I had the most wonderful experience designing and fitting my wedding dress at Laure de Sagazan. The designs are beautiful, made of very quality fabrics and materials, and you can customize your dress as much or as little as you want. The manager and team at the atelier are very knowledgeable, skilled and really lovely to work with. They made the experience completely stress free. I cannot recommend Laure de Sagazan and her team at the NYC atelier more!

When I started my wedding dress search, I began browsing different designers collections online. I stumbled upon Laure de Sagazans collection and knew immediately that it was exactly what I was looking for. Her dresses are timeless, classic, and elegant (such a contrast to what is currently offered at most bridal shops these days). I am from Michigan and contacted Eugénie to schedule an appointment at the NYC studio (which FYI- will sadly be closing this summer). When we arrived, the dresses looked even more beautiful in person. I had an idea of what I liked, but Eugénie did an incredible job of guiding me through the process. She made me feel comfortable, gave great feedback, but also helped me realize what felt the most me. It was an absolutely lovely experience and the studio did an excellent job of taking COVID-19 precautions. I would highly recommend my experience to any bride who is looking for a timeless dress. BTW- I ended up picking the first dress that I tried on but felt like I could have easily picked 3-4 of the 6 dresses that I tried on and been so happy.

The experience my daughter and I had here was completely professional, genuine, relaxing and wonderful. The atmosphere is calming. We felt like we had known Eugenie all our life as she was able to quickly and accurately pick up on my daughters personality and desire for the message she wanted to project through her ceremony dress! Even though we had an appointment for a set amount of time - it felt like we had all day! Eugenie moves gracefully through her “work” with grace and patience. We flew to New York just for this appointment. We were not disappointed ! Within an hour a beautiful, elegant decision had been made! Also, we now have a very special memory! Thank you Eugenie!

I felt so lucky to have found Laure de Sagazan for my wedding. Due to the pandemic, my previously planned wedding was cancelled, and we decided to hold a very small wedding with 8 people in my bubble in my in-laws backyard. As this was a last minute decision, I reached out to Laure de Sagazan studio in soho two weeks before my wedding with much hesitation, and was surprised to find that the person on the phone confidently stated, We will make it work! Marine, my dress maker, was such a pleasant person to work with. She was extremely sensitive and kind, and put my mind at ease despite lack of time with genuine interest in getting to know my taste and personality. My initial intention was to not ask for much, and just find something that is my size and get away with the smallest modification, but Marine sincerely took time to ask if there was something I always wanted for my wedding dress. I somewhat shyly suggested that I wanted balloon sleeves, and to my surprise, she was excited, and in a few seconds, delighted me with a definite plan to modify my dress to perfection. I was stunned on my last fitting day. It felt extremely surreal that I could wear a dress this beautiful for my salvaged wedding day in 2020. I am eternally grateful to both Marine for making my dress, and for Eugenie for being there to brainstorm with Marine and greet me with smiling eyes each time I visited (we were masked the whole time). I should also mention that there studio was small and big windowed (with beautiful view), appointment based, and staff adhered to medically appropriate rules to reduce chances of covid 19 transmission.p.s: I extremely appreciated that Marine cared so much about my comfort and ease when tailoring my dress. I felt beautiful, and I had no problem breathing, moving, and dancing. :)

Wow service ! Thank you for helping me get my dream dress!I was a bit let down because I was in NY for a week and I tried to book appointments in so many Bridal shops and they were either completely booked or wouldn’t reply to my emails.I went to a couple of places and the service was just terrible, they made me feel like their dresses were more important than me... they would make me streap In front of them to make sure I didn’t do anything to their precious dresses...Then I found this French brand online and fell in love with the amazing, Elegant, feminine high quality dresses they have, I was willing to order the dress from Paris and have a friend try it on and just guess if it would fit me, but it turns out they have a showroom in NY! Sent them an email on thursday and I was leaving on Saturday, I was so sad because I thought that they would not reply back (like the others), boy I was wrong, not only did they reply, they told me they loved my email, And they were the SWEETEST!They booked me and were soooooo nice the entire time! The dress fitted like a glove and it’s just beyond beautiful.The place is just so cool and the staff is honestly THE BEST I encountered in the entire NYC ♥️♥️♥️. They even sent me a personalized an email after i bought the dress just to tell me how beautiful I looked in the dress 😍I will cherish this dress and my experience with the team forever!

I had the most wonderful experience! This aetlier is so charming and the dresses are divine. Eugenie was lovely to work with - warm, inviting and friendly. I flew in from Texas after struggling to decide between my top 5 civil dress options. While I could have ordered one of the civil dresses online Im so glad I didnt. It wasnt much easier to decide after seeing and trying them on in person but Eugenie was very helpful in helping me decide what worked best for my shape, personality and the vision of the event. I received my dress yesterday and it was packaged so beautifully. The dress was everything I remembered and more. Such beautiful lace! Such beautiful details! I love my dress but I will forever treasure the experience. Thank you Eugenie!

I had the lovely opportunity to go to the Los Angeles pop-up with Eugenie, who was absolutely wonderful!She emailed me before she flew out to make sure she would bring the styles I was interested in, and also a few more she thought would work. It was my first time trying on dresses and by far the most comfortable place I went - no extra pressure and no hard sell, just a genuine desire to fit me with the right pieces.I ended up buying a skirt, top and veil (my absolute favorite), and I love that I can wear them as separates even after the wedding.Also, the quality of the fabric and pieces is just wonderful - even my alterations woman kept mentioning how nice the fabric was! There are a lot of dresses that try to have the same effortless style, but I genuinely was unable to find any that came close to Laure de Sagazans.

My experience with Eugenie at the Laure de Sagazan NY atelier has been exceptional- it was just wonderful...friendly and stress free! I LOVE my dress and felt special throughout the whole experience!

The manager of the shop is really nice and super helpful. You can clearly see that she is passionate about the dresses and the industry and note only here to sell you a dress ! Definitely recommend to check them out during your dress hunting

Laure de Sagazan dresses are divine and the NYC staff is just incredible. Eugenie & Marine are the absolute best and sweetest in the world! Amazing communication, patience and attention to detail. I am so thrilled with how my dress turned out - its perfect and the dress selection and alteration process was wonderful. I give Laure de Sagazan and their team the highest recommendation- any bride is truly in the best hands.

By far I have tried a few shops and I had to come back and give Laure de Sagazan a five star review!!! Marie, who assisted me on the day is friendly, knowledgeable, and very sweet. I love that she can tell me about the design, the fabric and the details about the dresses because that’s some serious training and I think these beautiful gowns totally deserve the respect (i’m also into fashion design myself so i’m very interested about these stuff). The whole experience is just lovely, it’s peaceful with laughters and I don’t feel rushed at all.On top of that, I absolutely adore the design and the style! The aesthetics are just very different from what you normally see from an American boutique and i’m so glad they opened a shop here in NYC. Now my wedding date is postponed due to the venue choice but this shop is definitely on the top of my list when i’m ready to purchase.
