James Phillips came out for a service call today. He was friendly, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. James made sure everything was working properly, and that we understood how to use everything before he left. He was awesome!

We have been 360 Degrees Protection customers for 40 years. We had upgraded the system about 20 years ago and needed to do another upgrade.Alex Angulo and Jose Gutierrez installed our new/upgraded system. They both did an excellent job. (And the day started with Jose arriving not just on time, but early!)Even though the work took all day, they kept us informed, and wanted to get the job right, rather than just done. In the end, not only did they get it done right; they had two very pleased customers.Both Alex and Jose are excellent representatives of Bay Alarm. We would strongly recommend them and 360 Degrees Protection to anybody.
