I can’t thank Tiffany and Sharon enough for the incredible decorating job they did at our son’s party. Their creativity and expertise was even better once we saw the actual job than we even realized it would be when they were giving us ideas on what to do. They did such a phenomenal job and I’d highly recommend them to anyone.

I worked with Tiffany from Balloon Saloon on a bridal shower I was hosting for my best friend. She was so amazing and helpful. Sending different options and colors and kept in touch so we were on the same page. They delivered on time and the balloons were in amazing condition. Even for days after. A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ... Balloons are always about joy. Not a single balloon in the world is about unexpectedly and unreasonably badly spoiled mood. This store could claim to be the ROUGHEST establishment in New York. Our foot will NEVER be there AGAIN, despite the fact that we left substantial sums of money in this store in the past.

I called to ask some questions about their balloons and the person on the phone was sooo rude. Told me not to call but look at the website. No thank you, I’m taking my business elsewhere.

Visiting with a group of friends, we werent really there to buy anything, and the staff knew that. It was nice to just mess around a little and even make some of the staff laugh as we played with some gag gifts and unusual toys.Some pretty nice vintage and antique toys and similar items are here too, which were pretty cool to see. Im not sure if theyre available to purchase, but are definitely worth checking out if youre into older toys and games.

Not only do they have a beautiful selection of fun and playful balloons, but the hospitality was wonderful. We were running around NYC getting presents for a birthday celebration and I accidentally left my wallet at Balloon Saloon. Thankfully they had the wallet and were so hospitable with helping send it uptown. I only had a few hours to celebrate with my family and they took all the stress away from a originally stressful situation. Genuine hospitality at its finest! We can’t wait to shop again!

Nostalgia. Toys, pranks, memories and some real toys from my generation. Collectibles, balloons, kids will love it-big ones too. Have you ever seen Barbie and Ken Star Trek dolls? Dipping bird? Kazoos, Snaps, checkers, giant Tootsie rolls? All kinds of toys. Great store.

Two run ins with Sharon now! First time she was rude but i thought maybe she’s having a bad day. Second time she was even worse! Won’t use for business or personal occasions again...not worth it! Be kinder!! People are just asking questions and your customer service needs some warmth! - also, in relation to the reply, Ive never been to the store with children!! No clue who that was!

For the premium price we pay for balloons (60 balloons for $650), this company is Really really really disappointing. I booked with them per hotel’s recommendation. When I placed the order online, a lady called me and asked me what the building is called. I told her and she gave me a snide comment “well, it’d be nice to know that.” I mean, I put down the exact address so I’m not sure if it mattered that much to put the building name. Even if she really needed it, she didn’t need to be snarky about it. I chose a delivery time between 9-11 and they truly did not spare any minute and got to the hotel at 10:56. Then the delivery guy dropped off the 60 balloons in the center of the venue and just disappeared. It took the hotel staff and myself a while to realize that the guy was never coming back. So the hotel staff had to rush to open the balloons up and throw away the packaging etc. it’s truly a shame. The hotel said they were going to also complain to them about this horrible service. It makes the hotel look bad for recommending them.So think twice when working with them.If you continue to leave such a bad impression with the customers, eventually you’d be lucky to just get enough first time customers who didn’t have a clue. Nobody is crazy enough to want to work with rude people like this. One thing that is NOT lacking in NYC is balloon suppliers. If service is always this bad, it really doesn’t matter if your balloons are pretty because a lot more others can also make balloons.

Although a bit pricey, this store knows all the balloons they have in store. I walked in just to pick up a cute little unicorn pet walking balloon but left with another beautiful rainbow one too. I asked for a rainbow and I got the brightest, and most beautiful rainbow balloon My daughter loved both!

A very nice place to get all kinds of balloons & other items your party needs. They even have collectibles such as Funko Pop figures for sale, ranging from comic book to movie/TV characters. An excellent store to visit for party supplies or even just checking out! 😎✌️

Very rude workers! Will not be going back. I never wrote a bad review before and this is my first time. They made a mistake and did not even attempt to apologize and or admit they were wrong. I brought 20 squishy balls for my sons classmates and when I got home I was packing them up and saw there wasnt 20 inside. I called the place to let them know I was shorted 2 and the guy who picked up told me to go in. When the sale lady who originally the one who helped me the first time automatically said I counted 20 of them. Did not acknowledge that she could have miscounted. She took my bag and saw there was a label without a ball and assume I was missing only one. I told her again its 18 inside, not 19 or 20. Then she count it again and then realize there were only 18. Even after they knew they were wrong they did not apologize to me. For me to go back there to scam 2 balls would be a real waste of anybodys time.

We used Balloon Saloon to help create some impactful displays at our wedding this past weekend. I found their staff (particularly Tiffany) to be incredibly helpful and consultative in helping us design the right design for our event. We ended up with a large 11 partial arch and a ton of loose balloons. If I had just gone in myself, it wouldnt been super plain. Tiffany helped us to really liven up the piece with glitter balloons, various sizes, and convinced me to expand our color palette, which ended up working out beautifully! Delivery and setup was right on time and super seamless. The guy that did the setup (I forget his name unfortunately) was lovely to work with and did an incredible job. I couldnt have asked for a better experience or outcome :)

So much to see! They have tons of toys, gag gifts, prank materials, and just fun things. Its hard to walk around because youre afraid youll miss something awesome. I believe they also sell balloons but that isnt nearly as cool as all the nostalgic items they sell. I know everyone can find something theyd like there

We stumbled across this place while walking the city looking for party supplies. I approached an employee by the name of Sharon to inquire about a product. She answered rudely and brushed us off like they can care less for our business. Their complete lack of professionalism and disregard for customers is why you should avoid this store. Do yourself the favor and go to Party City instead. At least we know the prices are better.

