Very friendly staff! I went there to try on bridesmaids dresses for my cousin’s wedding, and the lady who was fitting me was so great. She pulled all the styles for the designer I was trying, and even some styles that technically weren’t approved for the wedding just so that I could get a better sense of the right size for that designer. All in all a great experience. Thanks Bella Bridesmaid!

Professional and courteous staff. We had bridesmaids from all over the country but this was our main location handling the dresses, as the bride resides in New York. We ordered our dresses near the end of April and received them late August/early September, in time for our 9/18 wedding. (I saw a previous review with the same wedding date). While the wait is long, it is as expected. We did not pay a rush fee but based on the designers and selection of dresses, they let you know the approximate time frame. In any event, I had an issue with my dress, by no fault of NYC location, but unfortunately by another location that serviced me in Florida. Upon informing Bella NYC, they immediately began working on a solution and I am happy to say that it has been resolved and I am looking forward to my dear friend’s wedding this coming weekend! Thank you Bella NYC

My bridesmaids and I had a very good experience. The lovely Ana helped us and she made our appointment worth while. My bridesmaids all found their dresses that same day. She also made sure to stick with styles that would deliver in time, since we needed to rush the order. I would recommend this place. They have many styles to choose from.

I had such a horrible experience at this establishment and I would not recommend their services to ANYONE. I went to Bella Bridesmaids NYC and purchased a bridesmaid dress at the end of July for a wedding on 9/18. My bridal party and I were told that if we purchased our dresses promptly and paid the “Rush fee” we would receive our dresses in time for the wedding. We did just that and on completion of my order, I was told my dress would be delivered to me by 9/3. After WEEKS and MONTHS of no updates on the status of my order (no emails or phone calls etc) from Bella Bridesmaids NYC and seeing the wedding date draw nearer and nearer, the bridal party called them on 9/2 to ask about the status of our dresses only to be told OUR DRESSES HAD NOT BEEN SHIPPED, you can only imagine the confusion this caused. We were reassured that with the rush fee that our dresses would be delivered by 9/3 so how is it 9/2 and the dresses have yet to be shipped? Furthermore, how had no one thought to reach out to the bridal party about that knowing the wedding date is 9/18?? Truly unprofessional. We even reached out on 9/07 (again, us taking the initiative as if we didn’t pay our money and as if we aren’t owed a service) and nothing still about dresses being shipped and when we will receive them. Instead, when asked about the potential for a refund we were denied and COVID was used as an excuse for delays (mind you there was never any mention of delays before we began calling to get answers as to why our dresses were not shipped/delivered at the date we were reassured they’d be). This business has not only shown to be truly unprofessional, they are very untrustworthy and clearly hiding something. Why was there no transparency with the status of our dresses? We received no remorse for their unprofessionalism as well. When asked about a refund they told us they dont do those and to “contact our banks.” Truly disgusting behavior.Additionally, we were not even shown a wide selection of dresses at our appointment. We only saw 3 dresses and were pressured to make a decision then and there. Please beware of shopping here. Not only is the dress selection poor, but, they will force you to pay for express/rush shipping, lie to you about the expected delivery date and never communicate with you about any issues that may happen with your order. They are solely for profit and don’t care about their customers. STAY AWAY!!!

Bella Bridesmaids was so helpful when picking out, ordering, and delivering my bridesmaids dresses! They had a huge selection and were very thoughtful to suggest dresses that they thought I may like based on what I described to them. They made picking out dresses fun and way less stressful than I would have thought! It was so incredibly helpful that they also have locations in different places as very few of my bridesmaids are local so every girl could go try on the dress at their local store. Thanks for all the help! My girls looked beautiful!

Bella Bridesmaids was an amazing experience! I came in with a vision and they totally delivered. There were so many designers, colors, fabrics, and styles to chose from! Super cheap fabrics. Barely any nice styles to pick from. Overpriced for no reason. I spent almost $300 on a dress which is completely fine, but the color and fabric are extremely ugly. They won’t even let me exchange the dress for another style. I couldn’t see what the dress I ordered would look like in the specific color I was looking for before I ordered. The showroom was super crowded with dresses everywhere unorganized, torn, and messy. Would not recommend this place.

