Highly recommend. I went to many different bridal salons and BR was by far the most accommodating and had the biggest selection. I ultimately had 1 dress preserved right away due to postponing my original reception and then had my original dress dry cleaned and preserved. The entire operation was seamless and BR made it all so easy. You get what you pay for and I am so glad I went with BR.

If you are a bride in the Long Island, Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan area I strongly recommend coming to Bridal Reflections to find a dress for your special day! The consultant Jackie felt my energy and gave me such a fantastic selection of glamorous gowns. My mom got her wedding dress here as well in the 80s. Jackie made sure I felt comfortable and this moment with my Mom and I very special. I walked into that shop anxious and walked out with my stunning wedding dress ordered crying tears of joy. The prices are also very reasonable. Come here for a dress!!

Brides to be, you definitely need to come here for your first bridal gown appointments. The staff is so friendly and my consultant Jackie knew the dress I needed before I did. She was great and has a lot of experience in the business, it definitely shows. I gave her vague ideas of what I wanted and she pulled pieces I loved but didn’t feel quite right. She saved the best for last and it blew me and my family away! I said yes to the dress at only my second appointment searching. She made the process so easy and I can’t wait until I get it in my hands!

I had the BEST experience at Bridal Reflections. Sabrina was my bridal consultant and she was AMAZING. I went to a few other boutiques in NYC but the experience here was top notch. I didnt know what kind of dress I wanted but they were so patient and really helpful in helping me find something that I loved. Highly recommend! Brides to be, PLEASE come here to try on your dresses!! I made an appointment to try on dresses during the Galia Lahav trunk show and had the most amazing experience. Frances was my bridal consultant and went above and beyond for me! I knew which dress I wanted to try on before my appointment and she pulled that dress, along with similar dresses from the new collection. She is so patient and sweet and really has an eye for what will look good on each bride! I fell in love with one dress and the manager Kristina was able to get me an incredible discount. I could really feel how genuinely happy she and the whole team are to help brides find their perfect dress. They also helped me work out a payment plan and overall, did everything they could to make my experience wonderful. I will recommend Bridal Reflections to anyone in need of a wedding dress!

I had the most amazing experience at bridal reflections NY! Having visited other bridal salons, no one has gone above and beyond like the team at bridal reflections!! I mistakenly showed up to my appointment on the wrong date and bridal reflections took me with no problem! I had the pleasure of dealing with Kira and Kristina and they were absolutely amazing to work with! They even stayed an hour past closing to help me, which I am so grateful for. Kira and Kristina were able to help me narrow down my decision as I am a very indecisive person. I will not/never refer anyone to shop at Bridal Reflections - New York. The owner pretends to be sweet, she not. Wedding date August 2021. In January 2021 I place a deposit on my wedding dress, which cost $8000. within two weeks there was a change of plan the wedding was canceled, We called Bridal Reflections immediately, I spoke to the owner about the issue, she informed me, she would get back to me on Thursday of that week the owner (Christine) never did. They keep my deposit and did not issue me credit, they stole my monies. Customers beware, read the fine lines, dont be fool/rush. Make sure you are signing a contract and not a receipt. BRIDAL REFLECTION IS A NIGHTMARE!I am taking this to the Better Business Bureau.Zero ⭐️!

My consultant was Vasiliki. She was extremely helpful and patient. It took two visits but I finally found my dress. I recommend that you come in with certain styles but dont be designer specific. They have a huge selection and I was happy that most of the dresses I tried on could fit (Im a street size 10-12). If there are specific dresses youre interested in be sure to call ahead and they will place the dress aside for you. Great experience here and there was absolutely NO PRESSURE.

I had been to 14 different stores looking for dresses, but none of the dresses made me say “WOW”. When I entered this store and was browsing through the dresses, I found one that I fell in love with. My consultant took the time to help me try on that dress and a few other ones that I liked. I was very happy with the dress and their customer service. Everyone was super nice and helpful. I was in love with the dress but since I was hesitant due to the price, they gave me the option that they could get my size right there and then give me time to think about it and call them whenever I want to order. I was really happy with that option. Other stores did not give me that option and since I lived in Connecticut back then, it made it very convenient for me to call to place the order. I also bought my veil from there. I loved my dress and also loved my experience with Bridal Reflection Staff. I will definitely tell everyone I know about how great you guys were. Thank you so much.

