I needed a last-minute balloon bouquet for my daughters 21st birthday because my original plan fell through. I called at 12:15 on Sunday and the bouquet was delivered an hour later. Im very satisfied with this terrific customer service!

I looked at a few balloon delivery shops and this place had the best custom variety. Delivery was a bit expensive going towards Brooklyn but was totally worth getting to pick out a beautiful bouquet, as competition only had ugly generic ones. Also love that they took the time to throw in a couple extra balloons to fill in my bouquets better than I had ordered!

I had to order balloons very last minute. The folks here were very accommodating, kind and understanding, even writing out a card in the car moments before delivering because I forgot. So grateful!

I would’ve put zero stars if I could. Placed an order TWO WEEKS AGO! Seems like enough time to put things together .. well, apparently not. There was no delivery on time, an hour later, hour and a half... After I called I’ve been told that the driver thought it was in Manhattan, not in Brooklyn, even though the there is a zip code in the order AND it says Brooklyn! (I double checked) Ok. They told me that the order is on the way.... another THREE HOURS go by, still no order. After I called again I’ve been told that the car broke down and I’m not going to receive my purchase. No curtesy call or anything.Terrible terrible terrible.

The only minus is the fact that inventory is kind of messy and disorganized. I will not hold them for that.Otherwise they have a tons of costumes and outfits for any season and type of parties.Was able to get something for my son.The people at store were willing to help and nice.

The pandemic killed New York City but this party store is still in business the Halloween store the big one on Broadway went out of business so thats the last party store that cool

It was my boys birthdays the next day and I realized that I didnt have balloons or a celebration, and the city was going to be on a lockdown the next day. We had been holed in our apartment for 7 days and had another long month or so to go, so of course I wanted to make it a celebration. I ordered balloons on the website at 2 or 3pm, I think, and called them to confirm. At 7:30pm sharp the balloons and decorations had been delivered perfectly packaged that made it SO easy to bring upstairs to my apartment. They even called when they didnt have something in stock and had to make a replacement, and sent some extras. I was very very impressed that while everyone was shutting down these guys took my order and delivered it the same day and their website was updated, they had 98% of the things I ordered in stock. It was a wonderful surprise for my boys the next day. I highly highly recommend this company. The balloons were in perfect condition and look exactly as what I ordered. Two did burst when I put them up but they had sent extras. I dont recommend ordering the ones with glitter inside, when they burst the glitter goes all over and makes a huge mess. But that is not an issue with this store, its just the balloon. I highly recommend this place. I called a couple of other places and this was the only one that promised to deliver and did deliver. I am SO SO happy with my purchase and highly recommend this place for great service and prompt delivery.
