Walked in with the intention on buying something but nobody cared to help. When I approached someone looking for a product to buy, then they all came and offered. A bit disappointed in that (prob throught I was window shopping), but the store was well kept and clean and they were really friendly once you spoke to them.

Went in today to look around and possibly make a purchase. My mother and girlfriend proceeded to walk around and check the shoe section out and were considering buying a pair but no one came up to us to ask if we needed anything. Kinda felt neglected as if we werent welcome in the store. My girlfriend preceeded to look at the perfume section, looking for a winter scent. It took someone about 15 mins to walk over to ask us if we needed help, and then couldnt answer my girlfriends questions. As we were leaving no one was paying attention but everyone had their phones in their hand as if they didnt want to be there. Thanks for the amazing experience.

I have always loved shopping at this store and have purchased something most every time I am there. I will wait until after COVID is over to return. When I went in most recently, they had implemented a strange process where they assign you an employee to lead you around the store. What makes that process really inconvenient is that they expect you to stay with that one sales person and whomever you arrived with. So, if you go in with your spouse, youre stuck shopping one at a time. It was very odd and inconvenient.

Keiko was the best! I walked into the store looking for a re-edition purse and she showed me every color and helped me make a decision. She was thorough, professional, and sweet. She even mailed a thank you letter to my home! I’ll definitely be coming back to Keiko for all Prada needs.

Awesome staff, Jimmy from the third floor is the best sales associate that I dealt with in the last 10 years. Super accommodating. He found us the coat we wanted in the size we wanted and shipped it to our house. Was very detailed oriented and kept in contact with us throughout the whole process. I now only shop at 5th ave store to speak with Jimmy.

Terrible customer service at this store. I took my bag for repair and was told it could ship back to a new city I moved to. I called ahead and I was reassured this was no problem. I then left the bag with store manager who scribbled the repair form. The bag then came back to the city I had left! The store manager to do an inter store transfer as promised. I was quoted duty frees for a bag that was five years old at half the original bag of the price. No one wanted to take responsibility!!!! Customer service kept saying they couldn’t do anything because store manager had to approve. I currently have no way of getting back my back due to the terrible customer service. Never been so disappointed by a high end brand.Updated review: after escalating to customer service at Prada, they helped to organize to ship my bag to Toronto where I also paid for the repair. Repair job was well done but process took escalation on my part. Glad to have my bag back!

I honestly dont know what many of the reviewers before me are whining about. From the moment I walked in, everyone was very friendly and helpful towards my husband and I. Michael was our main sales associate and he was extremely knowledgable, helpful and forthright about Prada. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Best customer service ever. They were so helpful so patient and understanding. I looked at several bags and the sales lady discussed features and benefits of each. No pressure to buy and in the end I did purchase some wonderful handbag. Thank you Aspasia Zefi I love my new bag !

I would not recommend a single person to visit this store or purchase from Prada ever again. The store manager was the RUDEST person I have spoken to till date. My wallet had been under inspection from the lab and when I called to question the results, she accused me of lying and had no explanation why my product had sitting in their store more than a month ago but I had not been notified. She had no respect for me as a customer and provided extremely poor customer service. Its a shame that a luxury store such as Prada is not capable of A) understanding when a product has been defected and B) how to provide basic customer service.

Terrible customer service I walked in and the retailers said absolutely nothing so I didn’t know where anything was and as soon as I walked up the first set of stairs I immediately saw a worker being shady and following me and not saying anything as soon as I got upstairs to the top floor a worker finally let me know that the men’s clothing was on the bottom however I remember her trying to insult me about wanting woman’s clothes and it clearly was not my fault that I had no type of help from where to go it’s whatever though I made sure to leave and I can tell the workers seemed relieved however these workers are the most disgusting people I know and I’m sorry to say but they all missed out on being able to make a commission because I was really interested and buying some of their collection however this place is the worst never judge a book by its cover.

Agree with Khushboo. Terrible customer service for a luxury brand (I never even got the chance to speak with the store manager, despite several assurances that someone would call me back), and even worse product quality for a luxury brand. My bag fell apart with limited usage - rather than acknowledge that it was a manufacturing defect, they blamed me for traveling with it. A Prada bag can’t withstand air travel, apparently...

Overpriced Italian cheese. The return policy - no returns. An unwanted gift in perfect condition 2 days after purchase with receipt will get you a store credit. If your budget was spent on the gift, and they didnt want Prada, then youre stuck.

BE CAREFUL to pay CASH at this retail store. My mom-in-law paid off when she drops off her bag to fix the zipper, and when she tried to pick it up, they claimed that she haven’t paid and asked her to pay AGAIN. Really?!?!?! We are so DISAPPOINTED with their service and negligence of handling the payment.

This was the worst experience I have ever had in a high end boutique. It makes me never want to shop at Prada again. The two male assitants upstairs were incredibly rude and condescending. I will never shop at this specific store again.

Assistant was most helpful in helping me pick the most suitable gift, not to mention being patient and courteous. Given similar price for their goods, they certainly have an edge over other competitors.

They were very nice when they altered my Prada suit.However, this past visit, they were extremely dishonest about the sale of shoe trees for their mens shoes. Their other boutiques retail them. Very upsetting.

I love this store but I feel that it is geared towards more of a womans store. I did not see a on of mens products, and that was disappointing.I went in looking for a mens carryall and was disappointed with the selection. I would recommend going to Louis Vuitton or Burberry for more of a mens selection.
