We found relevant and fresh shoe selections here. The staff was very helpful.Even if you do not find a buy the location is in between so much. There is a Frye boot store, many national clothing chains, New Balance, 23rd and the Flat Iron, Madison Park and a short walk to Union Square. It was snowing and the area was clean and not slippery.
It was my first time at a Nike store and I just want to say my experience was amazing. The place was well organized and so beautiful. (Shout out to Shira she was so sweet and I feel like she loves her job and actually loves helping others wish her the best) 💗
This goes out to the phenomenal manager, KP. I came in and said I wasn’t sure she could help the situation (a recent purchase got damaged in an accident), she could tell I was upset, and with absolutely no fusses she remedied the entire situation. She didn’t have to do that, she didn’t interrogate me or make me feel worse about asking for help, and this seriously made my whole experience with these shoes and this brand so much better because this is the kind of customer service you hope for but rarely get. Thank you so much KP, you are indeed the BEST PERSON EVER.Also, the Store Associate who helped me with my initial purchase was super kind, knowledgeable, and probably needs to be paid (along with the rest of the staff/managers) more than they are already making. Excellent experience, thank you for taking care of me, and for making me a loyal Nike customer.
I bought a pair of running sneakers the women that helped me was a delight her name was Jody she was great and the gentleman at the front door his name was Joe he was such a help he guided me to were I needed to be it was a great experience thank you Nikeflatiron 😊
This is the first review Ive ever left on any website but I needed to give JODIE a special shout out for being so helpful and sweet. I almost bought shoes that I didnt even want in the hopes that she would look good or get some commission. I did end up finding the ones that I wanted online (with information she gave me) and I figured leaving a review was the next best thing. THANKS JODIE!!!
The store manager and his staffs were helpful! Just walk in and ask for what you need. Theyll set you up.
Everyone loves Nike--the quality is pretty much unmatched--but Im writing this review to give a shout out to Jodi, who works at Flatiron (5th Ave) location. She is the warmest, most helpful retail store employee Ive encountered. If you need help giving a gift, or choosing something for yourself (lets be honest, for some of us the sheer number of choices can be paralyzing) shes your new guide. Kudos to Nike for hiring good people.
Best service you could ever ask for, Abraham was so nice with helping us. Everyone was extremely helpful and sweet the patient 100% recommended! Thank you all for helping us in there.
Another really nice Nike store with friendly and approachable employees which is something that stood out at the Nike Soho location as well. Much smaller a store than the Soho location but offering a variety of well laid out and accessible items. Didn’t have the size of shoe I was looking for but they were nice enough to call another location that had the show in stock, reserve it, and I was able to run over and pick it up less than an hour later. Near to Union Square North market and the Flatiron District so easy to get to from a variety of areas throughout the boroughs.
This is a very small Nike store. Womens apparel and shoes are on the entrance level and mens are one flight down via stairs or an elevator in the back. They seem to only have a few select items, and nothing that stood out to us. It also seemed overpriced in comparison to the Nike stores we have been to in the past. There were employees available to help here, but you just wouldnt know it, bc you are left to do your own thing and look around, without anyone speaking with you or asking you if youre looking for anything in particular, etc.We would definitely go to one of their bigger locations next time.
I dont normally leave a review for a big chain store but I wanted to shout out Jodie for giving me such a positive experience the other day. She went above and beyond to make sure I got shoes that fit perfectly, and I even walked out with some free goodies.
Great service... Was doing some returns and the staff made it so simple ... Thanks
Found the staff at this location to be disinterested in assisting guests, dismissive, and borderline disrespectful.Save yourself from a negative experience: go across the street to New Balance instead.
Lots of collection and nice and helpfull staff . good price. Good location
Love shopping here and the service is always great. They pretty much have everything here and its at a great location too.
Staff in nice and helpful but extremely limited selection of shoes
There was like 7 pairs of sneakers on sale and they werent even the good ones. Ridiculous.
This is a smaller store staff really nice .great deals here also
Unprofessional staff. No greeting when I entered. Instead they were literally were joking about stealing from me as soon as I walked in. Also selection is limited.no SB DUNKS. Goto FLIGHTCLUB for better selection.
Never picks up their phone. Like an ex-girlfriend…..
I didnt end up copping anything, as I was passing through and my size wasnt available, but Chris helped out a ton, checked for my size in multiple shoes, and was generally cool. Top flight shopping experience.
Disinterested staff, vending machine buggy, wouldn’t accept my return within policy. Nike Soho returned without issue...