I cannot say enough about my wonderful experience at Bridal Reflections. They went far above and beyond to make sure that my dress was perfect. I fell in love with my Galia Lahav dress as soon as I put it on. I went during a trunk show and got a significant discount which made this couture dress within my price range. When I got the dress in it appeared a bit different from what I remembered, but I didnt speak up because I thought that once all the alterations came together it would be just as I envisioned.At the end of my third alterations the dress still felt not right. Christine, the manager, personally spoke to me and figured out what we needed to change and never once said I should have spoken up earlier. Michael, is a true artist- he moved appliqués around, restructured part of my dress so it fit absolutely perfectly, all within a week until my wedding. Glam bride here. I must’ve gone to at least 12 boutiques in three major Texas cities and couldn’t find what I was looking for. After being selected to film for Say Yes to the Dress, we flew to NYC with every intention of finally saying, YES TO THE DRESS! Well, after trying on some beautiful Pnina Tornai’s, I still couldn’t say yes. But there was still hope! Bridal Reflections NY was so kind to squeeze me in on a busy Saturday at their 5th Avenue location. I walked in to feathers and bling and just all the shine I had dreamed of. This was IT! If I didn’t find what I was looking for here, I was sure I wouldn’t find it anywhere. I tried on this dazzling Eve of Milady gown and couldnt take it off. Cristina was so sweet and kind in talking through the whole process with us. Being an out of town bride, they were very patient when I went back and forth on whether to get my alterations done there. When they were ready to ship my dress, it was raining that day and they called and said if itd be ok to wait since they didnt want it get wet. It arrived safely and very carefully packaged. I had an amazing experience at Bridal Reflections! The boutique is beautiful and the staff is welcoming and helpful. I had the pleasure of working with Jackie and she was wonderful. She really knew her inventory and when I said I liked or disliked something she immediately catered my options to my likes and dislikes. Cristina was so helpful as well, she paid very close attention to the details of my dress, as I ordered a custom design, and made sure I was 100% comfortable before ordering. I had such a wonderful experience at Bridal Reflections! Every member of their staff made me feel special each time I was there. I was living in Ohio in the months leading up to my wedding. Bridal Reflections at Carle Place was such an awesome experience. I had gone for the Eve of Milady trunk show. It was my first time trying on wedding dresses. I had the most amazing consultant Jackie. She was so helpful & listened to exactly of what style dress I was interested in. Although I did not find my dress that day, I would highly recommend any future bride going to any of the locations they have to offer.

I loved bridal reflections and bought my wedding dress there yesterday. I had gone to two other salons previously and felt that Bridal Reflections really took to heart not just my vision but what made me feel most beautiful. I was able to choose different silhouettes that had not necessarily matched with my original vision, but made me feel beautiful. This was very helpful to me and made me prioritize feeling my most beautiful self which changed my original vision. They we’re able to show and create with me the option of removable sleeves (something I wanted but my dress was strapless). They really focused on what I wanted for myself and what made me feel most beautiful.

