On August 12 I visit this store with a friend and the security stopped us before even entering the store racial profiling Us! I believe it was racial profiling because it was no other excuse on why they stop us from entering the store but the color of our skin . After I ask them Are you guys stopping us from shopping in the store ? They immediately let us in . Keep in mind we were exchanging some thing that we are ready brought on their online website. I spoke to the manager which was a black woman and she looked confused and stated she did not know why the security did thatπsounds shockingβ¦. Not a good experience at all! Do Better Dior !!!
Customer service is impeccable! My husband and I love the selection at this location. If they dont have what we want they try other locations to find the bags, perfume, ect. My husband loved the new line of ties to go with his suits!
First time shopping here and will never be buying from Dior again. The woman assisting me was rude and condescending while I was trying to explain issues with a product I had purchased. She would be glaring at me or talking down at me which is something I never had experienced with in other designer brand stores. I tried to be polite and friendly, but she acted as if I was wasting their time. Dior needs to start training their employees better, I donβt think they fully grasp the concept of customer service. I would give this zero stars if I could.
Dior should definitely be boycotted. Terrible experience horrible customer service. I feel ignored and robbed. I will never spend another dime on this brand again. Purchased sneakers for my son in the 57th st boutique, return them to the short Hills Mall boutique. There I was advised they had to be mailed back to New York. Against my better judgment I left them there. Itβs been 3weeks and I have not received my refund nor an email confirmation of shipping nor any acceptable communication from anyone at the store Iβm totally frustrated and disappointed. Never again!!!
Went to Dior for the matzah scarf, product and service were nice, but when returned home and opened the package, the product was the one that was on display. The sewed Dior tag on the scarf was ripped and hanging loose.
After taking my shoes to the DC location to exchange the size. I was informed the shoes would have to be sent back to the NY location because thatβs where they were purchased from. I was notified that the shoes shipped to NY and given a phone number to the NY store to speak to someone in making sure the shoes were delivered and how long the exchange would take. I called the phone number for 3 weeks straight. I reached back out to the DC store to assist because it was ridiculous that I could not get in touch with anyone from either phone number. I then received an email from Robert to assist with getting the exchange completed which I do appreciate. However, after receiving my shoes just about 4 weeks later. They arrived dirty like they were a display shoe of some short. I did reach back out to Robert with an email about that issue, with no reply from him. All in all the experience was just disappointing. This is a high end brand and the experience shouldβve been a lot smoother than that and I shouldβve never received shoes that were dirty. You spend too much money to receive less than you deserve.
Very good customer service
One of the few 5th ave luxury stores with quality staff. I was looking to find a strap for my bag, and even though the didnt have the one I wanted the staff was patient and showed me a lot of options. Overall they made a fun, comfortable shopping experience.
I bought a bag close to $4000. I attempted to get it fixed a couple of months after I purchased it as I improperly stored it. I take full responsibility for damaging it. I called repeatedly and they never pick up their phone. I was told by dior customer service that they have the same problem with that store. When I did get in touch with the store I was told to email the manager. I never heard back. When I followed up i was told the manager would get in touch with me that day and still never heard anything back. You would think spending that much money on a purchase they would take care of their clients.
The worst customer service experience in a luxury store! They need to retrain the employees who work in this store particular the one named Jennifer. I went in to buy a wallet and she packed me the one that was used for display for customers thinking I did not know it. Then said my credit card was declined....after connecting with my credit card customer service I was told there was no restriction on my card and I had ample credit to spend on this purchase. In fact they did not see any charge came through from Dior. I asked Jennifer to open the box to let meSee the wallet before running my card again. Not surprising it was the displayed one with the plastic lining from the zipper peeled off. She denied it but I insisted have her bring out another one.I hope Dior will be able to see multiple negative customer service reviews posted. You need employees to deliver the luxury brand experience this is one of the reasons people spend top dollars to buy your products. I felt completely the opposite. I will take my money elsewhere next time.

I came here to buy a last minute gift at around 6:45. I knew exactly what I wanted to get but extremely rude doorman said I couldnβt go in because they were βclosedβ. I would have not spent more than 5 minutes there. I pointed out that the store says on the door 7 PM. And he still rudely refused to let us in with an attitude. I love Dior but would not recommend coming to this one if youβre looking for a pleasant experience.
I scheduled in advance to choose my wedding dress. I was treated like a princess. I loved it so much! everything impeccable and very tasteful. I realized a great dream of making my wedding dress with you. helped me with everything in every detail. I will always recommend this experience of luxury and good taste to everyone.
Poor customer service, the sales associates are not knowledgeable about the Christian Dior goods (products), they lack professionalism and ethic. They have no enthusiastic spirit which is a disappointment because the Dior products are pure perfection. Too bad, the employees cannot conveyed that to the clients. I will not recommend this boutique to anyone. Iβll never set foot in such poor environment. The company have great marketing but poor staff they should revalue the people that are at the forefront of their boutique because they are the brand ambassadors and should know and do better. It was a negative experience on my end for that much money that Im glad I spent somewhere else.

Horrible shopping experience. Although I got the pieces I was looking for, the entire experience was not quite what I expected. Not welcoming. There was a couple and another lady besides me with approximately eight sales associates on the first floor talking to each other. Not one of them approached me, I had to walk up to them an ask if they had the pieces I was looking for. Not coming back to this location.
The worst brand in sneakers lol stuff are nice depend which store i cant complain about NY most of them are very nice, I bought this sneakes in July and the last time was raining day and used end up dark all the white laces i tried to return because it supposed to be expensive and good quality brand they told me they cant do anything.Dont spend uour money buying sneakers from this brand. The interior design is more impressive than the actual in store selection, did not see many items from the Dior 2020 Cruise Collection at least not on display which is what I wanted to buy. Hope they add some of the items in the catalog, also not enough of the Dior items in stock like the nicer productions for sale, didnt seem to have a lot of options in store.Needs a update to add more of the handbags that are more expensive, same with sunglasses and other accessories.

I stopped by Dior Homme the other day because I was looking for a simple black tie. Walking into this location on 57th Street is a delight. Even though the store itself isnt large, its pretty well kept. Things are neatly hung on the racks and along the shelves, and there are plenty of staff to help you out. The staff to patron ratio is definitely in your favor. As far as selection goes, they pretty much carry the currently mens line. From shoes to clothing to accessories, Dior Homme has it all.During my experience, the person who helped me out was useful to say the least. He was able to find the exact tie that I needed ($270) and within a matter of minutes, I was on my way. Granted, things arent on the cheaper side of things, but you get what you pay for.

Stupid service, worst Dior boutique experience.I am surprised a number of shop assistants kept sitting when customers were viewing the items. Were they really tired or waiting for afternoon tea? Even when I stared at a bag behind a sat guy, that guy did not have any inclination of standing up. Also a male shop assistant stood in the middle of the room and blocked my way.Most ridiculously, they did not let me touch the bags when they showed them to me. Okay, What I need is touching the leather for making a decision rather than listening to your vaunting explanation in a patronising tone. You are not HermesοΌyou can not say you are the best so confidently. And even Hermes service is better than you.I guess the staffs here are the spies of other brands, the job of them is providing bad services to customers and make them go to other shops. So I finally visited Bottega and Hermes, and purchased a Tote bag and a scarf respectively. What a great day.