Good place, Pleasant atmosphere
Nice store, but not a ton of selection. Seemed a bit under staffed too
Only like 15 pairs of mostly running shoes. Basically all clothes
I liked the vending machine ! Cool staff too :)
Super clean, friendly staff. Transactions are easy and touchless!
Always closes early or doesn’t support returns like they say in the Nike app. Second time this store has disappointed. At least update your hours on Google to respect your customers time.
Very friendly and helpful workers there
From the security guards to the workers, excellent staff and awesome retail experience!
Staff was super nice!
Great staff but horrible selection
The guy at the door was very rude!! Had me sit at the door saying it was to much ppl in whn upstairs Clearly didnt have nobody in sight
Didnt had my model but were very helpful
I had a great experience at this store today! I had purchased a Chicago Marathon dry fit shirt, from the Chicago store, near 3 weeks ago. The original size I purchased was just way too big for me and I needed a size down. When I first walked into the Flatiron store, the first sales associate told me that if I didn’t have the original receipt the best they could do was just give me store credit for what the shirt is worth now (shirt went from $75 to $60). It’s not the price that was the issue, I just really wanted my Chicago dry fit shirt to wear with pride! So I was very bummed that I thought that I would be giving up this shirt. However, I met an associate, downstairs, and I told him I really did not want to give the shirt up and if there was anyway he could help me to get a smaller shirt. He spent at least 20-30 minutes making it happen for me. He could have easily told me the same thing I heard from the first guy but, this sales associate was different. He really cared and I am so happy that I am able to get my Chicago Marathon shirt in a much better fit! I am so thankful for this male associate that helped me. If you run marathons you know how important marathon expo gear is ;) I will definitely be coming back! Thank you!!
Great service, only thing they didnt carry childrens sizes. But they helped me get my order
Great place and the team is amazing
I went there at opening time and there was a huge line apparently there was a sneakers release but I was not there to purchase sneakers just running gear, and they neglected to acknowledge that after a while I was allowed in but it was uncomfortable because they kept eyeing me
Damaged clothes on hangers for sell.
On Wednesday, December 9th I walked into the Nike store and no one welcome me when I enter in. No one came to ask if I needed any help, the two men upstairs were just standing there talking. Nike stores are all the same when it comes to Black customers they do not seek to help, but when it is a non-black person they are willing to help.
I came here to get some new sneakers because my paycheck was burning a hole in my pocket. The store had a nice layout and was clean. However, getting someones attention was nearly impossible. I had to literally stalk someone to get help.
Small space. Limited selection.
Excellent staff and awesome retail experience
Went to the Nike Store at the Flatiron area before covid, the store was pretty organized but is still closed due to covid
The customer service here is absolutely amazing.
Came here to see if I could pick up some Kobe gear and everything is pretty much sold out. Make my heart hurts for his and his daughters lost and I feel so much for the families. RIP Kobe, will forever miss you!
Very nice and helpful sales associates. Went there to try some sneakers and find out what was my size in men’s shoes in order to buy a model online that existed only for men. They helped me even if they knew that I wouldn’t buy in their shop today.
I love the way they help me find what i need and what am looking for
Such amazing staff!! They were so friendly and helped me exchange my purchase with no worries. 100% recommend shopping there. Not to mention the incredible items that they have up for sale!!!!
I like this place it has a lot to choose from. There is a 10min wait to get inside but its worth it.
Great service
Had a really bad experience. I was hoping to find similar tennis shoes than the ones I bought 9 years ago. I talked to a lady who seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Proceeded to tell me without looking at the different styles that they didn’t have anything close to the same shoe that I had or that the specific things I was looking for a shoe that I know made them more durable is not at all a reason.Went to the Soho location and had a much better experience.
A great flagship store in New York. Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. The order set up is a bit odd though. You speak with a member of staff, they scan a shoe and then someone brings you the box to try it on. If you want to purchase, there’s not much stopping you from just walking out with the shoes.
Terrible service
Super fast and super professional service. Very happy and will return soon. The Saturday staff was so awesome, the greater took our picture for our family.
Great customer service
They have of the best selections out there. And a huge inventory too. The staff is great as well, very helpful bunch.
They dont have a childrens section but the store is very nice and clean
Very nice and knowledgeable staff. The sale assistant helped find the right shoe. Their treadmill is a great plus to try the shoes to see how they feel while running
Went in and was helped by Andrew! Super helpful and chill. Was very friendly and double checked everything for me. Thank you Andrew! :D Overall great experience at Nike.
Nice and clean store with good customer service but selection is limited. Tried to find some lifestyle shoes that are commonly available in other stores but didnt see them anywhere. We were referred to the store in midtown.Customer service was nice but most were busy, not sure if they had enough folks to support the Sunday midday demand.
