Amazing shop for.men. Discovered amazing heated razors, shaving brushes, great products and ideas

Great products but they lack salesperson of the year award.the shop isnt crowded with customers racing in to buy and they arent rushing over to help either. love the art of shaving for gifts and now i continue to purchase the products because they leave my sons skin smooth. cute for an expensive gift, but the brush does last forever and no need to be stingy when it comes to a well made product.

The quality of the shaving items is very good from this store. They really know what kind of shave I need. The ambiance is second to no other grooming store Ive been to. The customer service is amazing. My experience there was a fine one and I was helped greatly.

The quality of their products are unmatched but the service in this location is not up to par. The rep kept hounding me when I asked for time to look at a few of their products. When shopping for personal items, I like to make the decisions and have them help when I need help. I ended up buying a brush but I wanted a few more items, but didnt want to be harassed into buying things.

On my first visit to the art of shaving I found the shop and products intriguing though a bit pretentious,,,I mean how difficult is shaving and how much of a difference can a shaving cream make? Why use a brush? And that shaving cream costs what?!Well for some, i.e. me, shaving can be difficult and yes a good shaving cream can make all the difference. After having experienced their shaving cream I was hooked. The product brings truth to the phrase a little dabl do ya, so while a initial purchase has a little sticker shock, you use so little product for an incredible result. Its worth it. Also wonderful is while they carry an array of nicely scented creams and balms there is a line of unscented products which I prefer.My experience with the sales staff has been positive. Thus far they have been friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. One salesmans explanation of why a brush makes a difference and his demonstration of how to use one and create an incredible warm lather with just a touch of the cream helped to sell me on it. Now...its all I use.

Quality products a little pricey for the products everytime I visit price seems to gradually increase on all their products. Would not advise buying razors their can go to your local target get the same razors for half the price.

Staff here was amazing. I honestly didnt initially want to go in but when I did the guy there treated us like he was a curator at a museum. Truly enjoyed his job which made the whole thing very awesome for us. And the products are awesome. They werent all about pushing shave-tech and instead bring things down to wonderfully smelling (omy the sandlewood) basics. I WILL be buying from these cats.

This company has offered me THE WORST customer service imaginable. I feel as if I have been robbed by this company as they have taken over $400 of my money and 3 days later I have yet to speak to someone about this. It all started on Friday night (12/21/2012) when I remembered one last minute gift I had forgotten to buy. I purchased a gift from the Online store that same Friday night. My bank account was charged 3 times for this one purchase, which came out to over $450, 3 days before Christmas. I called the 1-800 # of customer service and was told that their customer service is Monday-Friday. So I waited till Monday (12/24/2012) and called again. This time the automated number told me that this Monday-Friday customer service EXCLUDED the holidays. Yes! Seriously! This company has NO customer service during the holidays. To make a long story short, I will NEVER EVER AGAIN purchase anything from this comapny again.

I had a good shopping experience here but I pretty much knew what I wanted when I walked in.
