Products and the store in general are amazing, but i had a very unpleasant moment, the security guard was following me all around the store, and he was saying to the girls that work there the reason he was following me was because i had something hidden between my clothes.I tried to ignore him as much as i could and continued checking the products, but he was loud, almost to the point of yelling that i had something hidden. English is not my first language but i can understand everything.If they suspect i was shoplifting, why didn’t they asked me something Instead of following me and talk LOUD about me? I’m glad the store was almost empty, but i felt very uncomfortable and attacked.You should train all your employees to be more considerate and intelligent, that is not the way to manage a possible situation.I don’t recommend this store at all.

The place is pretty decent customer service is pretty good there is a large variety selection but as I said before in a couple other places around the same area it is sad theres a large amount of homeless people and or a large amount of people under the influence of stuff and they do it right in front of the police Im surprised with as much tourist there is that they dont work on that problem it is a major problem

Lovely store for women’s caprices at affordable prices. From clothings, shoes, accessories, toiletries and cosmetics all in one great store. Located in a very busy area of New York 7 th and 34 th street just beside Forever 21 and across the legendary Macy’s, this store is well maintained, the displays are neat and clean that will make every shopper feels good.

Amazing!! This is a must go place. I hope I can come again!

Neat store. Seating for bored partners, and looks very fun and lively. Prices are very standard. Theyre often out of stock on neat items, and their items arent kept organized. Staff is knowledgeable but could stand to be a bit friendlier. Not a bad place! (Review written in conjunction with my partner who shops here)

Great place to find skin care products for a great price. And this store is quite fun being attached to forever 21 with multiple levels.

I just wanna say that this place here is wonderful I came last Saturday to buy a eyeliner and Kayla was very nice to help ❤️. And today I came in for a free makeover and Anyssa was so nice as well I definitely recommend to come here trust me and everyone here is also very sweet and nice . The customer service at the 34th st location is HORRIBLE! 1st off no one greeted us and it not like the store was busy with ppl it was completely empty. On several occassions I even stood in the same isle as a store associate and not once did anyone ask can I help you. There was 3 associate in the store, one completely walked away, another one, turned her head, and one behind the register ding even make eye contactThat completely turned me off and I did not make a purchase. Maybe thats why they are closing store!

I stopped in on 9/16 in the afternoon and even though they didn’t carry the product I was looking for, they provided excellent service and suggested a place where I was able to get what I needed.

Think about it like a young Sephora: dozens of makeup, hair care, skincare and body care brands. Cult and cool brands like Beauty Bakerie, Lime Crime, Sugar Pill, BH Cosmetics, Winky Lux - the store was created targeting Millennials. I loved everything that I saw, so many products, so many different and hard to find brands!

Used to be H & M, now that space is Riley Rose make up extension. Right on the corner of 34th and 7th Ave. right across from MACYs. Pleasant staff opened one month ago. Large space, sufficient space to move and choose your cosmetics. They have the CBD infused something. Plenty of brand name to choose from from lips to lashes, they have them all.