Amazing from the time I got to the front desk. Bridal reflections has the most beautiful dresses and some of the kindest people working there. No one is stuck up and everyone is just happy and excited to help you. What a positive experience and positive energy! The tailors are also A++++ and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. They listen to what you want and also give well informed opinions when solicited.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Bridal Reflections. First of all, they took pity on a bride struggling to find a wedding dress, and when I walked in and begged to peruse dresses without an appointment, they told me to come back with my parents in half an hour so we could have a proper appointment because, as they said, every bride deserves an appointment.Our entire appointment was lovely. Unlike many bridal salons, Bridal Reflections gave us the opportunity to walk around the floor and look at the dresses they had, rather than restrict the appointment to me giving an idea of my vision, and my consultant trying to fit their dresses into my idea. This was so helpful as the dress I ended up finding was different from what I had originally expected to love.Throughout my appointment, everyone in the store was gracious and helpful, and when I tried on the dress I ended up selecting, the manager sent out Vera, the head of alterations, to take a look at me in the dress and to tell me how she would alter it when my dress came in. It was helpful to envision what my dress ultimately would look like.I ordered my dress in October and it arrived the end of July, but throughout that relatively long period, Bridal Reflections was continuously helpful. They helped order a swatch of the fabric of my dress and communicated effectively with both myself and my mom for when we could pick up the sample. They also were gracious and quick to answer my follow up questions to make sure my dress would come in on time. They made the wait for my dress a lot easier than it would have been otherwise.When my dress came in, they called immediately, and my See Only appointment was a wonderful opportunity to get to see my dress before they started to alter it.My alterations with Vera were a dream - when a mistake was made, they worked effectively and efficiently to fix the mistake during my appointment so I didnt have to spend the week worrying about my dress. Vera also did a beautiful job adding special details to my dress to make it my own, and to make what was already a beautiful dress even more stunning.Not only was my experience before my wedding exceptional, but my experience after my wedding has been similarly exceptional. As my husband said, I destroyed my wedding dress during my wedding. My mother brought my dress back in, and Vera was quick to say that all of the damage could be repaired and if she had to order a few more appliques, it was no problem.I visited many bridal salons attempting to find my wedding dress, and I can honestly say that from beginning to end my experience at Bridal Reflections was above and beyond what I could have imagined it to be. They greet you by name when they walk in the door, and it is personal touches like that that made my experience at Bridal Reflections a special one.

The inventory is exceptional. They do absolutely everything to sustain your happiness with the dress. They will work with you for all of your requests. Amazing service at Bridal Reflections!I came from California in search of my wedding dress and thought doing the Kleinfelds experience would help out since they have such a large selection and I am very particular. I had my appointment there, another boutique, and lastly Bridal Reflections. Bridal reflections not only was the most accommodating, but extremely patient, kind, and really listened to what I was looking for. They made it a fun experience too, it was not stuffy at all, very welcoming and comfortable. I was also able to take my time and did not feel rushed what-so-ever. They have an extensive collection of high end designers, and everything sounded like it was able to be customized. If you are looking for a more boutique, upscale and private bridal dress experience then Bridal Reflections is the way to go. I found my dress there and they gave me and my two companions a lovely bottle of Brut to celebrate with! Cant wait to go back for my fitting!

After 14 stores, I finally found my dress at Bridal Reflections. Bridal Reflections had a large variety of dresses that allowed me to try on 3 of my favorite dresses at one time and one that surpassed my expectations. Because they had a variety of dresses, I was able to compare my favorites and pick the one that I hadnt seen anywhere else that was truly unique. The saleswoman I worked with was accommodating and easy to talk to. I went to a veil/accessory trunk show and ended up getting my veil and hairpiece there, as well, because the quality could not be surpassed.I took off 1 star for responsiveness just because it took so long for the dress to come. I was told that the dress would take 7-8 months to arrive. However, at the 8 month mark, I didnt hear anything from them. I waited 8 1/2 months and then finally called to see, and they told me that they hadnt heard from the manufacturer, which stressed me out immensely. However, they had it remedied after 2 weeks and sent me detailed shipping information. My suggestion would be to ask for a specific date and call that date, or ask for an update. I ended up being stressed for a good month thinking that no one knew where my dress was. I know it takes a long time to make a dress, but I wouldve liked more frequent updates - or at least something other than that they hadnt heard from the manufacturer in a while.

Everyone at Bridal Reflections was so attentive and wonderful to work with. I worked with multiple people during my many appointments and they all made me feel comfortable and like a priority: Erin, Vasiliki, and the manager Jessica were exceptional. You never feel rushed and they only take a couple appointments at a time so they can deliver the best individual service. Vera the head seamstress is the ABSOLUTE best! She was so sweet, knowledgeable and honest about what would work and what wouldnt. LOVE HER and the whole team! Thank you!

