I started my journey on 9th ave and was really disappointed with the reps at that location. I felt rushed and bombarded; so I walked out. Luckily for me, I decided to go to East Houston Street. I was helped by an amazing sales representative, by the name of Courtney Manley. He was informative and friendly. Not overbearing, like my last experience. I recommend this store, with its amazing rep.

I haven’t received my mattress yet, but I ordered it from the store; inside and the discounts are good. I felt insecure leaving the store without my purchase. I hope to receive a call from Mattress Firm when my bed arrives at their location from the store it was ordered from... delivery at the store with pick up on 11/6. The transaction was okay, I signed already at the desk register, but thought it was odd, and I was nervous having to sign 3 times for something I didn’t receive yet. I just want to be able to trust Mattress Firm and the company to follow through so I can receive my bed. I really look forward to it; and picking up the bed as soon as possible. Dude, I had to help a Purple Mattress Co. customer in QUEBEC today who could NOT get a mattress protector from our website OR anyone whatsoever in his area. I called 4 French speaking stores, got hung up on at one for not speaking French.My customer was desperate, sleeping terribly and wanting to protect his investment.Customer and I thought... long shot, will anyone over the border help this guy out? I doubt it but I believe in going above and beyond so, I called and KING CHAUNCY HOOKED US UP! This guy ran to FedEx for a shipping estimate, had my customer pay the invoice and send him a label and BOOM... my customer is gonna have a long awaited and anticipated mattress protector.I was on the phone for an hour with my customer having my supervisors just tell him Im so sorry we cant help you. I believe theres a better way, and thank God Chauncy does as well. Thanks, man! Please promote Chauncy!

To preface, most of my experience here was good. The sales person I initially dealt with was (seemingly) nice, I like the mattress I got and the delivery was quick and seamless. What brings down my review is how the financing options were presented to me by said nice saleswoman. I was told I qualified for interest free financing over 6 months through a third party and that I could pay at my leisure as long as the balance was $0 by 6 months. Instead, I was essentially signed up for a credit card, the mattress was charged to that and I now pay it off like a credit card balance. Opening the account has negatively effected my credit score for now, and while its not the end of the world, they should be more transparent with what their financing options fully entail

I am extremely dissatisfied with my entire experience regarding the quality of the product (s) I have received from Mattress Firm. After three (3) attempts at delivering the matress I requested (and require for my back problems) your company never managed to get it right.The matress I was shown in your showroom was definitely NOT the matress that was delivered to me.Im not interested in going through the process of having inspectors invade my home so that they can verify my complaint. I shouldnt have to be put in a position where I need to prove anything.Im not going to persue the matter because Ive tried three times with three different mattresses and all I can say is three times Im out.Ill take the loss because its not worth the aggravation. But what I will say is - never again with a Simmons Matress and never again will I be dealing with Matress Firm.End of story. Very much beyond disappointed,Peter Davino

I called to see if I could the store had a bunkie board available. The manager told me that he could order one for me and have it delivered for free. He was almost able to have it delivered the next day but the truck had reached capacity before i could pay and finalize my order. But it was scheduled for delivery a few days later. Overall, I am very happy with the service and ease of my order.

Went to this Mattress firm sometimes in April 2018 i think, met “Diamond” the sales person. He’s great when my wife and I first met him. Very helpful and nice salesman, until we purchased a mattress that he sold to us for $3K.Later on that day my wife went online to look for the same mattress he sold in the store only to learn that the online price was so much cheaper. $600 less than what he sold us at the store.So we came back the next day and explained to him what we find out online, also asked him to see if he could re-adjust the price to the one online.He said no problem and he could and would do it. We also made a call, and the person on the phone said, yes they could do it and the adjustment price would take effect after 2 or 3 billing cycles.Now it’s been more than 5 billing cycles and I still got no price adjustment.To top it off, now it’s just difficult to get a hold of our salesman “DIAMOND”.Would I recommend buying mattress from this company ?? Probably never !!Customer service was great at first. Once they got your money, that DIAMOND guy can’t even pick up his phone.

This place is small so it doesnt have much variety. I went in to buy a frame which I had gotten a discount on for the holiday. The gentleman working there was helpful. If you live in the neighborhood I would recommend going in to check out what you may want to buy online instead.
