There is A sales person his name is BiJAY PRADHAN .He literally sold me a jacket. Amarois and wanted me to take it and go.He was annoyed that I tried it on., and gave a long thought about it.Its very very intimidating, he sold me a $2.400 + Tax jacket and made a whole story up that, the zide 1 is just available in mimai and vegas!!!! What! And that there is just none anymore in NY.I was so foolish I purchased the size two. AndIt’s way to big its not sitting, So I decided to get a 1 . As I called Montclr they sad SOHO location has 3 …..so lie after an other. Not returning my calls and making up stories!!!!!It’s extremely disappointing ! !!!!!!!!!You, seriously and will full disclosure nit have done the job that you got pay for it !
Recently brought my jacket in for repair. Moncler did a wonderful job fixing the zipper at a reasonable cost. Their customer service is fantastic with great communication. Their clothing isnt cheap but its well worth it!
I had the zipper repaired to my daughter’s jacket. I called left my name and email. I was promptly emailed back with instructions. I shipped it (insured and through the postal service) to the Madison Avenue boutique. It was repaired and shipped back to me within a week. The jacket was sent via fedex in a box and packaged in a very nice garment bag. The zipper is now working and I am very happy! Thank you!!!
Carolyn (manager on duty) was beyond unprofessional, rude and sarcastic. She is a prime example of what a brand representative should NOT be. My husband and I traveled from NJ to do an exchange. The girl doing the exchange was pleasant. While she was doing the exchange, she explained there would be a difference because of NY tax. Before she was able to explain that, Carolyn jumped into the conversation with a attitude. Anytime my husband spoke, she would cut him off and roll her eyes. Making everyone, including the associate, uncomfortable. My husband asked to overnight the jacket since this was his 3rd time at the store (they said they had the jacket twice before and it was not physically there), with a snarky attitude she replied “it’s not going to get there tomorrow.” He asked to be updated and her response was “Ha you want me to sit there and wait for the order to update, to update you? No”. My husband asked for her card, because he will be calling corporate and filing a complaint. No one else in the store was treated with such disrespect. We are buying customers who have been buying from Moncler for years. Going forward that will change and we will take our business elsewhere. My husband was discriminated against, because of all his physical appearance and skin color. Carolyn spoke down to my husband, the person making a purchase in her location. My husband, is a business owner who owns two extremely successful nightclubs. He would NEVER treat any customer the way Carolyn treated us today.

Really horrendous customer experience.1) they create a line outside to create artificial demand even though there are not many people in the store. They will let many people out before letting one person in. The line is crowded together and doesn’t feel covid safe2) they have a no-refund policy which they do not make clear to the purchaser (no one told me before buying that they don’t accept refunds on anything, only store credit)3) had a horrible experience with Caroline who is one of the managers. She was explicitly rude and rolled her eyes at me from the minute I entered. When I made a purchase she took my credit card into the back without saying anything and took minutes to come back. When I asked someone to check on where she was she came out and started yelling at me in a disturbing wayI would never come back and would recommend buyers against purchasing here. They clearly are prioritizing short term profits over long term value and customer experienceI will clarify that there was another manager (didn’t catch his name) who was more pleasant to work with which is why I am giving this two stars instead of one
Although Moncler has beautiful winter clothing, I was a bit shocked by their return policy. No returns whatsoever. Only exchange or store credit. So buyer, beware of this.

Its a bit intimidating going into this store if you are not used to these high end stores. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was about to spend 2000 for a winter coat and found a few small holes on the left sleeve. Still unsure if the products are worth the price. Still thinking......

Service is second to none.I bought a coat here maybe 18 months ago and started to see tears in the fabric as early as a year ago.I came here and got passed around awkwardly initially because I guess some of the other sales people wanted to make their commission. Not so positive.Eventually I was matched up with Jasmine Mui. She took my jacket initially and said she’d speak with the manager. After about 5 minutes she came back and offered me a store credit for the jacket and it’s updated cost (jacket has gone up in cost).I tried on about 5-6 different coats and she remained patient throughout. Would absolutely recommend working with Jasmine! She was patient throughout.
The store closes at 5:30pm instead of 6pm, just beware security is really strict
The worst customer service ever. Wore my coat 5 times, down started coming out and feathers plucking through the fabric. The staff at the store was rude and condescending. They blame the brand policy and said can’t replace my coat. This is an absurd — less than 30 days after buying a brand new product! Moncler sold me a defective product and won’t take it back and replace it? Won’t give me my money back either. Unbelievable.Currently I’m waiting to get my brand new coat “repaired” by a third party service sent by the store and, as a result, I paid a lot of money and don’t have my coat.Save yourself money and time, and do not buy from them. It just doesn’t worth it.

Store is a disaster. Spent $4k on two coats prior to Thanksgiving. They shipped the coats and put the wrong street address on the shipping label. Tried calling the store and no one picks up. Coats ended up getting to me ten days later after working it out with fedex. Store has the customer service of WalMart. Avoid at all costs!!
Sales staff were so unkind. When you try anything, you must answer in one second whether to buy it or not. They were so annoyed about finding any coats. The only friendly staff was security guard.
Good service. There was one staff that was working in the back that was very knowledgeable and helped me make a decision on which coat i should purchase that will perform best in a NY winter.

Nothing for big boys
My brother was visiting from out of state and bought a jacket. Decided he didnt like it the next day and found out that Moncler doesnt allow refunds (even though the jacket was unworn and had all tags still attached). Would not shop here.
They sold a coat with a problem that appear after less than 30 days, and didnt want to exchange. Very bad service. Finally agreed to repair and kept saying it was a courtesy. I dont know if the brand is terrible with the products or the services on that specific store. Dont want to try to find out. Never again.
This store has a lot of styles to choose from, and the sales service is very good.

We were able to pick up freely and see and try it on without any persistent calls. There is a female capacity that speaks a little Japanese. I think the store has a very wide and rich assortment.
The assortment of new works is amazing. Shop clerks recommend a fancy design, so if youre going to buy it, it might be better to decide on the color and design you want before entering. Unlike Japanese stores, clerks are casual and friendly, so it is good for those who want to buy Moncler casually.