Saying yes to the dress isn’t always an easy process. So when my best friend found her perfect dress she never imagined the horror that was to come a couple of weeks before the big day. But Bridal Reflections took a magical moment and turned it into a nightmare. From the color to the details were all off. Let’s not mention the horrific customer service I witnessed. We all know the big day has ups and downs but this company has made a happy memorable moment tearful and horrifying for the Bride to be. Frances was AMAZING! 2 months leading into my wedding day, I was a dressless bride due to a different locations incompetence. Love Bridal Reflections! The consultants are so knowledgeable, basically acting like seamstresses pinning you into gowns so you can get the full effect. The old store needed updating badly, so I hope the new location has a fresh feel. I went to so many bridal salons during my search for the perfect gown and really feel like BR had outstanding customer service. I ended up creating a custom design with my consultant and really felt like I could trust her. If you can afford it, I would certainly try to work with this salon!

Where do I begin..... So Ill say by far one the most coldest experiences Ive experienced or witnessed !!! My best friend/sister is getting married in July -she attended a trunk show at the (NY) boutique 9months ago, when she thought she found the perfect dream ( custom) gown for her ceremony !!! Even though there was a bit of pressure and urgency for her to order the gown the same day from staff-due to trunk show exclusivity. Her associate (Leandra) wasnt well versed about the exact contract details due to working with multiple of brides; being greedy oppose to personalizing and maximizing the experience.Lets fast forward.... Her dress finally arrived this week after waiting in anticipation for months to see the outcome of this beauty too be !!! Well lets say it was all wrong !!! The color for starters wasnt the same color as the sample that was shown at the trunk show, the embroidery wasnt completed, design was changed and, the fit was huge !!!! To add insult to injury her associate (Leandra) sweared it was all the same as the sample;however, after showing her originals she still tried to convince her it was the same design knowing it was completely different from the original. The Vice President (Cristina) who introduced herself as the store manager came over to reassure my best friend/sister that yes things werent exactly as the sample (embroidery, appliqué) but, was willing to make the changes necessary for the gown to be her dream gown. Explaining why the pattern was different and, why the designer cut the gown they way it was cut (not making it custom after all) and letting her know alterations in house will execute what needed to be done. She even went the further length to call the tailor (Vera) who came over, took a look at the gown an tried to reassure everyone that she can make the changes needed !! Cristina proceeds to tell us she will makes the calls to the designer for extra materials an excused herself for another appointment !! Leandra on the other hand stood behind (cold as a freezer ) said nothing, nor did she try to make the tense situation lighter when Cristina walked away . She was ready to get her out the gown and head home !!! She didnt say good night nor did she walk us over to set up alterations dates, which became another disaster because; according to Leandra alterations was included however, it wasnt - they wanted an additional 1k!!!! So lets back track, a made to order that wasnt custom came in, the color, the beading placement also, missing beads and crystals falling off on the first fitting was what she received. Not to mention a very cold an passionless associate-(Leandra) a condensing VP/manager how much worst could this really get. This experience was out of this world not an experience any bride should go through... After such an exhausting fitting my best friend sat down and cried in the boutique. Lauren the assistant manager assured her that she will look into this speak with Leandra and give her a call- that never happened!!! Cristina basically bullied her into taking her gown and finding alts elsewhere instead of finding a more practical also reasonable solution like, lowering alterations since her associate failed to give the proper details and service .. Seems to me they care more about the dollar amount then the bridal experience !!!!I believe every bride should have a memorable and fun experience when wedding gown shopping because, you only would like to do it once especially for the first time brides -this by far was the WORST and COLDEST experiences yet !!!! There are to many other bridal shops to have to feel this way !!!!

Bridal reflections went above and beyond to help me find both my wedding dress and my veil. I did not realize how far in advance you need to order your veil. My wedding was Sept 7th 2018 and they rush ordered my veil so I would receive it in time. They even held the show room sample in case it was not delivered in time. The owner and staff members were excellent. The seamstress was incredible. I highly recommend bridal reflections for al brides looking for a dress. You will not be disappointed. Thank you bridal reflections for everything you have done for me!!!

