I had originally seen the dresses I wanted in a Pinterest photo. Come to find out they were from twobirds. I was so excited to put together my perfect Pinterest wedding. Everything leading up to ordering the dresses was amazing. Being that it was the middle of COVID they sent a dress for all of my bridesmaids to try on. Sent a swatch so my fiancé could match up his tie. I had also put a halt on ordering my dresses because I didnt think my wedding would happen. When I found out my May 14th wedding was back on the first thing I did was reach out to Kerrie. She assured me on March 10th that she could get the dresses to me by April 20th. I waiting for April 20th and had not received anything. I sent an email and they stated final touches were being made and the dress was shipping out any day now for over night shipping. When Monday the 26th came around and I still had no shipping update I sent another email. They followed that email with shipping information. All they did was create the label. It is now 2 days later and my dresses STILL have not shipped. I really have no idea when I will get these dresses in and I am VERY concerned being that all my girls will have to tailor their dresses. Everything leading up to it was great but if it had been made known that they could not get me the dresses for the correct date I would have just ordered dresses elsewhere.

I had such a great experience getting bridesmaids dresses through TwoBirds. I wanted a dress for my bridesmaids that was flattering on all figures and versatile--this is just what I had in mind! Each bridesmaid ordered their own dress and had nothing but amazing things to say about the customer service they received. This dress is well made and incredibly comfortable. A few of the girls have worn it again and been able to tie it differently which makes it seem like a new dress! I would highly recommend TwoBirds for any future events you may have.
Truly incredible customer service. I had contacted the company on Instagram. It was an extreme long shot but I had seen a post from them on a way to do the infinity dresses on pinterest of all places, but I couldnt find the instructional video. They actually responded to me and let me know where to find videos of their tutorials. Huge props to this company for going above and beyond to provide incredible customer service. I highly recommend them just simply for the fact that their customer service is top notch. I was really stressing about how to do my dress for my mommy and son dance this weekend but thanks to these wonderful people, I no longer need to stress. :)
While the store isnt actually opened for walk ins (my bad), the staff is super friendly and accommodating. The dresses are flattering and versatile.
Im from DC and ordered one of their samples to try on at home before I bought since they dont have a showroom here. The sample dress came in a couple of days. The wedding I had to wear the dress to was in 2 months and they expedited my dress for me since theirs usually take 10 weeks to make. The customer service was amazing and I got so many compliments on my dress!
Don’t waste your money. The dress you receive will not fit like the showroom dress and they will deny obvious errors rather than fix it for you. I bought a single dress thinking I might get bridesmaids dress later from the company and that will definitely not happen now. Buyer beware. I do not give bad reviews lightly.Edit in response to Twobirds: I notified Twobirds that the dress did not fit within a month of receiving it, two years was my final and futile attempt to get the company to correct the problem after multiple email and phone call correspondence.I ordered the TwoBirds dress Sept 2017. It did not arrive to Bella Bridesmaid until November 2017. Its an hour from my house and I picked it up December 2017. I contacted Bella Bridesmaid that month to let them know that the dress did not fit at all like the trunk sample dress in the showroom, in fact it hung so loose that it did not cover my chest. Bella Bridesmaids contacted Twobirds the same month and TwoBirds sent back the sample dress for comparison which I returned to try on in January 2018. Bella Bridesmaid agreed that they two did not fit the same and was not sewn the same as the original. They sent my dress back to TwoBirds. My dress was returned months later, perhaps mid 2018. I requested to just have the original sample instead but was denied. Twobirds fixed my dress by stretching some sections out. It warped the dress but could not fix the incorrect dimensions. Despite many emails and very obvious photos back and forth, TwoBirds insisted it was sewn correctly even though it fit nothing like the sample and the hole to wrap the dress around was even on the opposite side. I took it to a personal tailor but even they could not even fix it. Exhausted and busy I hung it in the back of my closet. August 2019 I gave one last attempt in good faith and reached out directly to Twobirds. The dress was $300 after all and I hoped to be a return customer. Twobirds still had no interest in fixing their failure to deliver a wearable product.
Plain and simple. I ordered a blush slit dress online, and I received a charcoal ballgown dress. When I called/emailed to complain, they were uncooperative and ignored my requests. They did NOTHING to remedy the problem.The dress was such low quality. The material was so cheap. Youre better off spending your hard-earned money on any of the many great dupes on Etsy. I would have AT LEAST expected excellent service, but they could not even provide that. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS STORE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
