Best customer service ever! The store is very pretty, the staff is very helpful and kind. The cashier lady is energetic and awesome!As for the chocolate, it is very good! The prices and discounts are fine too! They are considerably lower than the supermarket prices, there is chance to create your own bag as well. For chocolate bars, the sea salt one is my favorite, if I had to only eat one chocolate for the rest of my life, it would be that one!

A true GEM and JEWEL of Switzerland in NYC. This is a great store in the best part of New York City. The manager and her team at the store are wonderful people. They are very kind and generous. The store is unique and impeccable in every way. I call this the happy store as everyone who goes in and out becomes immediately happy! The power of chocolate is amazing and you feel and taste it in the store. The prices are excellent and they always have specials.

Easy come in, easy go. We picked our chocolates within 3 minutes, waited one minute for the line to clear up, payed and left.(PS: The chocolate was wonderful!)

Loved this store! Stopped in for their truffle selection on our NYC trip and loved it. There were 22 truffle flavors loose that you can buy per pound. Splurged and got the 4 lb box for sharing when we got back home. Family and friends loved them :). They also had some international candies to choose from, so of course we had to get one of each as well. Lots of cute Halloween packages to buy, gift baskets, and candies that arent carried in my local stores back home. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Was one of our favorite stops on our trip. Will always come back.

The guy helping us was very nice and we got to pick out just the pieces we wanted. A man walked in and then grabbed a bar of chocolate then darted out the door, which was comical. It definitely took me by surprise, it was a grown man, stealing a chocolate bar. It is good chocolate.. but I dont know if it is theft worthy. We had a laugh and the guy working was cool about it all.

This place is a chocolate paradise! Just after we entered we were greeted with a free sample. We had no intentions of buying, but after seeing the whole variety (not only for the traditional round bonbons, but for the whole collection of chocolates they have) we took a basket and started filling it up! We got almost every colour and a few other things and everything was delicious, highly recommend! 😄

If you want to buy Lindt always buy it from official store because they have offers and is the cheapest. Plus they have all the varieties which you dont get in general store or any chain stores normally. Plus you are always greeted with a Lindt chocolate

Awesome place. We visit every year and go nuts! I have the rewards card which racks up points which translates to free chocolates! Love it!! Oh and they give out free truffles at the door (pre-covid) and they have amazingly delicious chocolate bark. A def must go place.

Wow!! Its like chocolate heaven! You can build your own bag of all the flavors or just one. The 75 pieces for 25$ deal is great! Check out all the flavors! The ginger bread and the snickerdoodle are new holiday flavors and theyre ohhh so good! Try the pistachio too!

Nice, clean store, but super-overpriced! Im Swiss, and Lindt really is a good supermarket chocolate brand, not a high-end chocolatier. Here, however, they charge prices that you would expect from a high-end purveyor of chocolate. Still, nice selection of products that may be hard to find in most US grocery stores.

Details ruin whole experience. This shop is so poor that after spending $50 here, I was refused for a second complimentary sweet. I know it sounds funny, but I was about to spend another same amount when I heard sorry one treat per customer.I felt like some bum out of the street trying to eat sweets for free LOL.Another bug is those paper bags with custom sweets per pound.There are only two countries in the world using pound system and with no scales it is hard to know how much did I get.Paper bag is that much, but if you top over the weight which you cant track - it cost like that other bag. Whatever... just get Lindt in Europe where it is made and dont bother with poor distributors and pounds.

I am a chocolate lover and very particular about the taste and texture. This place has awesome lindt chocolates. I am sure most of them would have eaten lindt chocolates and experienced its creamy texture. When you buy them from duane read or CVS or any other store I find them dry and deformed. I suggest everybody to go to the lindt store and buy. This store in particular has wide variety and staff is also good.

Chocolates are sweet but the workers here are also very sweet and kind. The owner should compensate them for more for their sweet care and smile they are very hard working and nice people I ever met in new york city. Thank you for helping me to start a better day

Lindt makes hands-down the best chocolate that Ive ever had. I used to live in Switzerland and got to try many European contenders, but Lindt was always on top. This store has a great selection of the unusual truffle flavors and other items that you will basically never find at any normal retailer that stocks Lindt products. The only downside is that the store is pretty small, so it can be pretty crowded. Highly worth a visit if youre a chocolate connoisseur!

This is the most luxurious chocolatier Shoppe. The manager Jose has truly taken time to train his staff to be friendly, warm and patient. The staffs knowledge is award-winning and this made our shopping much easier. We purchased several bags of decadent chocolate and I felt as if my needs were the priority. It was like they knew exactly what women enjoy about chocolate and catered to us. Bravo!!! A must do when in the Big Apple!!!

One of my favorite stores. So many flavors to choose from. I like the idea that they only let so many in at once, it is nice not to have it too crowded. And of course the chocolate is delicious.

This location definitely has the largest wall of chocolate anyone has ever seen! Although the space is small, you can choose from many flavors of truffles, from the regular - such as white, milk, dark, extra dark chocolates to the flavored, such as orange, coffee, hazelnut, coconut, raspberry - there is something for everyone. Similar to Godiva, upon entering, you usually get a sample of one of the truffles. The truffles are definitely delicate, like the pie faces. Be careful of squishing the truffles, because the liquid like chocolate oozes out very easily creating a chocolaty mess.

Amazing service! We couldnt find the place because they moved and the Lindt employee came outside in the freezing cold to flag us down so we would be able to find them and then you can try anything in the store they have tons of free samples. Plus theyll help you choose the best flavors. The prices are really really reasonable if you buy them here at the store and they make wonderful gifts!

This Lindt store is supposedly the biggest Lindt store in Manhattan. They run good offers throughout the year. You can try the Chocolates before making a decision. The staff are very friendly and well trained on how to deal with tourists. Have immense collection and the prices are at significant discount as compared to other stores (including duty free shops).

Great little chocolate shop in a VERY touristy area. Went there to get a few truffles for a Christmas gift and was warmly greeted by the helpful staff, shown where to get the chocolates I needed, and checked out very quickly. Even though it was really busy in there I was in and out in a few minutes.

Staff comes up to greet you as you enter the door and usually asks you if you would like a sample to taste. The white chocolate truffle is a sensual experience. The center is so creamy it made me close my eyes and swoon. I got a Valentine heart box with an array of truffles and found them all to be delicious.

The lady stand in front of the store was so so discriminated.Shes looking at us with no say hi, just because were asian.She had hiden all the samples and didnt give it to us.So we wanted to try and picked one of the chocolate coconut on the bar.She saw that and didnt warn us or anything.And then when I ate she told me that I had to pay for that chocolate with rude voice.1 star for the chocolate was really good, but I couldnt stand for her any minutes.

If you are going to this place, you must buy the Fioretto Cappuccino chocolate, like a bunch because they dont sell them in regular supermarkets or grocery stores. The outside of it is crunchy and the inside is coffee flavor chocolate.They always have discounts when you buy their big bags of regular flavor truffles.The only thing is the store is so small like you will go passed it easily (Ive been there couple times and Ill missed it every time lol), and when it gets crowded, you will be squeezed like sandwiches.
