Wonderful Jeweler! Not only is Rafi a true crafstman, but the customer service cant be beat. My fiancee and I got to watch the entire process of him setting the stones (really cool and meaningful to watch). Im so happy with my ring, it is truly one of a kind and so beautiful. He did an outstanding job. Rafi is also so wonderful to work with; he is fast, courteous and has very flexible hours. You get wonderful one on one service and I think he can pretty much custom make anything. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Please save yourself the trouble of searching for a diamond vendor for the best deal. I have searched for the best quality/options/deal online, locally, and in the diamond district, and Hanikens was by far the BEST in all three. This is the second big purchase I have made from Haniken Jewelers in NYC. Both times, the service has been impeccable and the items purchased have been amazing. In 2001, I purchased a pair of diamond stud earrings and I have worn them everyday since then. Today, my husband purchased a custom-made diamond ring for our anniversary. It is absolutely stunning and we couldnt have asked for better quality ring. Marilyn and Michael (and Don Watt in SC) were prompt and amazingly helpful throughout the design process. I will definitely be giving them my future business!

I cant put into words how much I love Haniken. My fiance has bought me an engagement ring last minute (because his friend whos family owns a jewelry store flaked on him and he needed a ring for a well thought out proposal) from a chain jewelry store. Both of us loved the ring but the customer service was TERRIBLE. The two of us decided to return that ring so I started doing research on jewelers in NY. Haniken came up and I did my research and contacted them. I worked with Elyana and sent her pictures of my original ring and our budget and within the day she had sent back a bunch of options to look through. She was so friendly and kind and it really makes a difference to us. It was nice to be treated with respect. Once we picked a ring, she sent a video which really helped me fall even more in love with it. She always responded promptly and within a week I got my new engagement ring. It is GORGEOUS and the quality is so much better than the one from the chain story and LESS MONEY! I cant wait to work with them again for our wedding bands. My advice to anyone looking for rings/diamonds...avoid the chains and go with Haniken.

Theres a word my betrothed used to descibe her engagment ring from this place and it was exquisite. Haniken Jewelers has some really good bling but I have to tell you I just drank coffee whilst the better half spent over an hour here. Chairs were comfortable.
