the best Ive ever tried in Manhattan. The croissant couldnt be heated but it was really good too. The atmosphere was really relaxing and the shop was not too crowded. The staff was really nice. I would definitely come back here!
The savory scone was really good and the coffee is always awesome. I especially like that they always offer oat milk

Nice coffee shop. Very friendly baristas. I had a good cup of cappuccino and my girlfriend had the matcha latte, which was very good and earthy. Dont expect a sweet drink. Also, they seem to not change their menu signage frequently, so they must likely will not have the seasonal item anymore. I wanted to try the pumpkin pie latte (this was beginning of March), but was told it was only a fall item.

Though Joe is a local chain, it is local nonetheless, which rids me of guilt in saying that I absolutely love this place. Stepping in, the atmosphere, though cozy, is welcoming, cheery and bright. The staff is always very friendly and smiley. The coffee here is amazing! It is most definitely reminiscent of many new coffee shops exploiting the ever captivating coffee culture that has struck city dwellers for some time now, and this is most evident in the prices if not, by the abundance of laptop equipped customers. Still, one can rest assured in that every and any choice on the menu will be remarkable. I absolutely love how immersive the franchise is. Its exciting. I always leave with a Almond milk Cappuccino and a vegan chocolate chip cookie!
Great coffee and tasty treats. Not a coffee bar youll hang out at all day but good to sit and have a quick meet up. The employee only door in the back is the bathroom, help keep it clean like the staff does and we all win.
Found this cute coffee shop, highly-rated, from Google+ / Maps... not disappointed AT ALL! They have to-die-for gluten free chocolate truffle cookies -- a must-try. (and I am *not* the gluten-free lover!) Great location, as a coffee-break from touring Central Park or the Met or the Neue galleries. One of our espresso orders took a bit longer than expected, considering the place was not busy at the time, but we were not in any rush and the customer service highlighted the experience.

Very smooth espresso in the latte, no bitterness. I wish there was more of a pastry selection and more comfortable seating, but the coffee is good. There doesnt seem to be any wifi either, which is a shame.
Maybe the best coffee in the neighborhood, very reliable product and friendly attentive staff. Tasty treats but this aint a bakery so dont expect much variety/value there. Cortado on point, as is cold brew and they mix up the drip on occasion to feature something unique (single origins). Seats could b more comfy but hard to complain, Im sure they dont want you staying there all day as small as it is.
Enjoyed my visit when I needed a respite from the hospital. The people were very pleasant and the latte was luscious. I also found my favorite - an almond croissant and enjoyed every morsel.

The atmosphere is really inviting. Once you go in, although the space is small, you feel immediately at ease. The staff is super sweet and engaging-- they took the time to answer my questions about what their recommendations would be and didnt seem to get annoyed as others might. The Kochere on pour over is amazing-- light and hits the pallate just right, and paired with the Cardamom Pound cake(gluten by the way, which Ive never tried) completes the experience. Stop on by, you wont be disappointed.

Great Chai latte, and while they claim a great espresso, the ones I had were served always with attention to the preparation, but unfortunately they are off from what theyre supposed to taste like. Burnt aftertaste, way too much coffee served in the cup, gritty.