We went to Bridal Reflections and received the best help...ever. Several ladies made themselves available and treated us royally. We took our time and as luck would have it, the very last dress was the Wowie one! We were able to pick out the most perfect vale to compliment the dress which made the bride to be feel like a princess. We looked into other stores but the number of choices and the warmth and understanding of just what the bride was looking for made Bridal Reflections stand out as number 1 place to shop for a special day.

Bridal Reflections is the place to go for your gown!! They were so kind and so patient and accommodating. Vasilki was my consultant and she was an absolute sweetheart. Christina the store manager was also amazing. I went for a trunk show and thought I liked one gown but wasnt sure. Christina held that gown for me for an entire week to come back and try on (they dont own gown samples at trunk shows so she specially requested to hold it and then ship it back to designer at a later date). I wound up going with another dress and received a great discount for the trunk show going on at that time as well. I couldnt be happier with my experience. I cant wait for my dress to come on and try it on again!

This bridal store is incredible!!! Vasilika was so amazing this was my first time trying on wedding gowns and she picked out my dress that I ended up getting that day !!!!! Bridal Reflections saved my wedding day. I had ordered a dress from another wedding shop, and I hated it. I came to the bridal reflections Manhattan shop and bought a galia lahav dress a month before my wedding day. They were so accommodating and scheduled me in for fittings with time to spare. Vera, the seamstress is spectacular- my dress couldn’t have fit me better. Beyond making me look like a princess, the employees were so helpful, nice and able to calm me down as I was having a breakdown over my first dress; they enabled me to find my dream-come-true wedding dress. I am so so so thankful for the service I received from bridal reflections and for their stunning collections!

I had the most amazing experience this past weekend! Jackie was my consultant and could not have made my day any better. Without a moments hesitation she started pulling dresses that were exactly what I was looking for. I had the luck of being at the Galia Lahav trunk show and Galia was with me a majority of my time until I found the perfect dress! Bridal Reflections is THE best wedding dress store on the planet. This was my first store I went to to try on wedding gowns bad I chose the third dress I tried on! They had such a great collection of Galia Lahav gowns!! I always knew I only wanted to get married in a Galia and they had just the one for me!! They made it so easy for me! The saleswomen know their stuff! Mine found me a veil that matched my dress perfectly within minutes! Vera is the seamstress who is out of this world, she made my dress fit me like a glove without compromising any of the important flower details! I decided to make an appt w bridal for my first time shopping for my wedding dress. Although I did not find my dream dress at the Massapequa location I want to rave about the amazing associate that helped me Allie. She was absolutely the best of the best. She was friendly and knowledgeable. She made my first experience easy and fun... I wish I could have taken her with me on all my dress shopping trips!

I came to bridal reflections for a Galia Lahav trunk show and fell in LOVE with the high quality inventory and broad selection of dresses. Leandra was the perfect mix of personable and professional as she beautifully selected dresses that fit my style and body type. I really could not decide on a dress because I loved them all. Christina came over and personally introduced herself, making us feel very welcome and appreciated. My sister, mother and I were so impressed with everything at bridal reflections that when I finally found my dream dress (elsewhere), I did not say yes to the dress that day but, instead, reached out to Christina to see if she had this dress. Bridal Reflections is the absolute best bridal shopping store in NYC. The service here is unparalleled and I feel so fortunate to have worked with bridal specialists Samantha and Vaseliki and to have had Vera as my incredible seamstress. Christina, store manager was able to rush order my beautiful allure wedding dress just weeks before my wedding. After I actually arrived at the store and saw the breathtaking selection of gorgeous beaded lace and illusion fabrics Jessica And Christina allowed me to try on additional dresses even though I had already purchased a dress. Samantha was incredibly patient as I tried on at least 20 stunning dresses. I was offered drinks and treated like royalty. The show room is clean, well lit and beautiful. The veil and accessory selection is unbeatable. I went to literally every other bridalstore in NYC and Bridal Reflections by far exceeded all of my expectations. I give this establishment my full recommendation without hesitation!