We had a phenomenal experience with Bella Bridesmaids! We began the search for Bridesmaids dresses for my sisters wedding in September 2017 and finally decided on dresses in December 2017 for a June 2018 wedding.Maggie and her team were wonderful throughout the entire process. They were flexible and accomodating with appointments. My sister lives out of town, and coming in for dress shopping was often last minute. Maggie and her team always made every effort to fit us in to the schedule.Her team was so helpful with the dress search. They listened to what we liked and didnt like and worked to find a selection of dresses that would flatter everyone in the bridal party. They were quick to make suggestions, pull new dresses, clip us into dresses, and hang dresses, so that we could keep the appointment moving and get through as many options as possible!Bella Bridesmaids has a huge selection of dresses from top designers like Jenny Yoo, Bill Levkoff, Monique Lhuillier, and Amsale. There is something for every bridal party at Bella!We would absolutely recommend Maggie and her team to other brides. Thanks for making bridesmaids dress shopping such an enjoyable experience!

Great selection of dresses though they appeared to be very worn, stretched out and dirty around the hemline. Some were even torn. This location needs order new samples. Ive tried on cleaner dresses at other Bella Bridesmaid locations for weddings Ive been in. Regardless I used this service because they have locations in many cities which made it easy for my bridesmaids who were spread out all over the country.

I first used Bella Bridesmaids when I was a bridesmaid in a wedding so when it was my turn to be the Bride there was no doubt in my mind I would use them. They make the process so easy and seamless for everyone involved. I had bridesmaids all over the country and it wasnt a problem at all. The prices are competitive and the selection is great. Multiple of my bridesmaids are now using them for their weddings!

Excellent follow through from this team, particularly Michael, in ordering my bridesmaid dress on time and with a 10% discount for early ordering! I appreciated the thorough screenshots of the ordering process and the timely replies to our emails with any questions. We are going to look fabulous in June 2020 thanks to Bella!

I had an awesome experience with Bella Bridesmaids from start-to-finish. When I first went in, I pretty much knew exactly what I wanted so I made it very easy for my consultant. The online showroom used to help your bridal party order dresses is pretty straightforward and makes it easy to have dresses ordered for bridesmaids who may not be in the NY area and then everyone can either pick up the dresses locally or simply have them shipped. All of the dresses came earlier than originally expected and were in good shape. My bridesmaids definitely needed alterations but thats pretty standard no matter where you order. The team is also very responsive when you need anything (Shout out to Michael for always getting back to me quickly :) ). Would recommend to any brides in the NYC area!

Loved working with Bella Bridesmaids! I went there with my 2 maids of honors and spent over an hour with them trying on so many dresses. I had 8 girls in my bridal party and had them choose their own dress out of about 12 different options (which the stylist helped us pick) - including different designers, styles and colors. They had a website which everyone was able to choose their own styles and input their own credit card and sizing info into it. We ended up paying for all of the dresses which was no problem with Bella. I picked up several of the dresses and 3 of my other bridesmaids had it shipped directly to them. No problems at all. Overall it was a completely easy process. Would 100% recommend them to anyone!

I had a fantastic experience with Bella Bridesmaids and could not be more impressed with their customer service. I purchased a bridesmaids jumpsuit through Bella, and when the garment arrived with a construction issue just a few weeks before the wedding, I reached out to Bella (but with little hope that the issue would be resolved in time). Michael immediately contacted the designer and within the same day was able to convince them to make a brand new garment! He went out of his way to ensure the new garment would get to me before the wedding and was extremely communicative throughout the process. Could not have made it any easier for me! A million thanks to Michael and to Bella!

