Chauncey was great. Neither of the 2 mattresses I was interested in was available. He made a suggestion and gave me a good deal. We had trouble with the payment page but he kept working at it until we got a solution.

Outstanding customer service from Chauncey Reidout. When my mattress was delivered without the base, he made sure to get the missing base over - same day. Mattress Firm has a valuable resource in Mr Reidout. As a business owner I recognize someone’s going the distance.

Horrible Never again. I got in contact with the Better Business Bureau. The worst experience out of the other 3 times I ordered.

My experience with Travis was absolutely faultless. He was so incredibly helpful and made ordering the selected mattress very easy.

Very disappointed with our experience. Seemed good at first, spent a while picking the mattress and staff was helpful. There was no delivery available for over two weeks. We have a large car and had no problem bringing our mattress home, but then there is the surprise that you are not allowed to bring it home yourself. You are required to use their delivery and set-up service for $150 which they are not upfront about until the end. I guess it is what is, except two weeks later our mattress never arrived on our scheduled delivery. We got a call from the delivery that there was a problem with our order and they were trying to resolve it and get it on the next run. We lost our entire Saturday waiting for them, calling the store to see what the problem was and being told they would let us know soon. It’s now 5 days later, calling everyday asking to reschedule the delivery and getting nowhere, being told they are checking with the “area manager” to find out what is happening with our order and being ghosted and ignored with ZERO update. Nothing. Just “we are waiting to hear from the area manager about your order.” Meanwhile we are out over $1000 for a mattress that never showed up while we are sleeping on the floor, in need of a Chiropracter who I wish we could afford if only we didn’t blow all our money on an imaginary mattress. Wish I ordered a Purple mattress instead.

Lili and I believe Elvin (?) were so incredibly helpful and kind. They had wonderful recommendations for my mattress type and budget, and made the entire experience quick, painless, and far more fun than I ever thought mattress shopping could be! They made me feel very welcome and they both clearly value giving wonderful customer service. I don’t normally write reviews but this was a truly wonderful experience.

I just had an excellent experience with Diamond at the Sleepys at 3rd Ave and 14th. Id never purchased a mattress for myself before, so I had a lot of questions. Diamond provided answers with warmth and patience and knowledgeably explained the differences between the mattresses he felt were best suited to my sleeping style. He was also very willing to stay within my budget, and I never felt any pressure to spend more than I intended to. I came away feeling good about my purchase and grateful for the assistance I received in making it. Id definitely recommend!

I was helped by Elvin who was super nice and useful in explaining to me all the different products on offer but what was most amazing was the NYU STUDENT DISCOUNTS. This is actually rediculous they have crazy discounts for NYU Students for example I bought a queen bed duvet cover worth $89.99 and after the discount it only cost me$20!!! Do not miss out on this. I never write reviews but this place really deserves one.

Didnt buy a mattress from here but came here on a weekday evening and there was no rush. There were 1-2 sales men in the store. They had lesser mattresses than another sleeps on church st that I had visited a few days before. Helpful staff.

Do not go to this store. You pay for a bed and delivery, but they bring you the wrong bed, a cheaper one, that you did not choose. So it takes them 3 times to deliver the bed you actually bought. Do not shop here. How hard is it for a bed store to give you the bed that you bought?

I have been purchacing matresses from sleepys for almost a decade now, and this without a doubt has been the best experience thus far. Sleepys on third ave has a very welcoming environment and upon walking in i was greeted by Mr. Gean Andrade who was very nice, professional, and patient. He made my stay very comfortable, and together we found the best mattress and pillow for me. As one who has many sleeping issues I am now extremely hopeful for the upcoming nights of sleep, thanks to Gean. I recommend this branch and even more so Mr. Andrade.
