Amazing customer service, they make you feel right at home and take the stress off of having to pick out a crib. There was a man there that was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products, he seemed so passionate about the products which made us love it even more! We initially loved our bloom high chair, a couple of things have come to light within the short time we used it with our children. The finish and quality of the paint is poor, after wiping and cleaning only with baby wipes the paint has come off. Additionally, the choice of rubber under the chair means it crumbles and exposes the metal screw which in short order will very likely do their damage to your hard wood floors. Not what we would after purchase of a premium product.

Finally got to see this beautiful and charming store in person this weekend! It was just magical. The products are gorgeous and so well made. You really get a unique experience with bloom. The customer service is unbeatable from start to finish. It’s like shopping with your experienced best friend! Exactly what any parent or parent-to-be needs!

I ordered the fresco highchair as baby shower gift for my sister and she loves it! Also, the shop keeper demonstrated the product very well and the design is really fancy. It can be used for new born to 8 years and it is a piece of art fitting perfectly to my sis bar table!

Love the modern design and high quality of blooms products, especially their high chair, and crib which my kids are using. We just got their alma dresser as well and very happy with it. Highly recommended !!

We love all bloom products! They are highly functional and beautiful! Particularly the fresco highchair, we used it since my son was born, YES new born! So he could stay with us at dinner. We have fresco silver with navy blue seatpad for the summer and changed seatpad color to Silver for Christmas. Everyone complimented how modern and sleek the highchair is. Also, love love love the coco go rocker and foldable alma papa great to store away for the next baby :) Thank you Caitlin for the detailed demonstration.

Bloom Fresco is their marquee product - and its an overpriced high chair that is hard to clean. I had some problems with it, and the customer service from the brand is terrible - they dont email or call back. I would AVOID.

Pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and the friendly treatment of the staff during my experience in this store, not to mention the exceptional quality of modern products. Hopefully this was the standard in the retail world. Highly recommended.
