One of the best store experiences I have ever been to. First off, the staff are extremely helpful and very nice. They will help you with sizing and look in the back for other sizes. They offer to help as soon as you walk in the store and you will feel very welcome. Second off, this is probably the coolest store I have ever been in. The fountain is a really interesting feature, the tapestry/rug thing hanging on the wall is super cool as well and you should take a good look at it. They have music playing and a projector screen at the back of the shop. Not to mention selection is great and they will give you free Palace stickers at checkout.Truly an enjoyable and memorable experience!

Amazing shop, pleasant staff and a great selection of quality apparel from the Palace brand. Clothing is always relevant to the season and is constantly on point. Well worth a visit if youre into street/skate wear. Check their website for the latest range before dropping by, given the selection changes on a weekly and seasonal basis. You may also be lucky on stocked items that are not always available on the website.Note: Be wary of dropping by on Fridays given its usually release day for the latest seasonal drop and they have a queue system.Giant killer of a brand.

Better than Supreme most of the time

I shop at this location frequently. I went in today to purchase something from the new drop. I was being hovered by the manager who then whispered to me saying he would personally sell me a hat that was sold out retail price is $58, and he wanted $80 in cash! I wish they had a corporate customer service line that I could contact. Horrible that they secretly hide items to sell to make personal money off of. I will not shop here again, and I hope I can some how reach corporate!

It’s been a while but I wanted to share my experience at Palace. I went there with my girlfriend during the summer when they had the in-store sale. I can’t remember exactly what day it was. We waited online for about 5 minutes so that wasn’t too bad. I have bought Palace stuff before but never went to the actual store. It wasn’t too crowded. The vibe was really cool, just as I thought it would be. We thought the fountain in the middle was awesome. My girlfriend loved the decoration and the skateboards hanging on the wall. I ended up getting a couple of items and the staff was very nice and helpful. Next time I’m around the area I will stop by for sure.

Great store and shopping experience, but customer service gotta be a bit better

Went on a Tuesday, so it wasnt crazy busy. The store design is very nice and unique, with a sweet fountain in the middle. The amount of products they had left over from their Friday drop was actually a decent amount. I purchased a long sleeve shirt, and the staff was very kind helping me pick out a style and finding my size. They were very knowledgeable about their stock level. Would highly recommend if you are into skating or the hype.

Love palace and their store is equally nice. Really recommend this to people who cant bother with supreme as its just as nice. Amazing quality items. Hidden gems are the $10 sticker packs you can ask for at the counter. Easy going place, chill.

No greeting, no acknowledgment or assistance... just staring associates from between empty clothing racks. Their customer service needs a lot of work. Lame.

Went during a fall winter launch date and didn’t realise there was a certain system to get in at launch time.Basically line up around 8-9am and they’ll give you a wrist band with a time slot to come back later around 10-11am depending on the day/their mood.If not you can join a long queue from 3pm onwards where it seems to be a bit of a false queue. Lined up for 90 minutes only to find nothing had even sold out yet and that they were well stocked.The staff are very friendly and helpful though

When consumers go inside, thats a real palace because staffs think they are superior and standing in a high position. The staffs inside and outside always rolling their eyes, extremely rude, impolite, impatient, and discriminatory. They are trying their best to kick consumers out because their salary maybe come from how colorful they are, how bulky they are, and how shabi they are. If they do not want to sell their cloth, please close the store ASAP. Not everyone is concentrating on how fashion the cloth is, the service is terrible.

This place looks very nice when you walk in. Very clean, well organized. The staff however ruin the mood, they are all very self entitled retail sales associates. A girl came up to our group and asked if we needed anything, we replied no (because at the time we were just browsing to see what was in store), she then turned around and proceeded to say to another associate well excuse me for asking didnt realize we had people who just look and dont buy. That was so rude to me because we came all the way from Texas just to buy from that store. Another associate came up to us a few minutes later and helped us with what we found. The door guys were nice though. I probably wouldnt go back because the customer service is lacking. You can be a high end brand without feeling entitled to such. I get the best service from the higher end brands because thats how they make their sales for items costing as much as they do.