Couldn’t bring myself to place an order with them. The manager was keeping busy barking orders at any employee in her path. She fielded a phone call while in my vicinity and was insanely rude to the customer on the line. Good luck with all that, y’all...

The price was very reasonable...two big balloons and a child size floaty for $23.00. Customer service was efficient and friendly. Place is little bit of toy overload and kind of all over the place, but then again thats how most kids toy rooms look so I guess its on purpose? If you have a child in your life and need to get balloons this place does the trick, and does it very well!

I had ordered a few balloons in the store last week while in a rush and I was in and out within 5 minutes. All with a smile and courtesy from the great staff. It’s overwhelming here. And you may have to wait. But they have EVERYTHING!! If you need party supplies this is a one stop shop. The hours are great and the staff is very knowledgeable and ready to help - definitely ASK for help.

Just ordered balloons for my sons birthday. If you dont get the expensive ones, they deflate and look like old avocado in less than 24 hours. Call them up to discuss and they are rude and couldnt care less.

Ordered 10 star shaped balloons online late the night before, picked up 30 mins ahead of when I was supposed to (6p.) Staff is really nice and courteous. Id imagine they accommodate many last-minute requests. Im not sure what the going rate for balloons not blown up with your lungs are nowadays but I felt $60 for 10 balloons was a tad pricey.

Balloon Salloon has quickly become our go-to party/gift spot. They always have such a fun and lively selection of toys, gadgets and gifts -- and my son the prankster loves browsing the shelves to see what new tricks he can play. A fantastic neighborhood resource not just for balloons (though those are great, too), but for any kid-centric occasion.

I got balloons here for my wifes 30th birthday, and they were amazing! Two weeks later and they still up (although deflated a bit, but still great for two weeks.) i got a walking pet balloon for my nieces birthday, and she loved it. I plan to get all my balloon supplies here.

WORST customer experience ever and I have ordered balloons from here many, many times. Regrettably, I spoke with a woman who was impatient, dismissive, rude and insisted I make up my mind about an order without taking the few minutes of time to answer my basic questions about what said options were. Not sure if she is the manager, owner or what but she needs to rethink how she speaks to potential let alone repeat customers. There are other options for balloons in the city and I will go to them.

I was blown away by the balloon arrangement that was created for me. It was a last minute birthday surprise for a friend. I ordered it by phone and had it delivered. It was simply beautiful. So much better than flowers.

What made the experience memorable was that I got to see Bella Hadid! Didn’t realize it was her after she left though...lol. This store is quite popular and I do recommend just stopping. they have a nice collection of balloons and gag gifts. Everything was overpriced but the store is located in Broadway so keep in mind of that. A very basic balloon was six dollars. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Horrible customer service! Had a miscommunication on the date of delivery of balloons - I am sure I said my son’s 1st birthday celebration date corrrectly, but the sales woman wrote the prior day. I actually verbally corrected her in the store (my husband and I remember it), but did not verify the receipt which still had the wrong date still (my fault for not double checking!). I called on the day of the party to see what happened and the same woman picked up and was rude and did not want to work through the issue! In a very unhappy tone she offered to redo the order at full cost ($300). I would echo another review below as well: “Theres nothing here you cant find online at a better price you just have to put it together on your own which is better than all the hidden bs fees and attitude u get from the employees as if they are doing you a favor.”

Great location so many fun buys

A very weird store packed with more stuff than should be physically possible. If you dislike small, cramped spaces you might feel a little overwhelmed. But the staff are helpful and kind, and you can SURELY find something you need, statistically speaking.

Balloons with a personal touch. They have hundreds of balloon shapes and lots of toys and knickknacks. If your balloon pops or flies away shortly after leaving they will still replace it for free.

I took on the task of getting balloons for nephew’s birthday party. Easy task right? I thought it was supposed to be. I just needed 26 balloons for décor and to give out to the other kids. Also specified two different colors, equally split. They delivered 20 balloons with 7 being one color and the rest another color. They quickly fixed that, it was quick but annoying. And to top it off, they charged me extra for the second deliver. I had to call and of course they understood that I should’ve have been charged again so that was another quick fix, but again, annoying.

The most awful customer service I have ever encountered. I purchased a $100+ balloon bouquet and wanted to use a nickname for the recipient. Sharon who took my order impatiently shut me down and told me “that’s not a real name” and I had to give a first and last name????? What kind of arbitrary rule is that? The entire 10 mins I was on the phone with her she seemed eager to get off the phone ASAP and didn’t not sound interested in my business at all. Would recommend to steer clear from this business for your party needs.

Had a horrible experience with Balloon Saloon. Tiffany was extremely rude and lacked emotional intelligence. We ordered balloons for a birthday party in the city and were lambasted for issues that had nothing to do with the order. The business was experiencing issues and took the opportunity to take it out on us, the customer. Will not do business with this place again.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!I bought a $15 balloon for my daughters birthday, one of the big princess ones. On my way out of the store, I was told the balloon would deflate temporarily in the cold air, but would “reinflate” upon room temp arrival.The balloon got home, stayed flat and flabby, my 6 year old devastated. 2 weeks later I come back, and instead of an apology and refund/replacement, I got attitude from the manager, who said it’s too late, I should have immediately called when the issue occurred. It’s not a big deal obviously, but I’m annoyed enough to write this post. Avoid Avoid Avoid this establishment. Horribly run store!
