I have the side sleeper pillow, quilt/ shams and waffle robe and they are all amazing. Comfortable and beautiful colors. I would recommend Parachute to anyone!

Please update your hours on Google. Says 7pm daily here but 6pm at the door.

Now they can only allow 3 customers to be in the store. I was waiting like an hour for just browsing.They open at noon but have lunch break 230-315, weird time.I would suggest spare your time like 1 hour at least if you want to come to the store, and item selections are not many.It is such a waste of time and not worth coming to the store.

The Soho Parachute Home store I cannot recommend enough. All sales people there are especially helpful and professional however one in particular was a HUGE asset to us. Colleen Schmid, the store manager, was incredibly helpful to us as our order was a bit complex. Not only did she spend at least an hour with us in the store helping explain the differences in their product and narrowing down what worked for us without over selling products, she advised us on the best way to order the product with the shipping specifics we needed. As well when it came time to placing the order online she called us at our home to review our needs and shipping specifics again spending at least a half an hour on the phone with us making sure the order and shipping was perfect.This manager, her staff and the product they offer really show that you can get good quality products with excellent customer service still! Im so pleased and I havent even received the products yet.

So happy this place finally opened up a shop in NYC. I had read a ton of reviews raving about this bedding, but wanted to see it first hand. When I heard they were opening a shop in NYC, my dreams came true. Bedding puns... Stores great. Not too big. Perfect size. Very comfortable feel to it. Colleen was awesome. She went way out of her way to walk me through all the options, and kind of find a fit that would work best for me. I run hot, so finding a breathable fabric that was for me might be tough but she really took the time and was first rate. Much thanks. Will be back !

Very disappointed. $500 sheets ripped after a year. I was offered a 10% coupon for my troubles.

Their products are overall really good. Wouldn’t recommend the pillows from here, but the bedding and towels are top notch.

Horrible shipping time, customer service. I placed a large order with them in-store, all items were available and in-stock and yet it took them 10 days to deliver to my apartment 1/2 mile away from the store. When I contacted Customer Service, Lynn said this was within their standard policies.
