Uniqlo!!! *Get the warm gear* more specifically the heattech is the place to go. Thin lightweight and not too expensive. You can layer it up with or under your current coat and be protected from the elements. The store itself is actually quite beautiful. Looks state-of-the-art. Check out all the floors if you have time
Having only been accustomed to the companys online presence, this store location does a great job at providing a huge item variety and stock at affordable prices. However, lines for fitting rooms are longer than expected. At the same time, some of their more popular items sadly go out of stock in a short time. Nevertheless, the store as a whole is a must-visit for the casual shopper. The emphasis on organization and store layout is high. The check-out lines are mininal with the checkout process itself being fast.
I like this Uniqlo and in general, the company makes really comfortable, easy to wear clothing. This year the colors for winter are very muted and the styles are a bit limited. However, Ive found great basics for work. Heres an actual jumper I tried on and brought. As you can see Im expecting and I refuse to purchase maternity clothing. I appreciate that the clothing is diverse enough for me to get the most out of the use. The prices and quality are affordable and worth it. I also LOVE their bras and seamless underwear for women. This location in particular is Huuuuge, and has a restroom ( which I like, but can definitely stand for an upgrade, and consistent cleaning. I never feel crowded here or overwhelmed. So if you really enjoy this companys clothing, then stop by and always go on line to see what specials/discounts theyre having. You can order on line and ship to the store neatest you to save on shipping and handling. The Associates are always friendly and ready to help you whenever a concern is made or even if not.
I love how comfortable the cloths are and the quality. The reusable bags are the best and it comes in different sizes. The omitech clothing works so well in the winter and the best part is I dont look like the Michelin Man after putting on my layers of clothing ( If I spell it wrong just know its that big guy with all the tires on him).
Always a good experience shopping at Uniqlo. The space is bright and tidy. Its also quite spacious so there are more products on display. Customer service is excellent, as is the overall quality of products. Pricing could be a turn-off to some, especially with all the other apparel stores in the area that are not only more affordable but also offer good deals and discounts.
The workers here are incredibly snobby. I only stop here when the Uniqlo near me is out of stock of an item I like. So happy that it’s closing! Maybe the workers will learn how to treat people better now that some of them are unemployed.
Great place! They have a lot of variety. And its very nicely spaced out. Very pretty inside. Would recommend visiting this uniqlo.
Took my online orders for return with my on my trip to NYC, after I finally was able to Make it to the store, I was notified that Uniqlo do not accept in store return anymore. They could do exchange for me instead. I explained that the items that I want to return am have quality issues, even if I get a different color, I would not like it. The explanation that they need to control the number of people in store totally does not make sense. If that’s the case, why are they willing to do exchange? That would keep the customers in store for longer time! I then requested help to print the label out for me, so that it is easier for me to drop it off with Post office. I got cold rejection. My last hope is that they could give me bag for shipping, since I am paying shipping fee. I got another no, because they need to save the bags to fill their online orders. This is ironic. I swear that I will not buy from Uniqlo any more.
Buyer beware - store pick up is NOT the same day. Better to go to store physically to purchase OR order from old navy which IS same day pick up. They “Ship to store” items in stock EVEN if the item is in stock at the store! Tried to cancel my order and they won’t even issue a refund until they send the item to the store which is temporarily closed as of this post. Bad customer service and a manager won’t even get on the phone or offer a solution. Check out their rating with the better business bureau. C-. Ouch!
UNIQLO is a great store with great products. Especially for the price and the cold. A cheaper alternative to North Face and higher end winter clothes.
Spend 25 minutes waiting for an online order. why did I assume that the online order will help reduce my time in the store. I ordered a pack of facemask and the staff take 20 minutes to find my order in the store even though I got email telling me its ready to be picked up. not cool. not cool.
Located along 34th Street by 5th Ave, this Uniqlo has multiple floors. I normally come here for online pickup because it is near my workplace. That in itself can get confusing as it located under the staircase, in the back of the store on the main floor. Really love the brand, as it is neutral and oversized.Tip: It is best to ask a worker where online pick up is, so they can get someone to assist you in the area (as there is no usually attending the area)

I think Im liking this store even more than the 5th ave one. Only problem during pandemic is that elevators are out of service. Hey uniqlo, maybe do what other places are doing? (2 people at the same time). Be prepared to go upstairs to the 3rd floor if you are looking for mens clothes. No polo shirts as of November. I get it, winter season is coming, but I still need to wear something under my coat dont I?
Rude and dismissive staff at the checkout. Team members talking to each other rather than deal with customers, problems caused at checkout resulting in double charging credit card. Teams then dismissive and rude even after being called out.Floor staff helpful in finding products though.
They have good prices on t shirts. If you are tall good there when the shirts and pants come out or else they will run out soon. If I get there late i cant get any XL to save life but if you are a extra small to medium they have that always in stock. The cloth and designs are always top notch.
Went here on a busy day and they only opened the cashiers on the first floor. Im not happy about it because theres a long line. But I still love the store and their products.