I have to say I had a terrible experience here. I came here looking for a specific style nothing different or out a normal a trumpet fit and flare dress. And they Did not have a large selection at all. Not only did they not have a nice selection the sizing was terrible makes you feel terrible about your self when you don’t fit into any dress normally. I don’t find my self super skinny but I am a 4 to 6 an average size for a women and I did not fit in many of the dresses and if I did they were not flattering at all! Terrible

My girlfriend got a dress here and it was beautiful. She got the dress altered at Alteration Specialists of NY (downtown location) and they did an amazing job altering the dress.

I found the LI store it to be lovely with very professional staff and a great selection of upscale mother of the bride dresses. I had my gown sent to the New York store for alterations and was astounded at how beautiful the shop was. The people could not have been more professional, kinder or more accommodating. And then who should walk into the dressing room but Vera, the former head of alterations at Kleinfeldt! So I knew I was in the best hands possible. If you truly want a memorable New York City bridal experience I highly recommend you go to Bridal Reflections on Fifth Avenue. Forget Kleinfeld!!!!! Rather, head over to this bridal salon immediately. It does not disappoint. It is a true gem in New York City. And with vera running the alterations department the end result is truly magical.

What started out as a positive experience really quickly went downhill. My initial consultant, Jenny, was incredibly attentive and accommodating. After falling in love with a dress, I had reservations about the volume of the skirt and worked with Jenny and a number of Bridal Reflections Managers to decide on alterations that would make the skirt the way I would want it. I was incredibly pleased with this part of the experience.When my dress came in, however, and I went for my initial fitting, it became clear that Jenny no longer worked at the site and that none of my initial alteration requests had been relayed to anyone else working there. It quickly became apparent that the skirt had been remade incorrectly (an alteration that I paid over $1,000 for). I had the pictures to prove that this was incorrect. I had a style number that the new skirt was supposed to be modeled after, but when I asked them to pull the dress for comparison, they pulled a dress that I had never seen before. On top of it, they then continued to argue with me that I was wrong and that they had done exactly what I wanted. The most frustrating part is that the people arguing with me were people whom I had never met and whom had never been a part of the initial conversations. Ultimately, I was able to work with the seamstress (at significant extra cost) to fix the skirt, and I ended up loving it, but we had to fight tooth and nail to get there.At my last fitting, when I went to pick up my veil, I tried it on and realized it was twice the length of the veil I had ordered. I told them, but they argued with me and said that this was the veil I had ordered, and that they had the style number to prove it. I knew this was incorrect, but didnt know what else to say. Ultimately, I called again, went back in that day, and they found my correct veil in the back room. They apologized profusely, said they werent sure how the mix-up happened, and sent me home. Did not inspire a lot of confidence in the staff, especially when they go to such lengths to argue with you and make you feel that you are generally inconveniencing them.On the day of my wedding, I went to step into my dress, and found that there was a large rip down the back of the skirt. In addition, the ribbon added to the waist had a gaping space in the back that they had assured me they would stitch together after my last alteration appointment, but never did, even though I double and triple checked with them before they steamed and packed it up.Overall, I loved my dress, but it was in no way worth the frustration, cost, and mistrust caused my Bridal Reflections. They have a beautiful selection of dresses, but ultimately are way too disorganized and unprofessional to make the experience positive. I think if you are going in and out with a dress, it may be fine, but dont expect them to care about you or your experience after the initial sale. In addition, in almost all of my follow-up fitting appointments, I was made to wait upwards of 40 minutes with no explanation and no apology. I was so surprised and disappointed by how quickly this experience deteriorated. There are too many amazing Bridal Salons in NYC to deal with that kind of treatment when youre planning such an important event. I was sad that that I couldnt walk away from the experience feeling anything but regret.

