Ducduc delivered outstanding customer service, impeccable white glove delivery and a gorgeous, top quality bunk for our boys. I totally forgot to order our Austin split bunk bed with a toddler railing on the bottom just days before it was to be delivered. To my pleasure, ducduc customer service was quick to reply and happy to add it on after a simple email. We received our very cool Austin split bunk bed and my 2.5 year old son was ecstatic! He slept in the bottom bunk that night and moved to the top bunk 2 years later when our youngest was ready to take over the bottom. They are in love with their beds and even mom and dad sneak a nap in there every once in a while. Highly recommended!

One of the best purchases Ive made. I purchased the Collins rocking chair for my mom and she loves it. She ended up putting this in my sisters nursery that way she can have a comfy chair to sit on. I was very impressed with the quality of the chair as it arrived exactly as pictured and described. It is very comfy, cute and added a great sense of style to the room. Although, I got it for my mom I found myself sitting on it and reading books often. The customer service was amazing as well. They made sure I was very satisfied with my order and received everything upon arrival. I will definitely be purchasing from ducduc again!!

Not only did I get my order on time but it looks amazing in my daughters new art studio/bedroom. We bought two of these for our 4 and 6 year old girls. They share a room, and we needed something to help free up more space. I put the beds together by myself. I assembled each on its side, then lifted them upright. But they do offer White Glove service for those who dont want to take on a project like this.For the price, the quality is good. I like that it is basically an open frame below, allowing us to choose desks and furniture that fit the girls needs.Over all Im happy with my purchase and will definitely purchase from them in again.

Love!! I got a crib and changer here 2 years ago and they’re absolutely perfect. I had done some research online and had a good idea of what I wanted, but stopped by the showroom in New York to be sure. All the women working at the showroom are super nice and very helpful. I ended up going with a slightly different accent color than I had anticipated based on the suggestion of the woman who helped us, and she was absolutely right. I’m currently browsing the site to pick out a set for baby number 2 :)

Impeccable service, amazing product! Love our Regency Crib! We teased our daughter that she had the best bed in the house. The toddler rail was a nice addition once she got big enough. I really didnt want to transition her to a big-girl bed because I loved her crib so much! But now it is getting even more use from our 2nd, and he loves it too. I got the white crib with grey insets so it could be for boy or girl and go with any paint colors. Love it! Super sturdy and functional plus beautiful design. Win!

I had a great experience with DucDuc from the customer service to loving the Austin Split Bunk Beds! We had a little snafu with one of the pieces being damaged and they eventually made it all right!Love the design! Couldnt be happier!

Rarely will I write a review online, but after excellent customer service that I receive when purchasing 2 in 1 naturepedic – crib mattress, I just knew I had to write one. The customer service agent was able to point me in the right direction after I described the item I was looking for. Without hesitation, they suggested the naturepedic – crib mattress – organic cotton 2-in-1 ultra/quilted 252. They responded quickly and was able to answer all of my questions. The mattress is cozy and fits perfectly in my nieces crib and its easy to clean. Before purchasing the mattress, my sister dealt with a very unhappy, sleepless baby, but now she THANKS me every day for the purchase! :)

This was my first time ordering custom furniture and I could not be more pleased with the results. I looked online and had to call with some follow up questions- the person on the phone was very helpful, patient and informative. As a first time mother I was overly worried about what to order, what would look right and what would look best in our space. TERRIBLE customer service. No help whatsoever. Entirely inflexible. Do not order from here.I purchased a double changer from here in May and provided all order information but the knobs up front. My order had been delayed by the fact that they sent their samples to the wrong place. They took no responsibility for the delay that caused and have been entirely unhelpful. I sent the knobs after the fact and was never advised prior to placing the order that would hold up production as that makes no sense. Either way, I selected knobs in May, approximately 2 months ago. I started to follow up on delivery in July and they began to say that they would only count production days from when they got the knobs but that they would do the best they could and they would try their hardest to have the changer on the delivery truck departing on July 27th. Well, after leaving several messages and receiving no return calls, I finally caught someone today who quite rudely advised me that there was nothing they could do and it would not be making it on the truck. Please keep in mind this is delivery within the quoted window--not rush or expedited or anything like that. This is not the stress anyone needs when ordering furniture, especially a customer who is having twins in less than 2 weeks (a fact that they were advised of). Too costly for this kind of stress, aggravation and customer service. Buy from anywhere else.

My husband and I are putting together the nursery for our first born and we have fallen in love with DucDucs designs! We love the modern style and also that the furniture is eco-friendly and hand crafted. Some favorites are the Litchfield crib (that bleached wood is gorgeous), the Savannah 5 Drawer Changer, and the Pia bags. Planning a nursery can be stressful, but the customer service agents have been incredibly helpful with my many questions. I highly recommend ducduc for your childrens furniture because they are timeless and will last forever!

We received a crib with a toddler rail conversion from Duc duc. The crib was expertly assembled onsite and was perfect for our daughter. When she was finished with it our son got to use it and he is still enjoying it... now with the toddler rail. The quality is top notch and the staff is remarkable to work with!

Absolutely LOVE this company. After breaking the news to my girls that they will have to share a room I knew the only way to make them excited was to get them nice and fun new bunk beds.