In general Uniqlo is a fun store to look around. Their Heat-Tech long sleeve layer shirts do the job. Best thing is their sales on spring/summer clothes.
Theyre always willing to help you find things. Its clean and atmospheric and the prices are reasonable. If you havent been there before, Id recommend it. Just be careful with the sizing, try things on beforehand because depending on what Im getting, I get either M, L, or XL. The sizing isnt very consistent across different types of clothes. Like shirts vs. jackets vs. underwear.
Uniqlo may be fast fashion, but their customer service us better than a lot of luxury stores. Just picked up two polos from the Theory collaboration.

My visit to this store was fine. It has lots of different types of clothes many out of different fabrics aside from its main one. The clothes are very light and the prices varies based on what you are getting. This store have multiple floors. It has different fitting rooms and has a bathroom. You can find the register in each floor. On the entrance there is a person greeting you and offering a shopping bag or wishing a great day.
Great store, convenient location awesome clothes!Most importantly super amazing Superiors. I recently went to the store to make a purchase when I suddenly found myself super highly frustrated with the cashier who scanned my items for rushing and not taking the time to hear customers out. Long story short two managers stepped in took care of the situation promptly, efficiently, effectively, respectfully and diligently! I was beyond shocked at how they managed to turn a chaotic mess outta the situation into such a smooth easy going transition, making me as a customer walk away super happy and wishing stores hired more managers such as Kenny ! Kenny you rock !!
I love Uniqlo and purchase a lot of stuff from them, but this store needs to staff more at online pickups. Every time I come, there is always at least 10 people waiting in line and no one at the counter. Asking different employees around the store yields no results.

I visited on a Thursday at 11am for a pickup.The store was not too busy but not empty either. The staff were very friendly, all the ones I spoke too were eager to help when needed. FYI the order pickup station is one the first floor, straight in the back.
Great place to buy clothing. The staff are helpful when you need them. The products are there in large quantities so not having a size then and there isn’t bad. Look for it in another section and you’ll find it. 3 floors of clothing. Fitting rooms are also available on every floor. Registers are also available in every floor.
Probably our go to Uniqlo due to its size and layout. Staff is always friendly and during this time, theyre doing a good job of keeping everything clean and sanitized.
Lot of checkout counters, neatly arranged jackets, spacious interior. Store associates are pretty nice and happy. I walked in with a bicycle (forgot my u-lock) and no one said a word. Got help with selecting colors while showing them their website. Prices were good too.

There best seller (I would say) is there lite weight but bubble jackets. Its well worth it to check them out.
I love this store. Been shopping here since I was in high school. Large variety of clothes for men, women and kids. Awesome denim, chinos, and my favorite the graphic tees because their designs cover various types of artwork from anime to American works like Mickey Mouse.

This is my favorite clothing store in the planet. Some of you may only know it as tennis Superstar Roger Federers sponsor. But it is that AND so much more. Their fabrics and colour palettes are wonderful and stylish. And their pricing is really accessible. They provide free alterations (at least in their Australia stores). They have suitable designs for all ages, and all seasons, from merino and cashmere wool to their fresh AIRism technology for exercise wear.
The clothes here are great! Cheap, fit very well, stylish, good fabrics. The store is also nice, theres good music playing, the employees are helpful, and the checkout process is painless.

Their clothing is very good value. Only thing I will tell you. If tend to on the bigger size of clothes. I am usually a large in all other brands I am an XL in Uniqlo. And some jackets XXL which they only have online. But this review is about the location and the staff. We were greeted as we entered. And we were helped on the floor multiple times with a different members of the staff. They all were very active and pleasant to deal with. Lastly the cashier was all smiles and finished off the job leaving me with very positive vibe. I will no doubt go back again. Kudos to the hiring and training managers . Youve done your job. If I may add one more thing, if you can ask the associates whos on the floor folding clothes to smile to customers and engaged them or a simple acknowledgement. Might go a long way. But keep up the good work.

I love wearing basic clothes without all the giant logos and stripes or other stuff. I come here everytime to buy myself some basic tees and they never disappoint.The clothes here are perfect for people who like basic attire and dont really want to stand out too much but want to look good too. This is the store I shop at the most and I love it.You can also ship your stuff here to pick it up so you dont have to pay delivery fees or risk getting stuff getting stolen which is a plus+.
