Their nice and soft on the inside, a little bite of crunchy on the top( perfection). The cream cheese is nice and fluffy. They also don’t skimp on it a wealthy amount. Not to mention the different kinds of spreads they carry all phenomenal. They have a wonderful assortment of breakfast options as well. Very well deserved 5 stars.

Great variety of things on the menu all for a reasonable price. I got the croissant sandwich which was ok (it had a lot of cheese in it). I also had the muffin which was delicious and a bagel which was great as well.

Stopped in randomly one morning to grab bagels for me and a friend. One bite and it was all over - no other bagel shop will ever hold a candle to this one. She’s the one. I’m putting a ring on it. So fresh. So delicious. Great service. Highly recommend taking your bagel to central park and vibing with the ducks (but don’t feed them!!).

Food well prepared and ready but had some annoying things accompanying... some of the images dont match the recieved items. For instance, the egg sandwich pictures are shown with cheese but alas they dont have cheese. Also, ordered ahead, told food was ready, food wasnt ready for 10 minutes.The venue itself is clean and orderly.

If I could give this place zero stars I would terrible customer service from the guy answering his phone rude and aggressive no respect for a client hangs up the phone like a little girl with broken English very disappointed been getting food here for over 5 years now will by my last time rather go to a few blocks ahead to Lenny’s and where they treat you like a loyal customer.Very disappointed on the staff as well owner needs to step up his business game and get to work instead of screwing people over takin their money on messed up orders all the time and investing on employees who are professional and know how to talk to a clientNot even sure if they are legal workers probably pays them 4 dollars an hour 101 bagels you suck

Broadway Bagel has been in this corner location at Broadway and 104th Street for over 25 years, and it is a charming and reasonably-priced restaurant in the neighborhood for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The bagels are freshly baked and the atmosphere is pleasant and not noisy.There is a toilet for customers, a flat-screen television but no WiFi. Drinks and food may be taken out or you can sit inside at any of the dozen tables.

I recently moved back to Manhattan after living in other states for college and work in my field, and after spending a week or two going from deli to deli in search for the best breakfast sandwich in the neighborhood, I found Broadway Bagel, and instantly felt at home again.This establishment has and will have my loyalty for as long as I live in the UWS, and I dont think Im alone in this either. At 8 or 9AM each day of the week, and all the way through lunchtime on weekends, there is a line that extends from the register near the entrance all the way to the beverage cooler in the back, but youll almost never have to wait more than 10 minutes to leave with your order thanks to their attentive and friendly staff, and powerhouse of a kitchen. Seating is limited, so if youre looking to stay, youll need to catch someones eye or snag a seat right after its opened up.These are the freshest, doughiest bagels one can find in at least a 10 block radius, each with enough cream cheese to make it a perfect shmear, and their flaky chocolate (or almond) croissants are to die for.

This place was recomended by our hotel (Marakech) for breakfast. And we didnt regret having breakfast twice. You dont have to worry that you will be hungry within short after having breakfast at Broadway Bagel. They have many choices and you will be served fast. Also the coffee is very nice.

This was my first visit to Broadway Bagels. I went on a Sunday morning. (I actually found parking!) I found this it to be a great little bagel shop that has excellent quality “basic” bagels. My toasted cinnamon raisin with cream cheese was very good! Fresh, crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. The restaurant was clean and well cared for. There was seating for those that would like to sit and eat. The staff was friendly and efficient. They also offered some options for other breakfast and lunch fare. I came all the way from West Harlem for a good bagel and got it here! I’d def come back!

This is a great bagel place. Out of the the centre of Manhattan so was a little more relaxed compared with most central bagel deli’s. Great range of fresh food prepared while you wait - places to sit and enjoy your food. Next to Central Park. Fabulous breakfasts at Broadway Bagel. Sesame seed cream cheese bagels to die for! Reasonably priced too. It seemed a very popular destination.

Do not come here to eat during winter unless you like the cold! Their door does not close all the way so even close to the back I am feeling gusts! Everyone in here is wearing winter coats and hats. It is 3p degrees outside and maybe 50 inside. I asked if they door could be closed and they said no. I guess that also means the air conditioner isnt wasteful in the summer.It seems a small thing to fix the door

Pricey but reasonable for the area.The cashier isnt familiar with pricing though she has been there for almost a year.The food is tasty, fresh and nice portions. There are tables to sit but no you have to order your food at the counter and pick up (no waiter not waitress), there is a tip jar.Be sure to ask if youre wrap is there same price with or without the French fries.

Reasonable price for the area. OK quality and you get what you see in baked goods. As for the prepared food, it is worth the price in the neighborhood.

Stayed close by to The Broadway Bagel so used it regularly for breakfast, whether sitting in or taking out. We found it a wonderful little place to eat! If I had the time Id rate everything we tried but its easier if I just say its all amazing! As people from the UK all we wanted in a morning was a nice cup of tea and The Broadway Bagel does a superb cup of English Breakfast 🍵 our holiday isnt over yet and you can bet well be going back there before we leave. Itll be missed when we do go home! ~

Exceptionally clean, incredibly delicious. Bagels are perfect and huge with generous cream cheese! My husbands ordered the BBQ chicken sandwich and struggled to finish it it was so huge. The premade Italian salad in the cooler was crisp and fresh with a clear attention to detail and it hit the spot. Fantastic service. Thanks so much for a great experience!