Been meaning to write a glowing review for Jodi from my visit in June 18th. I had full intentions getting new running trainers (sneakers). The lovely knowledgeable Jodi advised the right pair that I use everyday back home in the UK. Spot on and impressed with her marathons and great manner. It is the ideal shop for running apparel. It doesn’t do anything else bar that. Thank you Jodi again! A credit to Nike!
Good
Love Nike and Converse shoes, theyre the only brand I would but. Ive been buying so many shoes, its nuts how many pairs I own now.
One of my favorite places to shop at. They always have a great selection at hand and the service team here are always helpful.
Small location with a dedicated floor for womens and mens. Very easy to navigate around and find what youre looking for. Great location to find the latest gear
Altagracia sort of refused to serve us but preferred serving American customers. Adam came to our rescue but too late: after 35 minute waiting, we were told our size was not available, though it was on arrival. Such lack of consideration and waste of time!
I went here a couple years ago and felt like it was hard to get the attention of a salesperson, let alone get fitted for a pair of shoes. Maybe I went on an off day.Flash-forward to 2014 and the salesperson-to-customer ratio is much improved. The guy that helped me was super-patient, offered suggestions and was very chill. I walked out being incredibly satisfied with the pair of trainers that he helped me choose.
Loved my shopping experience! V was spectacular and answered all my questions and helped me find exactly what I was looking for!
Expected to go in here and be treated like a number (or worse, a tourist) and just try on my shoes to order them online. Im not a great shopper and have no patience for big stores like this but Ralph found me the right shoes and and the right size right away, offered me a run on their lovely in store woodway and I was sold. The shoes are great, Ralph was super helpful and with their 30% deal for downloading their app, they were less expensive than online. Overall, a great experience and I cant wait to go back.
Great 👍
Had to take a moment to drop a review. Had it been a garden variety trip to the NIKE store and a routine interaction with a shop-worn sales associate, I likely wouldn’t even have taken the time to write this...that is, before we were lucky enough to meet Cam.He took the normally perfunctory customer service interface and elevated it by taking a sincere interest in my wife’s footwear needs and then exceeded our expectations by making all extra efforts necessary to ensure that we had a great experience and got what we needed. In addition to remembering our names upon our follow up visit to the store, you could just feel the sincerity in his desire to be as helpful as possible. Cam took what could easily have been an otherwise routine and immemorabile trip to the shoe store and made it something worthy of a glowing review. Thanks again Cam! I only hope NIKE realizes how lucky they are to have you!
I love their selection here and they have some great deals at that from time to time. The staff are cool and very helpful.
Quality customer service and product. I think everything is overpriced. In regards to whats out there, Nike is a solid offering.
Excellent customer experience. Unlike the Mercer St store, the staff here were on the ball and very good at making sure I had the correct size shoes to try on. I didnt even need to go to a till to pay - the shop assistant did the whole thing on a hand held device which was pretty cool.
Great Customer Service...

Staff useless
Nice selection of shoes, super friendly stuff, nice experience overall!
Very good Nike store with friendly and very helpful staff. I was helped very quickly even though the store was crowded. If youre looking for running shoes you are at the right place.
Friendly staff, bagged a pair of Nikes for a good price :-)
Its a nike store so I absolutely love it
If youre seriously into running, you cant go wrong with 5 levels of Nike stuff at this store. They have pretty much everything Nike that youll need. While this is sneaker heaven for those with a shoe fetish, it comes with a price. Its not cheap here...But if you like Nike and you cant wear anything else, I think this is one of the better Nike stores to visit.
Funky Nike store in the iconic Flatiron building. Carries some more hard to find Nike apparel than your regular store.
This is a great place for runners (and people like me).You can get guidance and tips from people who actually run them selves and make sure you buy the right shoe for the job.And when that is done - you can start blinging out your wardrobe with the best shorts and tops.
Customer service is terrible, no one awknoleges you or wants to make eye contact. If you call the store then good luck with that too!! No one ever answers.
Great customer service
I was gonna leave one star, but i cant. For the quality, i cant leave 1 star. But for the service, i would leave -5 star if i could. Got charged twice for 1 item. So called NYC marathon custom shirt starts losing prints after 1 day use. And you cant return or get refund for custom tees. Man, Nike, your price is going up sky high, so service should follow, one would think.
The customer service in this store (all Nike) stores is amazing. I buy online but stop her for their hospitality.
Cool store but dont ever buy anything here. Instead, just find the item youre trying to buy, try it on, look at it, then head over to the World Wide Web and purchase it online for less. I know, I know...you can thank me later.
Excellent service, but I didnt find sneakers I need
Small and overstaffed.
