I went to Rosy to have a pair of heels resoled and I am so glad I did. The owner is kind, organized, and her prices are certainly fair. The job was done in less than 24 hours, and my shoes look brand-new!

I paid almost $200 to have my boots widened. One pair was done alright. The other pair the guy, Rosy did not do it, damaged and scraped the boot leather, and left permanent glue on the boots. He or she did not even TRY to get it off. They handed them back to me DAMAGED. These were brand new expensive waterproof boots from Rockport. I am sickened by what they did. I cannot even get the glue out with saddle soap. One of the stains was not even a stain but cut leather. Please be careful going here. I think they deemed the boots not expensive and did a crappy job.

I brought a pair of knee-high leather boots in To Rosys Shoe Repair to see if they could take them in (they had gotten too big in the upper calves after I lost some weight). The woman there told me that they could do the job. I figured they would look a little off afterward, like it would be somewhat clear that they had been taken in. But when I picked them up I was shocked - They looked perfect! You would never be able to tell I had probably an inch of leather removed. Im so impressed and pleased with their work! Ill definitely continue to take my shoe/boot repairs to them. One thing to note - they are cash only!