I got married in October and my 8 bridesmaids + 1 Maid Of Honor all wore dresses purchased from Bella! For this many people, they made picking a brand/color, arranging times for the girls to try on choices, and ordering dresses super seamless. The website feature they have is extra helpful, as it gives girls the opportunity to pick their favorite dresses before they even show up and the bride visibility into what the favorites are. They couldnt have been more helpful, Im so glad we went to Bella!

I did not purchase a dress from here, however the stylist sitting at the front desk on the day I stopped by(Charlotte) was very welcoming. She gave me all of the information I needed and let me look around before her scheduled appointment showed up. She even wrote down brands that would best suit my budget while I browsed. I did not ask her to do that but it was really nice that she voluntarily took the time to do so. Thank you!

Im so glad I picked my bridesmaids dresses at Bella Bridesmaids in NYC. The staff was extremely helpful narrowing down the color and designer dress I wanted and bringing my friends in to choose their dresses was very easy. Everyone got to pick the style they wanted and setting everything up through the dashboard made it seamless and easy to manage. Overall, I would definitely recommend Bella to other brides for a smooth and easy process with very helpful and responsive employees!

My bridesmaids and I had a great experience at Bella Bridesmaids!! The store was clean and the stylists were so sweet! I had an idea of what I wanted and we tried on a bunch of styles and ultimately made the decision that day. The online portal was super easy and very helpful with organizing! Bella Bridesmaid was fantastic! The girls in the store were so helpful in choosing my bridesmaids dresses, and they came in SO quickly (even though we did appreciate the warnings about the lead time). It was also great that all of my bridesmaids could visit a Bella store where they lived to get measured and order their dresses without making a visit to NYC. Super convenient!

Absolutely horrible customer service. I would literally never return here. We were instructed to come at 4:30 pm. We called several times to let them know we would be running late, but no one bothered to pickup the phone. They said they were too busy to pick up, but upon entering, it was almost entirely empty. We had a confirmation for 4:30 pm, but was then instructed our appointment was scheduled for 4:00 pm. Rather than apologizing for the inconvenience or even being kind, they continued to blame us and treated us as though we didnt belong. I wouldnt waste my time coming here. After two prior fittings, I can tell you this treatment is low and inconsiderate. Go elsewhere, like RK bridesmaids, two birds or literally anywhere else. Indeed, even though we were traveling from Jersey, the representative made us feel WORSE for running late when the front salessrepresentative Olivia said, I do it everyday. Im from Jersey. I even worked in Jersey. It’s doable.” Like what? That’s just horrible customer service. For a retailer focused on making women happy, they really shouldn’t be in this field. Really affected the mood for something that was supposed to be so beautiful and enjoyable.

The online ordering and multiple locations made it super easy for all my bridesmaids to pick out their options! They had a huge selection which was really helpful-my bridesmaids looked gorgeous on the day of. My one suggestion is that they really skew the sizing all of my girls were told to order a lot larger sizes even after thy went for fittings and they had to spend a lot of money tailoring.

Spare yourself the unprofessionalism and purchase the dresses for your bridesmaids from a larger, more reputable company. Like many brides, the COVID-19 pandemic caused the cancellation of weddings all over NY due to a ban on large social gatherings. This company fueled by greed spared no sympathy, and refused to issue a refund or a partial refund for each bridesmaids dress that they themselves order at a much discounted price from the vendor. To add more insult to injury, the end date on my contract with them was for June 12, 2020, and there are still no dresses in our possession. Dont make the mistake I made with enlisting this company to order your bridesmaids dresses from!

Bella Bridesmaids saved me from telling my long-time friend that I couldn’t be in her wedding. I would like to make it clear that I have never been in a wedding! Ok I waited until August to call and order my bridesmaid dress for a first weekend of October wedding. My local store responded with a mix of laughing and judgy questions. I sent a message to Bella Bridesmaids in New York. I got an email back the same day. Basically, even with a rush order it wouldn’t be in their warehouse until the Friday before the wedding. Ugh! Not only that, I’m a “size 24”. So what we ended up doing was ordering the dress in the right color in a size 16 with extra fabric. I got everything in hand super fast and my tailor was able to do her magic and make the dress look like belonged in the wedding. This is the level of customer service I was able to get via email and living a state away. I can not even imagine how focused and caring they are in person. Please do yourself a favor and make your appointment for anything bridal at Bella Bridesmaids in New York!