We visited the store on Columbus Day this year. I never had this bad of a customer service in my whole life before. We were four individuals and my 16 year old grandson wanted to buy a sweater and t-shirt here. When he asked the sales rep if he could try on the sweater he nodded that he could. He tried on a large and it fitted him. The sales rep then took the sweater to the back counter and my grandson choose also a t-shirt size large. We then went to the back counter where the sweater was and wanted to pay for both items (we didnt know that the check out counter was the another one). The first sales rep that the sweater was his (extra word was MINE). I said excuse me but my grandson just tried it on from the four orange that were on the display pile. Then second sales rep came from the back and wanted to give us an extra large sweater. I told him that it was to large for my grandson and I was informed that they have to sale what is in the back first. I told him that I am not buying an oversized one to clear out his stock in the backroom and asked if I cant buy the display one. He said yes I could. I then replied that I dont understand what the issue is. They were both quiet, looking confused. Then my grandsons father said that he would like to try on the t-shirt that we are going to buy to see if he can also fit into a size large. The sale rep then said that its against company policy to try on t-shirts. I said this is the one that we are buying and he just wanted to see if the size fits. He said that we could not to that. I informed him that he are buying it and what is the problem? Its against company policy was the answer. I then said okay, I will pay for both the sweater and t-shirt now and go outside and have him try it on and so that he can then come back in and buy his own t-shirt. The first rep then told me to watch what I am saying and then I told him that he needs to chill down with his attitude since I am a customer spending money here. He did then try on the purchased t-shirt and decided buy the second one. They didnt like the situation and I told them it would be to their advantage if they watched Pretty Woman to understand the concept of selling merchandise. Product quality is good but service degrading. The shop owner needs to look or provide training to some of his employees.

Very bad customer service . I picked up a sweater that I wanted to purchase and brought it what I thought was the front desk to pay and a worker comes up to me and says “has someone gotten you a size” and I said I believe so because a previous worker had nodded at me then went to the back room and he goes “well it’s a yes or no question is someone getting you a size” his tone was very angry so I said no because I was just confused what was even going on, he then said “well you have all your money out so are you gonna buy something” again in a aggressive and degrading tone . I just said yeah I’ll get the sweater took it, bought it and left immediately. The only thing that’s keeping this store together is the designs and hype . Get new staff

We loved shopping here. Some of that type of urban apparel places have rude people working. Not at Palace help is awesome, friendly and the store has a good vibe feeling. We love the clothing line and quality. This store is certainly a must stop when shopping in Soho.

Absolutely disrespectful employee who picked up the phone when i called. I called and asked if there were hats in stock to which the employee responded something along the lines of i mean yeah we have a bunch of hats. i asked what kinds of hats there were and he responded I dont know what do you even mean, we just have a bunch of hats in a very aggressive tone as if the customer is supposed to know what the store has in stock. He then hung up midsentence when I was in the middle of asking one more question about the store. Ive never been to palace store but wanted to visit since supreme was closed. I called at around 12pm. Rude employee just mad hes destined to work retail for the rest of his life. The brand seems great and has qualities that outshine that of supremes but the store needs to lower the employees pay to minimum wage if hes not already only earning that much.

When you walk in it is very nice. The guy at the door is very nice when you walk in. I was in and out in about 10 minutes with a hoodie and a long sleeve shirt. Very high end quality! highly recommended.

Palace is great. Cool layout with many awesome feature like the decks fountain and skate video. Clothes are creative and fun and the staff is great. If youre in New York I highly recommend paying palace a visit.

Im not a huge fan of most streetwear outposts flagships based on the egotistical attitude displayed within them. But this is not the case at palace. These dudes are real skateboarders. Pretty down to earth. Nothing extra here. The security is kind and remembers a face. They do a good job of customer service and out of the many times iv shopped here I never felt and inch of bad vibes. Go check em out

Very very rude staff. Some of the worst I’ve come across. Exceedingly unhelpful, and I felt as though they looked down upon customers, regardless of the fact myself and others were willing to pay the top prices!! I saw multiple staff rolling their eyes or ordering customers to set stuff down- helping customers and communicating with them may help this instead of treating clients like dirt.