This bridal salon was hands down the best that I visited during my jammed pack wedding dress shopping weekend. After I visited a very well known popular store to look for my gown I left the store thinking, im never gonna find a dress that fits my personality and doesnt bore me to tears I was a bit sad and felt a little defeated. My thinking was that if I couldnt find the right dress at this megahouse of bridal couture then maybe the right dress wasnt anywhere for me and in my price range. Enter Bridal Reflections!! LEANDRA I LOVE YOU. She was beyond helpful, joined right along in our craziness, and she actually picked my dress. She showed me the dress after listening to what I wanted and getting my style and I poo-pooed the dress at first thinking it wasnt wowing enough, silly me. Then after a full round of looking at the dresses in the store I circled back and picked the dress to try on, figuring why not. HOOOONEEEY, love at first sight....well at first try on. This was only my 2nd shop and Leandra advised me to keep all of my appointments and go try on other dresses. This was the best advice for someone like me because Im completely indecisive but every shop I went to that weekend I compared to that dress that Leandra picked. Finally I was over it by the 5th place, I actually called Bridal Reflections while I was still at the 2nd to the last bridal shop with my current consultant staring me down because I was over it, ballsy but Im the bride. Whos gone check me boo? Thank God Leandra allowed me to come back with only 15 minutes before they were going to close. My thought process was that I just wanted to try the dress on again. Welp, thats all I needed. I squealed, shimmyed, and danced just like the first time I tried it on. It was official, this dress was mine. This review is not to gloat about my amazing dress, because dont get it twisted this dress is amazing, but instead to gloat about the service that I received at Bridal Reflections. The above and beyond service that Leandra did for me in helping me pick the right dress, throughout the weekend as if she was there with me at all the other salons. Everyone in the salon was lovely and they by far had the most different and beautiful dresses (large selection) than any of the 5 shops I visited that weekend. Thank you all again!! What can I say…this store was amazing and my bridal consultant, Lynne, was excellent! I had visited 3 other bridal salons (including highly televised ones) and none compared to the type of customer service, selection, and treatment that I received at Bridal Reflections. Every single dress I tried on was amazing and it was the first time that I felt great in each dress that I tried on. Their prices were reasonable and the quality of their gowns was amazingly impressive. I bought a Stephen Yearick gown during a trunk show at their store and met the designer of my dress. He was so helpful and I thought that it made the dress buying experience that much more special.The alterations department was excellent and it was capped at a reasonable price. What I liked about them was that I tried on their sample sized dress and it already fit me well. They weren’t slick and tried to order me a larger size to capitalize on my potential alterations bill.

She was extremely friendly, warm, understanding and patient. It was my first time trying on wedding gowns and I had a great experience. Although I didn’t find my gown on the first try, I ended up coming back and finding a stunning Galia Lahav Gala dress with Leandra. In between I tried several other bridal stores and found them to have terrible service! One of which was RK bridal. They were pushy, and rude. It was a terrible experience at RK bridal and luckily I was able to return to the excellent service with Leandra at Bridal reflections Manhattan! Ladies, please request her!

Amazing! I came to Bridal Reflections in Manhattan with my daughter who got married in September 2015. Her Bridal Consultant was Jessica who was so wonderful! Greatest experience ever! The entire staff was so sweet and made us feel like family! Jessica worked very close with the designer Steven Yearick as they created my daughters one of a kind wedding gown. After we finished with the design of the Wedding Gown Jessica began to help me look for my Mother of the Bride Gown. I am an extremely fussy person but Jessica helped me find the perfect gown. I was so nervous because I couldnt get to see the dress in the exact color that I wanted (navy/nude). Looking at a small swatch was very hard for me to do but Jessica assured me that it was the right way to go. When the dresses came in we had our alterations done at Bridal Reflection in Carle Place. The girls at the front desk were so sweet and made us feel so very welcomed...especially that we were there so many times between my daughter, myself and the entire bridal party. I thought they would get sick of seeing us...but they were always so pleasant. Last but not least...the Seamstress Amelia! She was beyond amazing! She was so very patient with us and she made sure we were happy with everything before we left. She is the sweetest lady every...so very professional and really knows her stuff!!! My overall experience with Bridal Reflections was so very wonderful! I thank them all for such a great job!. I would totally recommend every bride and family to visit any Bridal Reflections for a great experience!