The staff at Bella could not have been more accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. They helped make my dress vision a reality and the girls all raves about their gowns (which isn’t something you hear often). It makes the crazieness is wedding planning a little more manageable - and fun!

BRIDES BEWARE! I went with my 3 bridesmaids (2 from out of town so we made it clear we wanted to buy dresses that day) this Saturday and had an awful experience. The sales girl was completely clueless on the dresses, designers and sizing you would think she didnt work there and was still in high school. She kept pulling dresses and designers that are not made in plus sizes which would work with my wedding party which made for a few awkward encounters for my poor bridesmaid who is beautifully plus-size. She also kept pulling dress styles (such as a high neckline) that we told her numerous times we did not want. She couldnt clearly understand what we needed so we were left to go through the racks ourselves and felt completely overwhelmed. Doesnt help that the salon is super run-down, dirty and they only have 4 dressing rooms while they service 2 bridal parties at a time. Also, we were pushed out after exactly an hour when no other bridal parties were waiting (they did this to the other party there) when if they had given us 15-20 minutes more in the salon we would have likely made a decision / sale. RECOMMENDATION FOR BRIDES: I highly recommend going to the Macys Bridal Salon - THANK GOODNESS we had another appointment there that day and they were fabulous and super helpful. We ended up getting dresses there that Bella actually sells, so their loss. Im glad I ended up not giving Bella Bridesmaids my business.

Now I can only speak to the shopping experience as we ended up purchasing the dresses somewhere cheaper, but we had a wonderful time with Tamara. I brought 5 of my bridesmaids along to shop, and I knew I wanted long and chiffon but nothing more not even color. She brought out a few designers to start with then honed in on the Hayley Paige dresses because every girl responded positively. We decided to check out another store later in the afternoon and man we realized how spoiled we were at Bella Bridesmaids. Overall very positive experience. I just wish there was more incentive for large group orders.

Customer service need to increase for clients calling. Yet when Id arrive for braidsmaid fitting, the service was good.

I came here with my friend (the bride) and the rest of our bridal party, we picked out dresses and received a confirmation e mail the next day with our order and contracts. Our measurements were not taken at the time of the appointment. I called a week later to come in and have my measurements taken and was told that they were fully booked for the entire day and they had no time. For anyone that has never been measured before, this process takes all of 2 minutes and they were unable to accommodate. I will not be ordering dresses from here as that is completely unacceptable. Here Comes the Bridesmaid is another bridal place in close proximity, I would suggest checking them out instead and avoid the headache of coming here.

I would not recommend using Bella Bridesmaids. Their associates have no idea what they are doing or how to size anyone. Their inventory is often torn and dirty, too. I used them both for my own wedding (sub-par experience) and recently for a bridesmaids dress. They strongly guided me to get a size too big (but repeated over and over that they would never force a bridesmaid to get a certain size). You would think that someone with a tape measure and insight into how dresses fit would know better, but you would be wrong here.

DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!! I had the worst customer experience. On Saturday April 6th, 2019 I visited with 2 of my bridesmaids. Soon after our appointment started the fire alarm went off and the stylists acted as if nothing was wrong. It was very frightening when the fire truck pulled up and told everyone to evacuate the building. We walked down 15 flights of stairs frantically only to be told it was ok and we could go back up. As soon as we went back up another stylist told us we had to go back down 15 flights of stairs again!!! There was a woman with a infant child there who had to leave her stroller and eventually left the shop because there was poor communication between the employees and a lack of leadership on what to do in these situations. It was very unsafe and dangerous.We decided to stick it out through our appointment and found a dress we liked. However after returning home and having a showroom set up we realized that the stylist did not provide us with all the necessary information we needed to make a decision like which location to use for dress ordering.I spoke with the team member Michael through email and he was RUDE, had an attitude and failed to coordinate the email chain that he was put on. Even if each location is run separately as business professionals I would still expect you guys to coordinate with each other in a timely, organized and RESPECTFUL manner to the CUSTOMER. If you are looking for bridesmaids dresses STAY AWAY FROM THE NEW YORK LOCATION!!

