Not too crowded. Everyone wears masks and theres even a hand sanitizer station at the entrance. Theres several employees stationed around to help people when needed and distribute baskets. Great customer service and friendly staff.Excellent stock, large assortment of items and colors. Highly recommend checking out this location, especially since the one in Herald Square is gone. They usually have whatever you need.
This shop is great! It has a good collection of men jackets. The staff attention was regular because one girl just gave me what I needed and never asked if she could help me with something more. I’ll return only for the quality of the products.
The Fifth Ave. store is the flagship in the chain. Although it has 3 floors, it is rambling and confusing in its layout. The 3rd floor is especially confusing. Always crowded and full of mainly tourists. The Herald Square store is equally crowded and another location to avoid. I suggest for a more calm shopping trip, the Soho location. Although a smaller store, less crowded and more local shoppers. Less of the manic tourist activity. You will run into local Chiantown shoppers.
Everything is cool about this place. From quality and expense of costumes to diversity of choices.Except the architecture is a bit confusing sometimes and needs some signs here and there. But thats not an issue at all, because at the end of the day I bought and will definitely buy more clothes from here!
I love everything about this store UNIQLO, staff, clothes and other merchandise are fashionable, comfortable and stylish for all.I have recommended this store with positive feedback .
This is a great place to get affordable clothes that will last for long time. I absolutely love their legging pants and I get a lot of my basic shirts here. They also collab with different companies to create some cute graphic tees.
Love Uniqlo. This suppose to be the flagship store in NY.But it is big and messy and no working restroom and the heat! Poor workers with no AC in the store, we couldn’t be there more then 10 minutes. Better to go for a different branch.
One of the bigger stores for uniqlo, can be easy to get lost. Pick up for online items are not at the register and are to the left of the tunnel on the third floor. Only issue is there is no ac so when it’s hot, it’s hot
The flagship Uniqlo store in NYC, huge variety with every color/size! Can become a bit overwhelming and the layout is a bit confusing at first but you’ll definitely find what you want here! 4 pieces limit for the fitting room though
The store was not at all helpful. We had a girl named Julia who waited on us and had such a bad attitude that at the end of her sale with us at almost $400 she said I apologize for my attitude. It left a very sour taste in my mouth and I am not happy with his store.
I visited this store way back in 2017 on my trip to the US. The store was massive and had an excellent collection.
I would give the place 5 stars but the toilets didnt work when I was there.
I like the brand Uniqlo. I wish they have more smaller sizes in store (I know they have smaller sizes online but Uniqlo.com has the worst shopping experience). For this flagship store, they don’t have ac and it’s often crowded, so it’s quite hot. I think Uniqlo should do better than this.
A huge store, great variety of clothes.Air conditioning didn’t work on two different visits. Same clothes can be found in different locations so it’s hard to know where to look.
I usually come here for everyday pieces like t-shirt, underwear, and base layers. Prices are great, especially when they’re on sale. However, when I stopped by late May, the fitting rooms were all closed for covid purpose. I couldn’t be bothered to try on new pieces. You should also read the return policy before making any purchases, especially if you can’t try it on at the store.
Now I am walking in this store. Everything don’t look expensive here. Toilet is clean. Actually everything is on sale. This is the global flagship store. (One would think it would be in Japan.....)This place is full of affordable clothing and Europeans. Sweaters for 14.95 down shorts for $15. This is great place to shop on a budget. The sizes here generally run small. you should try on the clothes. They are featuring novelty tee-shirts.
This is one of the best places to shop..PERIOD. Affordable and durable clothing and accessories
Huge selection of Men’s clothing, although a bit dizzying. Employees do their best to keep store clean. Disappointed that not all of the Jean Michael Basquait shirt sizes were in stock, especially after going a few days after they were released. Line runs smoothly, just a problem with one of the skews I had on a “My Neighbor Totoro” letter cards, got asked repeatedly if I had gotten it at the store, when they literally had a table of Anime books on the second floor. Overall nice store with good selection on jeans, flannels, coats and more.
Nice clothes for an affordable price, from underwear to winter coat, they have it all and everything is top quality, well designed and again, most importantly, affordable. They also have nice and varied collection of T-shirts signed by famous artists, museums, cartoons, video games, studios like Disney, etc.Its worth the visit and you hardly wont buy anything.
I asked the fitting room ladies, Bryanna and Ruby, how I looked in the clothes that I was trying. I assured them they whatever clothes I bought, it would be from their location. This disclaimer was made so that they did not feel pressured to say that I looked good in order to maintain my business. I then thanked them for their honesty, and assured them my purchase was boosting living standards in China and Vietnam (where the clothes were made).Furthermore, Ms. Arianna was a very prompt and friendly cashier.
Havent been here in awhile but great [email protected]_.e
Visited your fifth Ave store soon after spinal surgery.A sales representative Sheneque A noticed my handicap and searched the store for a chair for meto sit in . She found what I was looking for and wascompassionate and charming. What a pleasureto have someone who really cared help me out. Itwas genuine and so much appreciated.
