When purchasing keyboard or choral music, I have always been satisfied with the service and selection at the Juilliard Store. They provide the opportunity to review the item before purchase, which is not an option online. Thanks!

This store has lots of verity of needed essentials for musicians. I really enjoyed listening to cds on display from top performers. The violinist compilations were outstanding and it was hard to stop listening. This was a needed break from the normal sirens blaring down the road every 2 minutes.

It is the perfect place to buy gifts for your artistic children. The selection is very, very good, specially if you need to buy anything related to music. The store even have a selection of gifts for the little ones.

The hours still apply only to curbside pickup—no entry to the store.

I recommend this place. A great store for newcomers to the area and aspiring students. However. I would highly recommend that they improve on their customer service or have some unconscious bias training for their employees One of the ladies (blonde hair)who worked there was very rude and very biased when a very simple and polite question was asked. Not acceptable....

Juilliard School of Music means for me and my son everything. The best School in the world.We get easy at the Juilliard Store all what we need, with a very good service.Great atmosphere.We love to spend time in this store like over 20 minutes, and people are very friendly.

A friend of mine bought some sheet music on the online store, and in my vacations in NYC, i went there to pick them up. People there were very nice and patience.

Keeping classical scores available in NYC! In addition to having so many scores, its a great source of teaching aids, reference books, music magazines, recordings and novelty music gifts.

Ok. If, you shop all the time here as some people probably do, it is a useful store. For, a tourista like me stuff a little hard to find, but staff helped if available

The employees that work here are extremely rude. I asked them if they had a score while they were doing inventory and literally get yelled out of the building. Its a shame Franks closed.