This was the best solution for us, since I had bridesmaids in a few different states. Everyone was able to find something they liked and the saleswoman was very helpful finding mismatched dresses that still went together.

Dont waste your time going into the store! I made an appointment and provided the 4 styles selected by the bride in advanced. Raced over during lunch. When I showed up, they did not have ANY of the styles for me to try on. Advanced notice wouldve been nice. Will order from someone else.

The dresses came out beautiful, but ordering was not very easy and took over 20 phone calls back and forth (and many emails). It took multiple conversations with different people and the ordering was delayed, which was Bellas fault for not letting me know they do not put the order through until all the bridesmaids have ordered their dress from THIS location. Being that my bridesmaids lived all over the country they put their orders in at several different Bella locations, but since there is no communication between locations, the order for the all girls in NYC was not put through until one of them noticed they had not been charged yet. It resulted in having to do a rush order and the girls not having much time to take care of alterations. In addition, one of the dresses arrived with a busted zipper and Bella would not fix it, rather my MOH had to take it to a tailor and pay to have a new zipper added. Overall, pretty dresses, but poor communication within the organization and poor communication/customer service provided to their customers.

The experience there was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, we were given only a very small window of times to view dresses, as the contract we have is with another Bella location. When we wanted to fit more girls in the appointment since being the bride am not in NYC often, the salespeople reluctantly let us do so, but were not friendly nor inviting. When we got to the appointment, our salesperson was EXTREMELY rude and unwilling to give us the time of the day (which we didnt need her help thank you), until my sister in law asked her about a dress that she would potentially purchase from that location. She quickly (and noticeably) changed her attitude only to her, while to the rest of the group treated like a nuisance. When the 30 mins allotted for the appointment up, she rudely came over to me (the bride) and said You have 2 minutes left. Wrap it up. I have never had an experience quite like this, and would not recommend this location to anyone. A shame that they are giving Bella Bridesmaids this name, while other locations I have been to are more than friendly and inviting.

Got a total bums rush. Consultant was no help. Actually found the dresses we wanted to order but were told e had to make another appointment. First appointment is just to look. We left took a cab to another salon and ordered the same dressea there

Horrible customer service. The salesperson was extremely insensitive and rude when sizing me. Said well since your bust is so small you better order this dress ASAP you will need alterations FOR SURE. Geez thanks for pointing that out like I wasn’t aware of my bust size. Just extremely insensitive, you would think we as women we could be more sensitive and supportive of each other. Refuse to order my dress from here now.

I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in the customer service I received here and angry that I had to pay for the mistake of the manufacturer (Katie May). I picked up a dress that had a broken zipper and called the store as soon as I realized it. I sent them multiple pictures, but was told I had to come back to the store so they could look at the dress, even though it was extremely inconvenient. On top of this, the wedding was only a month away and it needed significant alterations. When I went to the store they agreed it was a manufacturer error and that the zipper was broken. There wasnt any time to order a new dress and, instead of offering me a discount, they said I would need to send them a receipt from the tailor I took it to and that they would TRY to get me a reimbursement. Sure enough, I sent them the receipt and havent heard anything. I ended up paying $45 extra because of the zipper AND having to go out of my way for no reason. This is a terrible customer service policy and I would never choose to go back here.

Very bad customer service and poor follow-up. It all ended up working out, but instead of making a brides experience better, this place definitely added to the stress. I would DEFINITELY recommend going elsewhere. By the way, this is the first review I have ever written, which tells you the extent of how horrible the service was here.