I couldnt be happier with my dress shopping experience at Bridal Reflections! I actually visited both the Carle Place store and the NYC store while looking for my perfect dress and the selection and staff at both locations were amazing. I went to the NYC 5th Ave store for the Galia Lahav trunk show and was so happy to have found my perfect dress there! I had quite a few Galia Lahav dresses that I was interested in and the salon had all of them available to try on and more! I was stuck between a form fitting style and an A line style and both Jackie in Carle Place and Vasiliki in NYC really worked with me to figure out which type of dress would be the best for me. They both made me feel really special and genuinely cared about helping me find what I was looking for. I never felt rushed or pushed into a sale at either location. Jackie and Vasiliki were amazing they both went out of their way to try to make my dream dress happen for me and I am so happy it did! I would definitely recommend Bridal Reflections and will probably visit again soon to pick out dresses for my bridesmaids and mom. Although our wedding was a couple of years ago, I still am amazed at how many times our family and friends comment on my beautiful dress even today!Bridal Reflections was a dream come true every step of the way.I went to every bridal salon in the city, but none of them came close to the selection or options that Bridal Reflections did.The showroom is gorgeous: regal and spacious.I fell in love with a Ysa Makino by Steven Yearick dress, but wanted it to be made as a halter top instead of a sleeveless and I wanted it to be cream and golden, with golden accents and details throughout. Oh, and I also wanted the train to be 8 ft long!Well, the staff was wonderful. They accommodated my every whim and created a stunning masterpiece of a dress.I cannot say enough good things about the wonderful service I received at Bridal Reflections.Every person I met there loved helping brides, whether they has specific ideas in mind like me, or whether they has no idea what they wanted.I cannot recommend them highly enough.They made my dream come true. I only wish I could get married again and again so that I could be a Bridal Reflections bride again!

I said yes to the dress at Bridal Reflections and I couldn’t be happier with my experience!I knew I wanted a Galia Lahav, and this is the place to get one of her designs. I selected a few dresses beforehand that I knew I wanted to try on and BR made sure that they were in inventory at their 5th Ave NYC location when I came for my appointment. Great selection, and they were able to recommmend some similar styles while still respecting my price point. Can’t wait for the dress to come in!

Went into Bridal Reflections for the Galia Lahav trunk show. Being that this was my first time going wedding dress shopping (let alone the first time I ever tried on a wedding gown), I had no idea what to expect nor did I think I would walk out having found “the one.” The entire experience from start to finish was wonderful - the team truly knows what they are doing. Not once did I feel pressured, frustrated or lost in what could feel like a “sea of wedding gowns.” Frances and the manager were just wonderful. I found a dress I LOVED but didn’t love the bottom half.... The manager came in, offered a few different solutions one of which solified my decision. They also welcomed my large party and all the opinions that went along with it. Needless to say I said YES TO THE DRESS and I cannot wait to see “her” (the dress) again (aka at my first fitting)!! Strongly recommend bridal reflections!!

My advice to future brides is to look first at your local department stores (Nordstrom, Macys, Bloomingdales, Ann Taylor, J. Crew) for bridesmaid, flower girl, mother of the bride dresses.Reasons: large selection, competitive prices, an actual return/ exchange optionI ordered my future step daughters dress at Bridal Reflections back in November 2104. I was advised to other one size up since she is 13 yrs old and of course children grow. The dress arrived three months later and my step daughter grew......Dress doesnt even zip up and it doesnt carry extra fabric. THE DESIGNERS POLICY NO EXCHANGES!My stepdaughter left crying that day. Our only two options are: order another dress for $250 and wait three months or order fabric and get alterations done for almost the same amount as ordering another dress.Ridiculous.

My experience at Bridal Reflections was nothing short of amazing. I had been to 3 other bridal boutiques looking for the perfect dress, and those experiences ranged from awful to just OK. There was a Galia Lahav dress I wanted to see at Bridal Reflections, and between the phone calls I made and the visit itself, the customer service was stellar. Honestly these were some of the nicest Bridal salon reps Id dealt with. Galia Lahav was there when I went to look at the dress, and I was expecting some kind of red tape in terms of meeting her or getting access to the dress I wanted, and there wasnt any. She was a lovely woman and the staff was just as wonderful. I ultimately did buy a dress Im head over heels in love with from Bridal Reflections and the attention they gave me as well as the help and information they provided me with was more than I could have expected or hoped for.
