Highly unreliable and dishonest vendor. I have had several experiences with them and this last one will be the last. I waited 7 months for a custom order rug that they showed me. It arrived and the color way is very different. Not a slight variation, a very big difference. Also, in the actual construction of the rug. It is a rug they presented to me and I loved. I ordered the same thing just in a smaller size. When presented with the photos of the original rug that they brought to me and shown the differences they are refusing to do the right thing. This is after about $25,000 of previous business. I can only say if you are a designer and want to produce a rug or are ordering something for a project do not trust them and put your reputation on the line. There need to be some standards of quality otherwise why are you ordering a custom rug if they can just change the color and construction? It does not make any sense.

Tony is very personable and catering! he helped me pick out the perfect rug, and made me feel welcome. my rug is like like no other specially crafted just for my apartment.

Ask for tony he will literally help you create a rug from literally an idea! Handwoven silk, wool, abstract designs, anything this is literally the only place in ny you can get service like this ! My apartment looks perfect !!!!!! Best in nyc

Tony was helpful with the process, it took about 6 months but it was well worth it I love my silk rug it was exactly what I expected! Draw your rug and give it to tony he will exceede your expectations!
