Ridiculous practice at Celine today I was greeted by a security guard who told me I had to stand on the sidewalk waiting for a sales associate. I told him I just wanted to look and see what was in the store and he said NO. Can’t shop without a sales associate. Big mistake!

I went into the store today to ask for help fix my sunglasses that’s missing a screw. Regardless of whether they can or cannot help. It was the way the associate said, “these sunglasses are from 2yrs ago” as if that’s a million years ago. Then he proceeds to give me some bS saying they no longer have the same products, different factory. I am not buying and did not want to make a scene at the shop. Clearly I will take this to headquarter. Thank you for your service today Celine soho.

Excellent service! I went there to buy a wallet for my fiancee! As soon as i walked in i was greeted by sales assosicated and got offered water and they started helping me! They were so helpful and i end up getting the wallet that i was looking for! Everything was smooth and high-end! Definetly recommend this location!

What a great experience at the Celine store. Myself and my girlfriend were greeted quickly and warmly. The store manager, François, and Jackson were great help. I purchased a pair of boots from François the previous day. He was a great help in bringing out styles that were not on the sales floor.We went back as we were looking for a new bag for my girlfriends birthday the next day. Jackson was a great help in helping us make a decision on color, size, and style. Overall, by far the best experience I’ve had in a high end shipping environment in a while.

Unbelievably bad shopping experience at this place. They asked me to sign my receipt that said no returns, only exchanges or store credit. And it was after they swiped my card. The bag I bought was full priced. Besides their weird policy, they didnt bring it up beforehand.

Pretty awesome service from Saina. Was trying to get a pair of some hard to get heels and they had to reach to west coast. End up still getting nothing but just surprised how good the service attitude here.

Had a genuine connection with the front sales man bonding over the redesign and Hedis influence on the brand. Can’t put a price on good service