TERRIBLE customer service. My wife was part of a bridal party- didn’t have any of the right sizes, didn’t know how to size, didn’t want to let her try the dress on when she went back to pick up, gave her & our friends dress, $600 worth of material, in a dopey plastic GARBAGE BAG cuz “they didn’t have any more garment bags.” How can you do that? If I were a coffee shop and I didn’t have coffee cups, pouring 8oz into a take out container, how would that feel? Bad service.

DO NOT listen to them about sizing. They made me order a dress 3 sizes bigger and the alterations cost me just as much as the dress. When in the store I told them that the size didnt sound right and they said that its just the designer. I trusted them because I figured they knew their dresses, but I should have trusted myself because I know my body. Their incompetence cost me a lot of money and I am very unhappy.

PLEASE READ !!!!! The worst company I have ever seen. The first horrible experience was last year as a bridesmaid, the lady was so rude and so not into her job. She refused to show us anymore than a few dresses until we literally had to push her. Long story short we ended up returning all our orders and canceling because of lack of service and ordering our dresses elsewhere. This year I’m the one getting married and they royallly F***** up my order. I originally picked one designer and had the girls measured and then ended up switching designers and had the girls re measured in store. They told me the dresses would take 6 months to order ( longer than my wedding dress ). We ordered all the sizes they told us to order. I got them one month before my wedding. Two of the dresses were literally 6-8 sizes too big. Literally it could fit me and both my sisters all togethor into it. We paid an extra fee for plus size because they insisted that’s what we needed. I don’t know if that was there way of ripping us off even further or what. Long story short. It’s two weeks to go until my weddding at this point and one to my sisters was leaving out of the states so we had to rush to the tailor who literally was appalled by how large the dress was and asked if we had gotten the wrong dress. On top of paying for the dress and the extra “plus size fee “ we now basically have to pay to remake a dress out of the canopy tent that they gave us. I emailed them to let them know of this mess to see if they could reimburse us for there mistake but not only did they refuse but they also took no ownership for there employees lack of knowledge, stating that the sizes were for the first designer which is not true because we came back a second time to get them re mesaured. Now we have to pay another 300 dollars at least to get a whole new dress made and rushed and the dresses won’t even look like the original. Never go to this store. They are incompetent and don’t want to do there jobs correctly. We basically payed double for there mistake. Also they claimed that they couldn’t refund us or help us since we went to an outside tailor of which my sister replied just out of curiosity how them remeasuring would solve anything when it took them over 4 months to order the dresses so with a two week period of time not sure what angle they were getting at. We went to An outside person because we are all upstate and getting into the city is not possible and one of us was over seas. Lousy excuses they are sure full of.

TERRIBLE experience! Read this before booking an appointment at the NYC location! I set up a day to try on bridesmaids gowns with my Mom (mother of the groom) and sister for my brothers wedding. Upon entering, we were SO excited because we traveled to the city from Long Island to make a day of it. I knocked on the door, not knowing what to do and as I walked in I made a joke like I probably didnt have to knock, right? and the woman at the desk answered no in an unenthused tone. Nyla, was our stylist and was incredibly standoffish. For starters, she didnt even acknowledge that my Mom was with us, nor did she congratulate my Mom being that her son is getting married. As a matter of fact, she could care LESS! Nyla was fidgeting on her computer the entire time. I had to ask for clips to pin the oversized dress on correctly, meanwhile it is HER JOB to suggest and be ready to pin me up if need be. My sister had difficulty fitting into the mid-range sized dresses (only had one size of each dress) so as Nyla was helping her and adjusting her, my sister said I think I will need this in an XL and Nyla responses mhmm I can see that. How insensitive can you be?? Nyla kept disappearing. She wanted us OUT of there and we did not feel welcomed whatsoever. I have been in multiple weddings and have bought dresses from many different locations. THIS was by far the WORST experience and truly put a damper on our day. Bella Bridesmaids, you should genuinely consider finding staff that will bring the MAGIC in a wedding and understand that for some, this is the most important day of their life. SMH...

