I couldnt decide what to get my cousin for a gift for her bridal shower and the shower was in a week. I saw the Gardenia candle and instantly fell in love with the decorative candle so I ordered one for my cousin. This candle is gorgeous and much larger than I expected. The gardenia scent is perfect for summer or any time really. I know my cousin will love her candle as I do. I absolutely love candles and I am telling you, this is the last candle line youll ever need to purchase. These candles make my entire home smell divine. Thompson Ferrier candles are the best candles bar none. The scents are made with accurate precision, the vessels are statement pieces. I have four of his candles and let me tell you, they all smell divine. The French gardenia is my absolute favorite. The best customer service ever (you can take that to the bank) & Raffi is an exceptional human being. Had the honor of speaking with him & he’s such an inspiring man. He is undoubtedly the perfumed candle king.

When you give a gift you want the recipient to be really happy and excited and thats the response I get everytime I give a Thompson Ferrier candle. They are beautiful and well made and smell delicious. Raffi goes out of his way to make sure that everything is perfect. I dont know how he does it but if you contact him you get an almost immediate response. Amazing!

Hands down the best luxury candles out there and trust me, I’ve tried many of them. The candle smell fills the room even before you light it. The aromas are intoxicating but yet subtle enough to be in the background in the room. I don’t buy any other brand at this point. I can’t wait for them to start making diffusers if they do. The customer service is like nothing out there. Raffi himself answers any questions I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to try other scents.

I first became aware of Thompson Ferrier candles through Instagram influencers and I wanted to see what all the fuss was about. I saved my coins and I purchased the silver pineapple and I was hooked. The candle smelled like paradise. With my next set of coins I purchased the Amber Rose and the white crocodile. I have never smelled anything so intoxicating in my life. I made a wish list for two elephants, two buddhas and the white candle with the black lacquer box. The beauty of the white candle holder alone will be the focal point in any room. My only issue was which candle to order first. One awesome thing about purchasing a Thompson Ferrier product is that you will receive your order within a week. I ordered the White Lotus and Lily buddha and was anticipating my Happy Mail. Upon tracking my order I found out my order had been delivered two days prior. I checked with neighbors and I checked the places the postman sometimes hides deliveries and could not find my package. Then I saw the empty Thompson Ferrier box in my trash can. I was heartbroken. Not only did I not have my beautiful candle that I had saved for but my money was gone. I knew it would be a while before I would be able to order another candle but I also felt violated. Five days later I emailed Raffi and told him what had happened and that I had filed a police report. Within ten minutes Raffi called me and offered to replace my order free of charge. I was literally in tears. Thompson Ferrier products are a work of art. Raffi displays his love of making people happy in each individual product. Outstanding Product & Phenomenal Customer Service!!!!While doing some online home decor shopping, I first came across the White Buddha 3-Wick Scented Candle on Wayfair.com.Anyone who knows me, knows how obsessed I am with scented candles and anything Buddha related so when I found this item, I was beyond excited to purchase it.Unfortunately, upon arrival, the candle was broken which was surprising as it was packaged so well. Nonetheless, I reported the damage to Wayfair and requested an exchange. I anxiously waited another 10 days to receive my new Thompson Ferrier Buddha candle.The day final came! My replacement had arrived. I was so excited, I ran down the stairs instead of waiting for the elevator. I signed off for my package, rushed back up to my apartment and began to open the box.I COULDNT BELIEVE IT!!! Another Buddha candle broken into pieces & worst than before. I was at a lost for words. How was this even possible? The packaging of the candle was impeccable. The candle itself, wrapped in tissue paper and bubble wrap, then placed in a small box that was fit to size. The small box was then placed into a slightly larger box that was padded with more bubble wrap. I was convinced that either the delivery people were using the box as a soccer ball or it was broken prior to packaging.At that point I decided to reach out directly to the designer. WOW is all I can say. Raffi Arslanian is an earth angel! After telling him all that happened he says, I stand behind my product and will send a new one... I couldnt believe it, especially being that I hadnt placed my initial order with him directly.Despite my ordering through Wayfair, Raffi took it upon himself to ensure that I, the customer was satisfied.
