I have the queen pillow plus and its amazing. Its held up for almost 7 years now. About to order the same product but king sized. Couldnt recommend more!
Hi. I purchased the Keetsa Plus in 2015. After five years of average use, it became soft and unuseable without a topper to firm it up. The Company refused to replace it under warranty as the indentation wasn’t deep enough. These mattresses are made in Asia and not the best quality. I suggest spend more money with a more established/reputable Company. Also, take the reviews online with a grain of salt (I didn’t do that).
I have the mattress topper which I reviewed already. This is about the eye mask. I LOVE IT SO MUCH. Guys, its so worth it. It doesnt press on my eyes (which leaved my blind for hours) and it gives perfect coverage even when I am falling asleep on my side. I am sure there are many options for great eye masks out there. This is a top competitor and you wont go wrong if you just add it to your cart.
We bought two mattresses from here- dream in king size and pillow plus in queen. Had a wonderful experience with the staff and cannot be more pleased with the quick delivery and the amazing mattresses. Getting into bed is the best part of the day.
THE GOOD: We ordered our KEETSA to pair with our new mattress, and I am absolutely pleased. Steel is a very sustainable resource and I am happy to support a company that is being mindful about their impact on the environment (Sustainable Furnishings Council, etc...).THE EH: Not a fan of the velcro used to put the slats into place. Velcro simply will end up as trash once the frame reaches the end of life and I think it is important to have a circular mindset. Also, it would be nice to know if the birch wood was intentionally sourced!THE SUMMARY: This is a great frame and a seemingly great company! Everyone has room to improve and thats okay. Thank you KEETSA for an amazing and sturdy box frame. :)
We bought our Keetsa mattress in their New York city store after flirting with the selection on Albert Kinney in Venice CA. We love it! It is so comfortable and the 10” instead of 14” or 17” mattress depth means we can use standard sized sheets. The fact that you have up to a year to return your mattress if you dont like it makes it an entirely risk-free,purchase.
Josh and Greg are amazing. They were both great to work with and helped us set-up a complicated order. We love our bed frame and cant wait for the Classic mattress to be re-released!
We love our keetsa mattress! It is so comfortable - one of my favorite purchases we’ve ever made. Highly recommend.
KEETSA Products are so well made, ethical, and incredibly comfortable with a 12 YEAR (!!) warranty. Customer service is wonderful. Highly recommended!
My partner and I went to test drive mattresses at KEETSA last week and had an incredible experiences. The mattresses were displayed and we were able to try them each, plus the store manager, Josh, was incredibly helpful with any questions we had, including unboxing, delivery, and (hopefully not) returns. Their customer service and incredible manufacturing, plus 12-year warrantee, means Ill never buy another mattress thats not a KEETSA.
Loved the queen Tea Leaf Dream but bought a King a little over a month ago and it feels COMPLETELY different. We called and were told we need to use it at least 30 days because the mattress adjusts in the time...so we did. We still dont like it so we contacted support again to start the return. They are charging a 10% restocking fee! After spending thousands with this company they have the nerve to charge a restocking fee. Every other bed in a box company offers free returns and FULL refunds. In fact they donate the mattresses and help you find someone to take it. Not Keetsa...not even to loyal customers. Sad they have now lost our business forever. They dont offer half of what the best bed in a box companies offer. The mattress is made in china with a price tag that much higher than full organic mattresses. Bye Keetsa!
This place redefines the bed shopping experience! Their selection is more limited than large commercial stores which, at least for me, was a positive because laying on dozens upon dozens of mattresses can sometimes make you feel like, “what even is “comfort” anymore?” Staff are not the typical salesman trying to squeeze your wallet. Then there’s the store itself: calming aromas and a modern, rustic design. It basically screams, “go to sleep.”I’ve had my Keetsa mattress for two months now and I regularly thank myself for the investment. You won’t regret it.
Weve bought 2 mattresses from Keetsa. Brought my parents here to check out their mattresses and they wanted to buy one too. Ive also recommended Keetsa to friends who ended up buying their mattresses as well.
Friendly staff and Superb quality Mattresses.
Ive been buying cheap, synthetic pillows that go flat in weeks for many years. After an internet search, I came across the Keetsa store. They use non-synthetic materials and I think most items are made within the US. The store in downtown Manhattan has several mattresses and pillows on display. Greg, the associate who was working that day, let me try several of the pillows (and mattresses). Ultimately I picked the Frankenmuth Woolen Mill wool filled pillow. It wasnt in stock in store, but the shipping was super quick and free. Its probably the most firm pillow Ive ever used. After a week or two, the wool inside got compacted and its still the size of a new cheap pillow. I loved it so much, I ordered a new memory foam mattress topper!
My experience with Keetsa was incredible. The customer service both in the store and afterwards has been fantastic. Plus, I love my new mattress. My whole family uses Keetsa and I would highly recommend them.
Ive got to be honest. I bought a mattress here around two years ago in the full size for around $600. The staff here was nice. However, only two years later I am having to replace this mattress, and I am getting rather terrible sleep (stiff neck and lower back pain). I also wake up almost every morning with a completely stuffed nose, sometimes sneezing. I havent had this issue before. Im feeling a little ripped off with this company. Ive had other cheap mattresses, and I must say, this was more what i was expecting from a $300-350 mattress. You can probably do better elseware. I really regret this purchase.
I slept on this mattress at the One Hotel Central Park and fell in LOVE it was AMAZING. firm yet contouring not bouncy and very quiet. L O V E
The team there is very pleasant. If you are looking for a new mattress on the natural side, make sure to stop by KEETSA. Lay down and try it for yourself.Myself I am still looking for a bed but the shopping experience at KEETSA is definitely great and I can at least recommend them based on that.
Friendly staff and very nice mattresses. Mine is so comfortable I could barely wake up after sleeping on it for the first night.
Im very pleased with the KEETSA Pillow Plus!
We splurged on an expensive mattress here and it’s been incredibly disappointing, uncomfortable and quickly became warped... huge waste of money
Staff here is very attentive and friendly. They know when to give you space to just lie on the bed. They dont rush you at all, but once you get up they come right over to see what else youd like to try and whether you enjoyed the previous bed or not. They also give you a free Keetsa eyemask!
Awesome products and service. Sustainabile and super comfortable!
Great for the environment, great mattresses.
I am always surprised when the staff at niche stores like this are so down right rude. Maybe I wasnt dressed for the occasion but the sole sales associate replied to most questions with a single word answer. Even specific questions like what flame retardants are used received a response of natural stuff.... either they have no idea what they are selling or just dont care.
Waiting 5 + hours for delivery... after paying extra to get it ‘within a 4 hour window ‘
Not so helpful staff
Super rude staff.
Simple, quality, affordable