Great selection and prices. The quality of their productos has always been very good! They have a mask optional policy now if you are vaccinated.
Big store. Lots of products. Lots of needed Basic items .
I discovered UNIQLO there! I love how gigantic it is!!! 🤩 I bought a very nice coat in a very subtle color that I have never seen elsewhere! 😶🌫️ Everything is so impressive and the customer service is cheerful! 😚
Went to pick up an online order. Quick and easy. Uniqlo as a great selection of stylish clothes for a good price!
I love Uniqlo and I don’t want to criticize the recent price hikes either. I just can’t stand this particular „flagship store“. The layout is extremely confusing, it feels very suffocating inside, the lines at the registers take forever and it’s always awfully hot regardless of summer or winter time. No A/C seems to be working and it’s just a super uncomfortable shopping experience all together. Please give this store a makeover!
Note their return policy: items can only be returned to the store at which they were purchased; if you cannot get back to that store, you can ship it there by covering the cost. I am unaware of other major retailers who do this and am quite disappointed. It’s unbecoming of a company which seeks to provide the best experience when it comes to fast fashion.
One of the largest stores globally with 3 huge floors of shopping
There are a ton of blanks and they are all extremely comfortable from what ive bought the store is overall very clean and the workers are very nice.
They have a HUGE variety of selection here. Something that is not available for other Uniqlo stores. They have a good selection anime graphic tees and some marvel ones which are really good.
Lovely selection and purse friendly pricing...shopped to my satisfaction
Huge store. Great collection. Love uniqlo products.
It feels like the employees are watching you while you are in the fitting rooms. I can hear them right behind the curtains. They should not be so close. There needs to be some level of privacy especially for women.
You feel like in a goods warehouse, without efficient service,a huge warehouse that has no toilet.
We love uniqlo. Their clothes are comfy. Especially the airism and heattech.
This location was great and big. They also had so many great deals. Will definitely visit again when in NY.
Japanese fashion. When I went, it wasnt busy. Selection was enormous. Great place to shop if you have a slender build.
Nicely designed building and very good selection of clothes. Was a bit hard to find the checkout area.
One of the larger stores, yet organized and clean.
Huge store that is a maze and extremely difficult to find things when theyre in multiple places throughout the store. Also disappointing when the app says things are in stick but cannot be found in the store
August 14. 87 degrees outside. Sellling only fall wear. Guys at least wait until pumpkin spice latte season.
Good selection. My daughters loved shopping there during their recent visit to New York.
This is the best Uniqlo that I have ever been to, hands-down. (Note: I have never been to a Uniqlo outside of North America...) Its modern - full of glass, lights, and fun displays. If you visit one Uniqlo in NYC, make it this one.It has a full mezzanine floor of graphic tees for both men and women, and they get all of the special collections and designer collaborations. It even has its own Starbucks!...they also have tonnes of denim, basics, and innerware (underwear, pyjamas) if youre into that kind of thing. Prices are on the cheap side, especially when things are on sale, which is... always.I have to come here to get the cool stuff that my Philly store doesnt stock.
Inexpensive but good quality clothing.
I love Uniqlo’s collaborations and this location always shows them off so well. I love the central escalator going through the second floor platform showcasing styles all around and then there’s even more to see as you land on the 3rd floor.I have to go through the whole store sometimes because you never know when you’ll spot something you can’t leave without for an amazing price.
Great location.Bad service
Omg since the spring this place has yet to fix their ac. What a shame. walking into this place is like walking into a sauna, plus they want you to wear your mask . What a recipe for death.I feel bad for the employees.
This is indubitably one of the biggest flagship clothing stores in New York City for men, women and kids. I read online the name UNIQLO was a contraction of Unique Clothing in May of 1984 by the owner, Mr Tadashi Yanai. This store is mind blowing. The place is well lit and the clothes are great with a moderate price. I came here to buy some dress shirts and it was absolutely value for my money. The beauty of this store is when you’re bored of shopping you can go for a quick bite or coffee inside the same store. It’s pretty close to the road on 5th Avenue and can be easily noticed from a vehicle in normal traffic. There’s also wheelchair accessible entrance and toilet for the differently able. #FamilyFriendly #WheelchairAccessible #OnGoogleMaps #LocalGuide.
NO Air Conditioning at all and this has been the norm for YEARS. Poor employees that are suffering in there. Shopping here is ridiculous and everything has human sweat.
My friend and I had amazing service here. We both left with an item. We looked all over for a scarf that was only on a mannequin. Eventually someone was nice enough to get it off the mannequin and give it to her. She even found it on sale online and the person who checked us out was nice enough to price mach and got us both some savings with the UNIQLO app. My only complaint would be that there isn’t much of a clear layout of the store and it smelled unpleasant.
