Love the people at Dux uptown. We had a small issue with our bed legs (decided to go with a taller size), and the store manager sent a team back out here to replaced them without an issue. Finding a company that goes above and beyond for their customers is rare in this city - so thank you Duxiana! Customer for life.

While I appreciate the good customer service, after 18 months I do not find the bed at all comfortable and relaxing as I was lead to believe. I have a queen size 515 and my sleep has deteriorated over the past yer in terms of quality.
