I went in for something simple, but it doesnt matter because even though I stood about 3-5 feet away from the one man in there for about 10 minutes (with no one else in the shop), the only acknowledgement I got was a grunt when I said hello. Eventually he disappeared into the small back area and I decided I would find somewhere else to go. Giving 2 stars cause, hey, maybe hes worth the wait?

I get my shoes shined every 2 weeks. This was my first time to this place. They did a more then below average job. Also when I told they that they did not do it right they guy was really rude and was asking for more money and also that they needed to be dropped for 3 days! These are almost new shoes. I would say take your shoes else where! they place is horrible!

This company has been my go-to for years. They are not insanely pricey like other Grand Central shoe repair establishments...I think my fellow google reviewer got confused. These guys are authentic, do great work and are affordable.

Shoe shine shop with on site repairs at half the cost of the place in grand central. Great prompt work.
