There are a bunch of twisted version of coffee drinks (nitro cold brew float for example) and single origin pour over so you can always find something that fits your day. There are quite a bunch of outdoor seats during the pandemic which is pretty amazing. A great place for coffee or just some quality time for yourself. I will be back with family.

One of my favorite coffee places in the city! The staff are always so friendly, and the espresso is consistently delicious. I especially love getting a latte with vanilla almond milk. Highly recommend!

On my trip to LES, I stumbled upon Coffee Project New York after checking out their Instagram feed featuring their coffee flight. The coffee shop itself is very small and has limited seating, but it was no short of NYU students and locals dropping by to pick up a cup of joe. I decided to try out their latte coffee flight, which came with one shot of their house espresso, milk, and then latte itself. Once you are served the flight, they instruct you to follow some simple instructions using a video so that you can maximize the experience.As a coffee lover myself, I enjoyed the coffee flight experience. The espresso tasted wonderful and you can really get the flavor notes more than if you ordered the latte itself. Yeah, it seems gimmicky and it’s a bit expensive at $12, but if you’re looking for a unique experience in the city or are an avid coffee lover, I think it’s worth the try.

Came here for their famous deconstructed latte. Unique experience of enjoying a cup of latte in a wine glass and the ability to customize the ratio of milk and espresso was interesting. It does come with a high price tag, but it’s worth a try if you’re a fan of latte.

I was very pleased with this shop. The cappuccino and the sandwich that I ordered taste very good and better. Besides, I appreciated the presence of the waiter and the waitress a lot. This morning, I went to this coffee shop to get my morning coffee before going to work. This coffee shop gives the best Latte in the world. They do have cookies, muffins, and donuts, all of which are delicious! This is a coffee experts fantasy come true. This is a highly recommended facility.

We visited NYC for a week and wanted to try a local coffee place. If you love coffee and are in to modern/new this is the place for you. My wife and I each got a deconstructed latte and we are happy we gave it a try!! They have been open just over a year but it is a must visit while in NYC! The owners are super chill and incredibly pleasant. You can tell that they really love what they do and truly value their customers. Its a little small so during busy hours can be a bit of a wait but most definitely worth it if you have the time!!

Decent coffee shop. Deconstructed latte is a little gimmicky. Good coffee but for $12 absolutely not worth it. They should also streamline the QR code instructions for how to enjoy it. The video is like 2-3 minutes long -- a simple sentence or two would have been much faster to read. Nice workers. Good snacks. No bathroom.

Cozy little cafe with really tasty pastries and some delicious (as well as unusual) coffees. They do a deconstructed latte which comes in three glasses (a shot of espresso, milk, then a full espresso). It’s playful and interesting, but the straight up coffee options are also impressive. Awesome hip coffee place. Warning: no laptops or tablets on weekends.I loved the decor and the interesting drinks. The food options were very good too. Not cheap, but seems pretty standard for the city, and some of the offerings here are not drinks you would get every weekend (deconstructed latte and cold brew flight).As our barista gave us our drink with a cookie on the plate, he noted that if either of us had a peanut allergy, we should stay far away from the cookie. Im not sure if thats how severe peanut allergies work... Might be better to warn us ahead of time.

Its a place where you can relax and clear your mind of your home issues or other things that concern your mind. I typically go to study at a coffee shop because it is a nice place to be alone where you can not be interrupted by someone. And best of all, because their employees really give you space. And often they give you free cakes to research well, which I think is sweet thanks to you.

The place is as hipster as it can be, so worth a visit if you’re into it. Even if not, you will be able to taste some really great coffee. We had the deconstructed latte and a 2-version nitro as first timers, and both were delicious. Service was also good, and they explained how every coffee should be consumed. Nice place!

Were surely going to come back and suggest the coffee shop to others! We walked past this spot, and we decided to recharge ourselves. It looks like a traditional college town with a very laid back and relaxed spot for coffee and munchies. It turns out the coffee is fine, they roast it on their own, and they have been doing it for ten years.

My friend had the project number 1 which is a deconstructed cappuccino (1 espresso, 1 glass of milk, 1 actual cappuccino and a waffle) and it was great. I on the otherwise had an iced chai latte which was below average. Very sweet, not much flavor besides sugar... What I liked was that they had almond milk.

Since we wanted to spend time here, we came here for coffee last week. We enjoy chit-chatting over a coffee cup. We picked this spot because one of the best places to get coffee is here. I just think chocolate overwhelms coffee, so you may think youre drinking hot chocolate. A try is worth it!

The shop is a little small, but seats are spacious and very nice setting inside the shop. I ordered deconstructed, which I liked the concept where you got to try the very raw original flavor of the espresso before consuming the latter. I also ordered a chocolate hazelnut scone, which was alright. I could not taste a strong chocolate or hazelnut flavor from the scone. Overall, this place is nice, and I will revisit.

I have heard so much about the Coffee Project via Instagram and online and I had to try it out. Its a great cozy cafe with a very welcoming vibe. Its quite small with limited seating so make sure you grab a table when you enter.We ordered the deconstructed coffee and a regular coffee. I loved the whole feel and the different way to serve coffee and it was a lovely experience without a doubt. However, the coffee itself didnt taste good so thats why I had to rate this place 3/5 for the lack of good tasting coffee. It was extremely mild, even a little bit of added milk made it too milky and more mild. I like my coffee on the medium-strong side so because of this preference I didnt enjoy the coffee itself. I wish the coffee tasted better and theres no doubt this place would be rated higher.

I really like the atmosphere, good coffee, and nice interior. This is a good place to study or chill with friends. The drinks and foods were all tasty and worthwhile. If youre up for a fresh place with beautiful architecture then this is a must to visit. They have also a big space for parking. Dont worry about that. Thank you very much!

Our family like this Coffee Project New York | East Village place. Their Coffee Project New York | East Village/ice cream is not too sweet and flavory. The store is very tiny and cozy. The kid addicted to their bunny, piggy and many other styles. We tried and like most of their flavors except strawberry. Which taste not like strawberry at all.

I walked from the Brooklyn Bridge to here and it was totally worth the walk! The staff was very friendly and let me try couple of brews before I settled on the latte. The brews are great and their baked goods are quite yummy!

Our breakfast was great. Portion size was huge. I recommend sharing if your a light eater like me. Waffle was outstanding. Definitely will be a place we will return to. Pastrys were a bigger size than I have ever seen. Thank you Coffee Project NY!

Its a tiny cafe. There was not many customers when I went there, and I ordered macchiato. It took a while to serve my coffee. I guess the reason is that other customers were ordering their significant deconstructed latte... However, it tasted good and staffs were friendly, so its OK.

I treated my mom at this coffee shop, and it was amazing! There was a great range of options, and by the time we had worked our way through the sandwiches and scones, we were too full for cake, fortunately, the staff was well prepared for this and happy to provide takeaway boxes!