My experience in store was pretty decent to be perfectly honest, the guy at the cash register was really polite when I went up to purchase my items, asking his co-worker to double check if they had fresh stock in any of the items I was buying. While his coworker was gone the sales assistant made conversation with me, seeming genuinely interested and just being generally kind.I think a lot of people need to understand that your experience in store with brands like Palace, Supreme etc is going to be hugely based on when the drops are; if you prioritise attentive, friendly customer service go a few days before or after a drop. Dont expect to pop in on their busiest days, and not have to queue or to be given the best customer service. Yeah it doesnt sound too great making excuses for a lack of great customer service but you clearly havent worked in a high pressure retail environment before if youre complaining about that.Anyway, in conclusion Id highly recommend visiting Palace, its a gorgeous store and hopefully youll be greeted with the same respect that I was!

Only reason why its getting stars was because of the product. Staff started freaking out when I picked up a shirt then i told them i was buying it and they were cool. We had to search for help to check out and it was the worst experience at a hypebeast store ever.

I was there to buy some pairs of socks and when I asked for a help, this young looking kid was very rude unprofessional that he looked like didn’t know how to communicate with customer. He was almost spaced out and I had to actually go to his face and ask if he worked there. Normally when I go there, other employees are pretty nice and kind. But this kid was not one of them.

The worst service I have ever seen in my life! My boyfriend was going to buy a shirt and went to try it on over his shirt and one of the “sales assistants” literally took the shirt out of his hand and told him off and put it back. I was shocked to say the least. It is ridiculous enough that they do not have change rooms let alone treat customers they way they did to my boyfriend who was going to purchase the shirt. Disgusting.

Never left a review in my life but the lady below me is buggin out. There was a line. It moved. The bouncers didnt give anybody any problems or attitude. All they asked was we stay close to the wall. I got in and store employees were happy to help find my size. I bought some stuff and I left. Maybe she is part of the problem!!!

Very rude staff. I went to the shop at 13:00 and I ask for the hour they close because i wanted to buy a hoodie and i didnt have enough money to buy it because taxes werent included in a 148 dollars hoodie so i had to came again. They told me that that day was Easter and they were closing at 16 o clock amd the staff encouraged me to go again before 4 o clock for buying the item. Finally, i came again at 15:40 with all the money and the staff did not let me enter because they were closing. I talked with the security man and with the staff member that I talked to before and they told me that that day was Easter and they were closing, meanwhile there were people on the shop bu they didnt let me in 20 minuts before closing. Finally they laughed at me behind the glass door and they start showing me Easter eggs on a mobile throwgh the glass. Shameful staff they dont care about customers.

It was my first time at new york and Palace and Supreme were on my top to do List.The store was super modern and completly different to any other Store. there was no line infront the Store. They had a lot of good stuff there and the Palace guys were super friendly and helped me with finding my size. Also got a lot of free stickers.When I would be forced to pick between Supreme and Palace Store, i would always go to the P Store. Its worth it.Hope I could help with my rating ( Sounds a lil bit like an advert) and i wish you a great time in New York

If you go on a regular day you will be fooled into believing this is a great store. The staff seem nice, the ambiance is great, stock is decent generally. If you try and go for a drop you will see what a gross place of business is. Rules of buying are supposed to be one item style per person, ie one t shirt, one long sleeve, one hoodie, etc. However, this store is run by a bunch of thugs who wait outside and get hookups from employees. People buying literally 4 different versions of the same style item (ie long sleeve in all colors). If you don’t know the employees you are forced to only get one and watch as those all around you buy whatever and how many they want. It’s disgraceful and quite frankly disgusting business practice. There seems to be no management in the store. There are a bunch of thugs lurking outside backdooring the items it’s just terrible. Shame such a nice place is not managed properly and there’s literally no one to reach out to complain to. Good luck

Visited this store 2 days after opening and was pretty disgusted by how the majority of both staff and the hired security treated the waiting customers. Being told you cannot talk, or smile, or indeed move, when standing on line is an infringement of civil liberties. Power hungry, uneducated, heavies whose only manner to feel good about themselves is to bully others - nice job Palace. In addition, aside from one member of staff inside, whose name I forget, but who had pink hair (good job to you sir), there was again a degree of rudeness inherent in the customer service personnel. Snapping at you for touching items, snapping at you for being on your phone, rolling their eyes when you ask for sizes. What do you think your job is???? My boyfriend spent over $600 on his son and himself but we will not be back. How about teaching your staff that they are there to serve customers and be enthusiastic about the product? Very disappointed.