Very easy to work with and the dresses came in on time. Only hiccup is that when we went to pick up the dresses, they had the wrong bride name written on the dresses (they were labeled as Emily instead of Erin). Other than that, very few complaints!

I still cannot get over how STUNNING my bridesmaids looked in their Jenny Yoo dresses! The Earl Gray color was perfect for my classic wedding day vision, and a mix of a few great styles (Charlie, Mila and Innes) complimented everyone in my bridal party and had them looking and feeling their best. I also had a junior bridesmaid who is on the petite side, for which I mixed the Hampton Earl Gray skirt with the Emerson Winter White cami - it was so pretty and fitting for a younger bridesmaid. Bella Bridesmaids in NYC was so easy to work with. I initially chose Bella Brides maids because many of my bridesmaids were living out of state, and Bella Bridesmaids had a location in each of those places! They were all able to go to their nearest Bella location and try on sample dresses to be sure they were ordering the correct size. The ordering process was so easy for everyone as well, as the order is completed via a portal online. Bella Bridesmaids is highly recommended for stunning dress selection and great service!

DO NOT USE THEM!! I used them for convenience because my bridemaids were all out of state. They were SO DISORGANIZED! Every time I tried to find out something it was another issue. I ended up having to buy my bridemaid dress because I kicked a girl out which was no biggie but they kept contacting my old bridemiad even after I told them NUMEROUS times to stop and I was the contact. They seemed to be all over the place with everything. You also would think the manager would be more organized but I had to talk to them a few times and nothing got better! DO NOT USE THEM! I plan on contacting the owners about how awful my experience was! Well I contacted them and they said they would call me back because of the horrible experience I had THEY NEVER DID!! They said there was transitioning going on and thats why my stuff fell through the cracks. REALLY?! WOW!

Great experience for me and my bridesmaids at Bella! I went 3 times - once with my MOH to see the styles and colors to narrow now choices - second with most bridesmaids and 3rd with my other bridesmaid (sis in law), my brother, and my flower girl (their daughter/my niece). all times were great as service was great and the ladies at Bella were very patient, even when my niece had a bit of meltdown (shes 2). One of the Bella girls even let her wear a tutu for the time she was there which she luved! My MOH brought champs the 2nd time and it was no issue having it while the girls checked out dresses. All of the girls got a 10% discount on their dresses as well which i know they appreciated. All in all - great experience & would recommend Bella to other brides looking for bridesmaid dresses. i like that its a boutique and not a big place also. Thanks again!!

I have had the worst experience with this place. I recommend going elsewhere. Maybe different loactions are better, but the NYC location is awful.

As an out of town bridesmaid, choosing the Bella franchise seemed smart. My experience in Richmond, VA was lovely. However, the bride and other bridesmaids dealt with the NYC store and led to all of us having a terrible experience. The biggest impact for me was that initially we were told the dresses could be shipped no-charge to our local Bella (e.g., outside of NYC), then we were told that was not possible and we had to pay for shipping to our homes. Then, we were promised a 10% discount for an Instagram promotion where we took a photo in the shop and posted on social media. Despite completing those steps, when our credit cards were charged, we were then told by the NYC store that they wouldnt honor the additional 10% discount. Overall terrible customer service in store and on the phone and misleading sales practices. Would not recommend.

Was expecting to find a clean helpful environment to have sizing done for a bridesmaid dress but instead found the opposite. Was dirty, looked run down, and the the staff was completely clueless when it came to sizing

This place is garbage. They dont have all the sizes. They want you to pay $50 to try on a dress. They were going to ask a designer to send a different size and I had to follow up twice with no results. I gave up, defeated. They also lack interoperability. At davids bridal i walked in and simply said the brides name, they had the dresses and they ordered for me. This place ou have to make an appt, wait 4-8 weeks for an appt, pay to try on a dress, they cant locate my brides account, dont follow up on my requests, wont let me order through them. Push it off to me to order online. Quite the hassle for what you pay