Never, ever had a bad experience at Uniqlo.Who ever is hiring is doing an amazing job.I asked an employee(who by the way was stocking the floor with shirts) where can I findblack, white, grey & blue Ts in different sizes & was jus expecting directions but he stopped what he was doing & got them all for me with the quickness. If I wouldve looked myself I wouldve been there for ever. They have a plethora of colors & sizes. The way he assisted & asked if there is anything else I can assist you with? ..... I shouldve asked for a chocolate shake & fries!!! Great staff & quality clothing keeps me happy and a returning customer.
I love Uniqlo and this location is big...and I love big.
Highly recommend this store!Uniqlo 5th ave store always has more sizes in stock. Felt like this is the biggest Uniqlo in NYC?On Friday I tried to shop online but all styles I like ran out of stock... I was sooooo disappointed. However on Saturday I visited 5th ave store and found that all styles I love, pretty popular on website, are in stock and they have all sizes available. Also for a limited time, they offer a $3 off for $10+ purchase for the first time app download.I got Snoopy loungewear. Love it so much! Yay!
The best Uniqlo store so far. Huge selection of everything you might need. Plenty of space. Working air conditioning. Lots of measures taken in term of COVID. Helpful stuff. Disinfected shopping bags. I wish dressing rooms were opened
Hot, busy, and the restrooms are closed. Really? The restrooms are closed when you have a 2 floor huge shopping area with tons of people that are milling about but one cannot use the bathroom? Absurd is what that is especially for a store on 5th Avenue. No point going unless one has absolutely nothing to do and likes to wander around in an airless area.
Worst customer service ever. The store manager wasnt able to say anything else than this is the returning policy. This looks more like non-responsibility from a manager. When you see a costumer in difficulty you should help and find a way to resolve the issues. Ill never buy there again. Never ever.
Always love going here when we are near one.
If you like classic, simple and atemporal clothe this is the place for you
This place os great! 3 floors, though really its two. The first and second floors are kind of split, and not large, while the third floor is HUGE and holds most of the product, mens and womens. First floor is just showpiece stuff and online pickup, while second floor is dedicated to branded tshirts that Uniqlo is most popular for nowadays.Uniqlo has all kinds of clothes and styles, all at cheap prices. Even their goose down jackets are only $99. And some of their t-shirts and heattech leggings, you can get for $5. And these are all good quality too. Probably one of the best steals for clothing in all NYC. Come for the UTs, stay for the great bulk deals.
One-stop shop!
It’s a nice, multilevel store. It’s worth a visit if you have never been. It was very busy, long lines at the cash register. It’s nice that they have a Starbucks and some tables to sit. There are also some lockers you can use to charge your phone, which comes in super handy since outlets are hard to find in New York City, something that seemed strange to me.
Makes you feel like youre in a truly Japanese store. LED scrolling text along the walls. Vending-machine inspired shelving, funky lighting throughout, and a use of neon accents. Its a true flagship store.
Employees in the fitting room will stand right outside your door. It is so creepy!
They refused to accept the return because I bought the item in different store. Low quality of service. Never go back to this store!!!
AmazXing Store. I was here for the KAWS X Sesame collab tshirt release. XX
Cannot express how much i LOATHE the layout of this Uniqlo. Its an absolute nightmare and its exhausting. I get that some NYC spaces are very difficult, but they never shouldve opened a retail clothing store in a space thats layed out like this. Even worse is how they decided to arrange the clothing. Its a maze that doesnt make any sense whatsoever. I avoid this one at all costs, just thinking about it makes me shudder.
Flagship Uniqlo store in Manhattan, has all the newest items and selections across three floors. Second floor is always worth a look for the new collaboration tees that come out seasonally. Loses a star for shopping comfort, store runs a little warm.
Recently got a custom shirt the service was really good 🥰💖
Nice!
Great atmosphere and very clean store you can tell a lot of architecture details went into this property the products are also very nice great clothing for every season
The best shopping place for me, good quality clothes and reasonable price. Huge area and lots of items.
My favorite brand when it comes to clothes. Very organized and friendly staff
Amazing store to buy anything about clothing
Awesome flagship store. They are never out of stock with items and plenty of store clerks that can help you out. They always play good upbeat music as well. Even though the selection at uniqlo is not always the most varied, I can always find something to walk away with. Theyve recently added a free phone charging booth, and you can relax at the in store Starbucks on the 3rd floor.
So big&fun and to find all size
Buyer beware - store pick up is NOT the same day. Better to go to store physically to purchase OR order from old navy which IS same day pick up. They “Ship to store” items in stock EVEN if the item is in stock at the store! Tried to cancel my order and they won’t even issue a refund until they send the item to the store and back to warehouse. Bad customer service and a manager won’t even get on the phone or offer a solution.
Did not have jeans with a 30 inch length..of no use to me
Super bright store. So bright it could cause an epileptic seizure. Three floors of casual clothing and you can find something for everyone. If you do not want to shop, there is an in house Stabucks.Staff is young but with prodding will help.
Grate selections, amazing price, best clothing store in nyc
A bit disappointing the AC still isnt working
I like the brand, but found the store a bit confusing. I missed structure in the departments.
