I ordered a bunch of Yves Dolorme Sheets from this company. My order arrived missing several of the items. I tried for 6 weeks to get a refund for the missing items and could not get them to respond. I have not had to go through VISA to get my money back. I would not recommend shopping with this company.

I love the new store in Franklin, TN! I can’t believe all of my fabulous home decor brands are now here. Thank you John, Carrie, Dana and Paula for being so welcoming and your knowledge of all the products was impressive. Finally a place to buy gifts for friends and family and a place to update my home decor in style!

Online service is extremely lacking. ordered an item in august of 2020, have not received any word about my order since september. it is now january 2021. i have attempted to contact them in multiple ways pretty much ever since i placed the order, and gotten nothing. extremely disappointed.

I placed an order for a Simon Pearce tree on December 23, my credit card was charged the next day. (the website said it was available). After not having received it after a couple of weeks, I called and was told by customer service that it was to ship the next day. After another couple of weeks and no delivery, I called again and customer service told me they had to contact the vendor and would call me right back. Of course, I did not get a call. I just placed my third call and the woman took the order #, phone #, and name and said customer service would call back. So far, nothing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.(BTW, the review would not post with zero stars which is what I wanted)

5 stars for Gracious Home! I ordered a resin bead chandelier all the way here in Texas and it showed up in pristine condition. The chandelier is breathtaking and the centerpiece to the whole house. I would highly recommend. They even sent me a bottle of wine to thank me for my business. Such an amazing touch and I’m truly grateful. Thank you!

Don’t purchase anything online! I placed an order on December 10th and it’s now December 30th, still haven’t received my package. I’ve called the store multiple times and haven’t been able to get through to anyone, wasn’t even given the option to leave a voicemail. Their website shouldn’t allow people to place online orders for “in stock” items if they can’t fulfill them in the 7-10 business days as promised. Extremely disappointing.

The Gracious Home team is always helpful and knowledgeable. I never feel rushed as I wander through. In addition to that, the merchandise I have purchased has proven to be perfect for our homes, as well as for creative gift giving.I have also made purchases on the Gracious Home website when I have not been nearby the store location; and it was easy to navigate and make purchases.

I placed an online order on December 10th and it is now December 25th and there are no updates. I have called the store twice and both times I was told to hold for someone to help me and was just transferred to a voicemail. I have left 2 voicemails and I also have 2 emails that havent even been responded to either. I paid for it to be here by Christmas, terrible customer service. I understand that this is the busiest time of year for all stores but to not even be able to answer the phone or check your email? Absolutely unacceptable.

I ordered a Le Creuset 7.25qt dutch oven off their online site for an amazing $210. I was very hesitant to order from them considering it was so cheap but I took the risk and it was worth it. The pot was in pristine condition and they even provided free 2-day shipping to my order. Will order from them in the future if they ever have a special like that again.

I placed and paid for an online order 20 days ago. When I inquired about my order via email, I was told it shipped over a week ago. When I reached them by phone today, I was told the item was out of stock and being shipped today. My two emails requesting a refund weren’t returned. This is a very unprofessional business.

Gracious home went from being a find it all store to sheets and bedding. Once they changed the format of the store they were over priced and I have not returned

If youre looking for Abyss & Habidecor Super Pile Towels (or any luxury bed and bath linens for that matter), this is the place.I called the store ahead of time and the store associates made sure they had the all of the linens in the colors I wanted prepped and ready for me when I arrived. When I got to the location on 70th street, I was greeted and helped by the staff before checking out with everything we had chatted about over the phone.Now Im a regular customer in the store and on their website. Sferra, AERIN, Mike & Ally — everything I love in one place!

You cant beat the service at Gracious Homes. I needed at bulb for a lamp I bought in Japan and the lighting experts found the right bulb. Not everything can be replaced by the internet.
